"Please me so good that I'll always remember you" know that I would because what else am I to do?

I did my part but I was broken by a few that's why my heart will never be a half of two

I wish it could and one day change my current view but there I stood giving backshots to someone new

This year has been a rough and challenging year to say the least, but amidst all the negativity there have been some glimmers of hope and positivity. This platform was created as a safe haven for all poets and writers to come, connect and of course to see that no one is truly alone during these trying times. As this year comes to a close, I want to take the time to thank and appreciate those who helped me see this vision all the way through. WUTI and it’s members have brought to life a weekly escape through what we call "Poetic Therapy".

Tonight we will leave behind 2020 and soon welcome in 2021. Stay tuned in because WUTI has a lot more to come in 2021......

i did a post like this a few weeks ago, so i’m gonna bend the rules and do 5 songs i love and why. since i love music so much🤍

1. Anberlin - The Feel Good Drag • i might not relate to every lyric, but there are so many true statements that i just feel in my soul. plus it’s one of those songs where the lyrics and the tune match in perfect harmony. both equally well done.

2. Apocalyptica - I’m Not Jesus • this song always gives me atleast some confidence😂 it always strikes this inner power like a vengeful phoenix from the ashes, in a sense?😂 a perfect “get fucked song” hahaha

3. Adelitas Way - Invincible • another song that gives me a surge of confidence hahaha. “invincible” you could say, a great song.

4. Crossfade - I Think You Should Know • i think the lyrics speak for itself, but the way he screams “so please just help me out” at the end hits differently. you can feel the emotion in his voice, and it’s exactly how i feel.

5. Papa Roach - Forever • i think the story is told beautifully. i feel like the way it’s written, and sung is one thing, but you can also feel the chaotic emotions he has towards himself. i luv it.

"I want to lick your vocal chords

to taste the way you sound."

she says while reaching towards

the prize in which she's crowned

straddling my hips like eager swords

whose hilts are clockwork wound

Spring's dew-licked grass rewards

between her legs I drowned
