I think you’re allowed to smoke in your unit, given the rules specify no smoking only in common areas, and I could smell cigarette smoke seeping into the hallway. This is... kind of nice. It is far from the fanciest place, but I feel way more comfortable here than I would in some hyper-modern fancy efficiency apartment on the nth floor. it’s retro as fuck, it’s cozy, the teal tile...
