🎉 How are you going to be kind to yourself if you don't meet your goals?

I do recall answering this question yesterday as of this posting (Jan 5, 2023), but I'll go along with it.

How to be kind to me...? Listen to ASMR; spend time with my family, friends, and boyfriend; re-read my favorite manga and stories; and try to avoid shows like Highschool of the Dead and Goblin Slayer, even if the latter is a show I've grown somewhat of a fondness for.

There's only so much darkness and gore I can take, especially when I'm trying to recover from what was a constructive discharge at my old job in all but name.
