Also- maybe it's just me, but I cannot tell wtf makes my art style distinct apart from my occasionally clean and sharp outlines :'D one of my friends said the same thing about how recognizable it is and I'm like "art style where?? I'm the most inconsistent artist I know :'DD"

It actually didn't take me that long to draw these, the one with scara, you, and cryptid ayato was the first I started to draw and I actually had to stop drawing it a little while before finishing the out line cuz I got busy when it came for our school Christmas party :'D but I finished it just in time before christmas eve

The one with normal ayato and you, took just a couple of hours to draw in one day, I thought it was a little cruel to gift you JUST a gag gift of scara and cryptid ayato, so I whipped up something with you and ur husband :33

Also- that bonus scene with Carlin and me, that was the first one I finished cuz even before December came around cuz I got intimidated by the main drawing :'D I was just doing the sketching for the gag gift at first and I knew I really wanted a lot of details and meticulously sharp ass outlines so I got a lil intimidated by it at first and finished the bonus scene before it :'''D

But all in all- I'm really grateful for you, our friendship, and how much you appreciate my art lia :''D I can't gift you anything physical but hey, if my art gives you serotonin then I'll keep gifting you more :3

other than the clean outlines, the details i find distinct about your artsyle is the way you draw eyes (you make eyes look so squishy like boba pearls), how you shade noses, and the way you draw hair (they look so swirly (??) and it scratches my brain in the right way) AND YOUR CHIBIS OFC <3 i still vv much treasure the ayato body pillow hehe your artstyle just has this smoothness that reminds me of those high quality animation memes you'd find on yt 😭 (/pos) i think i could've worded this better but yeah fjjejwkdk

You weren’t sure where the feeling came from, in all honesty. There was no rhyme or reason for it. The memory simply just appeared in your mind as you were putting away a few things within your shared home. The memories were not pleasant to say the least.

You could hear the yelling all over again. The constant moving back and forth and the court fights flashed behind your eyes. It made you uncomfortable, causing a frown to settle onto your features as you set down what you previously held.

Your parents never really got along even when they were married. Things simply had gotten worse when they had divorced and the custody fights began. They were always rough battles and they always ended up the same: your mom had partial custody and your father had partial custody. However, they would always fight to have full custody over you, which made things entirely difficult. All up until the point you grew old enough to move out and fend for yourself was when all of the long nights of being kept up by their yells and fighting and the constant back and forth had came to an end.

“What’s the matter, dear?” The sudden voice and the feeling of arms sliding around your waist caused you to jump from your thoughts. A soft gasp followed this action, blinking a few times to focus your eyes before looking over your shoulder. It was the CEO you’ve come to love for quite some time now.

You hadn’t expected him to be there. Actually, you hadn’t expected him to be home at all since he was supposed to be at work. Then again, it was probably around lunch and he had came to visit you for his lunch break instead of you going to see him at the office. A soft look was on his face rather than the usual mischievous, loving, or flirtatious look he gave you upon being in your presence. One of his hands raised to wipe your cheeks. “What are you crying for?”

You were crying? With a sniff of your nose to clear up the build up and a quick blink of your eyes, you realized you were crying. How had you not realize it before was beyond you. “I-I uh… was just…” You struggled to find the words for a moment and yet he waited patiently for you, keeping you held close.

The lump in your throat was hard to swallow down but you managed so you could contour to speak. “I just had… a few unpleasant memories cross my mind is all.” You murmured. Looking down at your feet. A soft hum came from your lover before you felt a soft pressure of his lips against your neck.

And then another. And another. He peppered a few kisses along the soft surface until he reached your cheek. The feeling caused you to give a broken up laugh, looking up at him with a small smile. “There’s that beautiful smile I love… It’s none of my business to pry, but if you ever want to talk about it, then you can always confide in me.”

You turned in his hold to hug him back more properly. “I will… thank you.” You murmured lovingly to him, which he returned with a loving kiss to your lips. Without much effort, he had easily managed to lift your spirits. You weren’t surprised, of course.

You loved him after all.
