 “He’s here!” The girls chatter excitedly as the sleek black Ducati pulls into the parking space right beside last year's model of Nissan. The engine cuts off as the kick stand comes down the driver moves to stand hands reaching up to undo the clip of his helmet. The air is thick with anticipation as the growing crowds of eager college girls set aside their differences to watch the man before them. The helmet comes off before any of them can even blink, cheers pouring from ever which direction as Jungkook shakes out his hair. The long curls stiff from being confined beneath his helmet. 

He’s used to this type of behavior especially from girls on campus but he just wishes they didn’t make such a huge spectacle of it every time. To be honest he’s not quite sure where this idea of ‘big bad boy Jungkook’ came from; he's never done anything remotely bad in his life. At least none that any other normal consenting adult had, he doesn’t smoke unless it’s with his friends at a party, he drinks on occasion and he’s not a one night stand kinda guy, so he wonders where this idea came from. He can feel the beginning of a blush creep along his cheeks the longer he stands in the open with what feels like a million sets of eyes watching. 

“Kook!” You squeal rushing up to him, easily settling his nerves and throwing your arms around his neck. He smirks down at your hands finding their way to your hips as you lean up to kiss him. He sighs against your lips a nervous tick he’s developed throughout the years you’d been dating, but even now you still smile into the kiss. It’s easy to forget about the crowd when you’re around and maybe that’s because he’s only ever had eyes for you or it’s the hand that’s cupping his dick through his jeans. 

“Not here.” He almost whines because as much as he enjoys the feeling of your hand on his growing problem he’s not okay with an audience though he knows you are. 

“Okay.” You mumble, quick to pull away and take his hand instead. He likes the way your hand fits in his, always has probably always will. And much like a man in love he’s busy thinking about all the little things to notice the empty classroom he’s been pulled into. You're quick to shove him against the wall unbuttoning his pants and slipping your finger beneath the waistband of his boxers. Jungkook isn’t new to this in fact despite your angel-like features it’s you who’s prone to breaking rules and doing reckless things. But he supposed that's what he liked about you in the first place.

“Is this okay?” you ask wrapping your fingers around his dick making him gasp at how warm your hand is. 

“Y-yes.” he hisses as your teeth sink into the skin of his neck the pain is minimal, but one he likes a little too much. He can’t relish the feel of your lips for long as you drop to your knees in front of him with a grin that is a little too sweet compared to the dark look clouding your eyes. ‘*

“You’re starving yourself.” Yoonji says through gritted teeth. 

“Where’s Yoongi?” you ask pointedly ignoring the girl as she trails behind you. 

“___, please feed properly if you’re going to play with the human.” 

“I’m not playing, and I’m fine. Stop worrying so much.” you scoff eyes narrowing when you catch sight of Yoongi. Your nose burns at the stench that comes from the group of boys you’ve come to know as Jungkook’s friends. They’re nice enough you guess but boring nonetheless as far as humans go, super attractive but still boring. You wished humans nowadays were more interesting. Yoongi meets your stare before you can approach the group, slipping away from them and meeting you halfway. 

“What?” he drawls scowling at his twin sister who hisses at him. 

“I see you’re still hanging around angle half breeds.” you snicker. 

“Not this again princess.” he sighs.

“Don’t call me that.” 

“And I wouldn’t have to if you didn't act like a prissy princess of hell.”

“I’ll tell Belphie.” you threaten eyes ablaze. 

“The seventh prince has better things to do, are you feeling okay?” he asks, finally taking note of the way you’ve lost weight. 

“I’m fine.” 

“She’s starving herself because of that human.” Yoonji supplies. 

“You’re not feeding off Jungkook?” the confusion in his tone is evident. 

“It’s none of your business, besides we have more pressing matters. There are more demon half breeds starving on campus than I thought. The population is growing unsteadily and more demons are attacking humans from hunger at this rate there’ll be a war.” you say. 

“What do we do?” Yoongi asks, glancing over Yoonji’s shoulder. 

“I don’t know, I’ll have to go to hell if the situation worsens and I hate hell.” you mutter crossing your arms at your chest. 

“This is because you’re slacking off.” Yoonji scoffs as you and Yoongi turn your gaze to her. 

“What are you implying?” your ask through clenched teeth. 

“You’ve just come back from hell, and you’re no stronger than you were because you refuse to feed properly. Face it, war is inevitable.” She spits, and of the two Yoongi was the more outspoken one but she refused to keep her mouth shut. 

“And what would you have me do?” you whisper in a voice that shocks both of them. Truly of the eight royal children of hell you seemed to be the only one most if not all the demons wanted to become the next king. Yet here you stood starving and sounding like a scolded child who’s lost all fight. Nothing like the sole princess of hell and the raging bitch they knew you could be.

“What do you mean?” Yoongi asks. 

“I can’t feed properly because I’ll kill him. You know what falling in love with a human does to demons. Eternal starvation or going feral at the loss of their mate.” Yoonji’s eyes widened significantly at your confession, because this entire time she thought this was just a fling. Just a passing fancy after all these years by your side she’d never expected you to fall in love with a human. Her fingers curl into her palms nails breaking the skin in an attempt to reign in her anger. She almost wants to laugh, oh the irony that you should fall into the same fate as your father. Falling in love with a human, except you’d apparently rather starve than go mad. She’d lose the only sister she’d ever had, and she wonders how your human would feel knowing that he would be your end.

Yes he is everything! such a great, interesting character and i wish there were more John-centric episodes! The portrayal of suicide is cringe most of the time anyway. If my suicidal ass can find a list of suicide methods and their lethality in 2 mins on Google you'd think writers who are supposed to do some research would be able to find them too but no they're like "ah yes slicing wrists" even though it's literally the shittiest method 🙄 (I just don't understand why slicing wrists seems to be such a popular method in the collective imagination ? It's weird.) At least in 13rw she took aspirin and cut herself vertically instead of horizontally but still, no hesitation wounds, and she dies even though she only got 4 wounds iirc ? I know more about jumping off bridges than slicing wrists, but it kinda sounds like bullshit to me. Also Netflix once suggested "beyond the reasons" to me, it's a sort of discussion with the cast and crew of 13rw and the only thing I remember is a moment of intellectual masturbation abt how they "opened a discussion abt suicide" 😬😬😬

They may have cut it out it's not impossible, idk I didn't hear about it, but it's not like I look for info about this dumpster fire lol. Maybe they faced backlash ? Wouldn't be surprised given how shit the show was. And yeah it has a hopeless vibe, I mean that's how it be when you're suicidal, but I didn't like it either.

You're sweet 💜💜 it's interesting that you find it respectable or admirable, I don't have an external point of view, so I'm just like 🤷 it is what it is. I understand where you're coming from though, I guess it's still quite a taboo subject, and suicidal people don't always feel comfortable talking about it, so me throwing around that I jumped off a bridge must be surprising. I'm detached enough from my suicide attempt that I'm able to talk about it without much of a problem, and I'm not really suicidal anymore.

It wasn't a discussion about the last seasons though, I'm not crazy, it was about the impact poi had in our lives so I said it literally taught me English. Allow me to uuuuh write something based on what you said. Don't ask me how John survived with no major injuries, my man got that Thick Plot Armor alright. Hope you appreciate me getting carried away sjdkdksk it's kinda rushed and the first part isn't that good bc idk how to write Grace I'm just here for that sweet sweet Rinch stuff

Harold is eating breakfast with Grace in her kitchen – he can't think of her home as his home – when his phone vibrates. It's a text from the machine. It's a surprise, she barely contacted him since... He blocks the thoughts and the images coming to his mind. The machine sent him a picture. When he opens it, his heart misses a beat. Right here on his screen is a silhouette he thought he would never see again. His phone vibrates again. Another picture, this time it's unmistakably John, wearing his signature suit, Bear next to him. Transfixed, he stares at his phone until he feels Grace gently touching his arm. She goes straight to the point.

"Is it John ?" He looks up in confusion, but before he can say anything, she adds, "I hear you call him in your sleep every night."

"It's him, yes." He doesn't want to explain. He only wants to see John, to touch him, to tell him how much he loves him.

"You should go back to him. I like you, Harold. I am deeply relieved to see you alive. But I've been thinking, and... It's not working. This, us... You aren't really the man I fell in love with, the man I grieved... I can't trust you anymore." She doesn't say 'You lied to me' but Harold hears it all the same.

Harold sits on their bench. The machine indicated John often comes here. Soon enough, his arms are full of Bear, and John is standing in front of him.

"John. How are you ?" he asks when Bear finally calms down.

"Busy. And you ?"

Harold eyes him suspiciously – John once said he was busy when he was bleeding and way too close to death – but he seems to be well.

"I'm fine." He doesn't have time for awkward small talk." I thought you were dead. Why didn't you contact me ?"

"The machine told me you were with Grace. I thought you wanted to come back to your previous life. I didn't want to crash into it and ruin what you had."

Harold wants to be angry at him, but he understands. He did the same with Grace.

"You would never ruin anything. Besides, my relationship with Grace... didn't survive my lies. She's very dear to my heart, but she's a part of my previous life, as you said."

"So you came back for the machine, and the numbers, like the good old times ?"

Harold gets up from the bench.

"I came back for you. You are an important part of my life. The most important part."

John smiles, finally. He takes a step towards Harold, they're so close they could kiss. Harold reaches out, grips his shirt and slowly inches closer. He's still afraid of being rejected but John wraps his arm around him and kisses him. The kiss is over too soon. John's smile is even wider when they part.

"You're the most important part of my life too," he says before kissing Harold again. "You will stay ?"

"Always."

If someone wanted to start writing Rhack, where would you suggest starting? Or rather, what kind of content would you suggest starting with? Sorry for the odd question, been reading Rhack for years but writing it intimidates tf out of me...

Oh goodness my sweetie i’m so flattered you’re asking me, but truth be told, regardless of what it might look like, i am hardly an authority on it xD

The way I started writing rhack? Never played any games (i only just started playing bl2 last june… and only recently completed a first playthrough… and i have zero interest in playing tales or much else ahahah) but i read a lot of the fic out there at the time once rhack art starting hitting my dash and got me interested in them. I mean, who doesn’t see shiny new dolls in the toybox and wanna play with ‘em? Right?

So like, reading a variety of fic set me up to kind of understand the setting (based on what other writers included– i still had never played games at this point/seen any playthroughs at all) so you’re already ahead of the game here. But i wasn’t finding fic of the exact topics/genres that I wanted to read, so i just…. wrote what i couldn’t find/what i specifically wanted to read. 

And that’s how Bad Habits came about, and i’ve picked up speed since that first fic haha :3 i wanted some damn hurt/comfort REAL hard but there wasn’t really anything… Hell, at that time everything was still very rhys/holo!jack… which was kinky fab fun but still not exactly filling what i personally wanted to read. So like corporeal jack/rhys wasn’t really a big thing at the time, soooo i wrote it :3

Basically, write what it is you wanna see :D

Take cues from other writers (without plagiarizing… i have been plagiarized in this fandom it aint cool lol) and just have fun with it. That’s how i literally learned xD

If you’re worried about characterization, go listen to their voiceline compilations on youtube to understand speech patterns of how they talk (also how i learned about the characters aside from reading dialogue from other writers).

If you’re worried about antis, just make liberal use of the block button, and you can also lock fics on ao3 to only registered users, which creates accountability. People are less likely to be total dickheads when they’re not anonymous. (Mortgages are scarier than antis, a wise wise writer once said …someone link me the post i know ive reblogged it haha).

Get a beta-reader if you’re not confident in your language abilities (lose vs loose, their/they’re/there, we’re/were, know/now). Lack of paragraph breaks (block text) can be a huge turn-off regardless of content (basically, don’t make any of the mistakes that personally annoy you yourself when you’re reading :D)

On that note, be a little picky about who your beta is. Some people will volunteer for it out of a need to feel important/assert control vs. an actual need to assist. There is a difference, and it can be damaging to your will to write. Get someone you know and trust not to do you dirty (if using a beta. I don’t but… i know things :X).

Play fast and loose with canon all you want. These are digital representations of dolls we’re gonna play house with. They’re not real. None of this shit is. Don’t feel constrained by things. You can switch it up all the fuck you want :)

Write what you know or learn about what you want to write about :3 If you’re not into smut, don’t write it unless you want to. There is an audience for everything. You just need an idea. Also asking on your blog for fic prompts or ideas (and also searching the tags for prompts) can be a great source of inspiration. Whatever you were wishing would happen in a  certain fic, well, go write it yourself!

I mean, this is all pretty generic advice even just about starting to write fic in general, so like starting to write rhack? I mean, just do the thing friend.

Block antis, just delete any hate mail (acknowledgement is what they want because they’re sad pathetic fucks) and just dont engage with them, don’t internalize, just DELETE/BLOCK :) I personally haven’t had a problem with antis and i write some weird shit, and fuck im more worried about my next paycheck than what some purity-culture teen has to say about how i play with the community dolls.

So don’t worry, have fun, and if you ARE concerned about certain folks, just start a sideblog for your fic and try not to associate the two accounts (this seems to be the main problem a lot of folks have when beginning to write… vs. the writing itself hahah remove yourself from that position in the first place and youll be grand. And you can always promote your work on your main blog without being like THIS IS MINE. Thats also how this blog got started AHAHAH now i just dgaf) :)

Just… start writing, anon. Write down a particular moment you have stuck in your head that you’ve really been wanting to read. Just that scene right out of your head, no intro or any shit. Just put the scene onto paper and eventually you’ll flesh it into story. :)

this riddle is just izuku complaining about everything because as long as he’s in this situation, he might as well make it perfectly clear how unhappy he is about EVERYTHING. when else is he going to have an audience for him complaining about his various maladies

that’s the goal... showing how weird and strange and bizarre izuku is from everyone else’s point of view... i loved the outside pov bc i got the chance to show how much of a cryptid izuku is, something that izuku himself isn’t even aware of and thus would not make it into his pov

diary 4 future me. cosplayed: tsumiki (sd/r2)

uh idk how to describe some panels due to barely remembering or not knowing how 2 word stuff so!! sry

okay so i arrived there early at like. 9:30 but apparently the con didnt open until 10 am? so i sat in the bottom floor lobby n played CR/went on tumblr until i went in and went to the bla/ck butler panel! ciel kept being dared to hug everyone, even ppl he hated like alois or soma n grell kept flirting w sebestian

then the bn/ha panel! they did trvia at first, n i think i got a question right, but didnt raise my hand so rip... anyway after short trivia they did the q+a and pr3s3nt m!c said he goes thru 2 cans a day w his hair n that he has endorsements w hairspray companies n later all m!ght said he was oth proud and disappointed in deku’s obssesion w him n i asked aizawa if any of the students ever vaped in his classroom n he said that the were rowdy

after that i walked around for a while n saw a momo (id0lish) n without thinking, asked 2 take their pic n they said they remember me from last year n they were apparently the momo i took a pic of last year??? haha whoops i was just Excited. i also saw a rei while talking to a tsumiki+nico n i was like “thats a yumenosaki uniform omg r u cosplaying ens/tars/into ES” n they said yes they were supposed 2 b rei but their friend had their wig but we were talking abt ES n i cant rly remember a lot of the convo but they said they only rly disliked eichi n i think they liked rei n ritsu n switch? anyway, also around this time, i was climbing the stairs n a fancy dre/amer jane was like ‘hey uh, are you looking for someone named x?” n i said “no...?” n they realized they got the wrong peron n apolgized n left but later i saw them again n asked 4 a pic n apparently their dress was $200 holy shit.. it was a rly nice outfit tho aa. 

then i went to the hs panel! not much to say tbh? stuff happened, questions were asked n all, yknow. kanaya n rose came in fashinoably late but the kanaya was pretty aa. they got asked abt vines n i remember the kanayas favorite was the “yall ugly” vine. aradias was “so no head?” roses was “we all gonna die someday” 

anyway, i went downstairs n stood arund then noticed someone that looked like 1st yr koga so as i passed them when i started moving, i asked if they were koga n they said yes n i took a pic of them (i didnt realize their friend was rei/fem!rei (i think) altho i slightlky wondered it but i had tunnelvision.. a onetrack mind...) n i was like “how r u doing in the event?” n they apparently dont play the game, but they’re into ES n i said “oh!” n i asked their best boy n they said keito or [someone i cant remember] n i said oh cool and i stan rei, since im thirsty, and chiaki n idk the rest of the convo, but they told me there was an ES person in the artist alley n i immediately ran off to go find the artist. then i found an iruma w an arashi in their itabag n complemented them on it (n also said arashi is valid) n their friend had a tsukasa itabag n we talked abt ES for a minute and i asked them abt the button artist.

then the v0ltr0n panel! again, dont kno what 2 say, but it was p funny! “what’s yalls favorite ship??” “we all swore, the Castle” bhrghrt. then i meant 2 go 2 the su panel after the v0ltr0n panel bc it ended at 5:20 n the SU panel ws ongoing after it but i just Didnt. 

so i walked around the dealers room again n saw someone w a tsumugi itabag n i was like “their hair looks similar to tsumugi r they cosplaying tsumugi?? either way, ill complement them on their bag” but they Were cosplayng tsumugi like i expected n they said they were glad 2 b recognized n that tsumugi doesnt get enough love n i got a pic of them n we talked abt ES n they liked the natsume strap on my bag n they also like the oddballs, bc i mentioned i have all the oddballs on my  bag except shu n i learned the ES button person was the same one that made the buttons? they showed me a lil tori figure keychain they got n it was cute... idk if we talked abt much else but Yeah. i also ran into the rei n they found their wig n i was like “u got ur wig? nice! im proud [idk why i said this? i think i meant it in an ‘i believed in u!’way??]” n asked them n the dia they were w for a pic, and also ran into one of my tumblr friends n they had such a cuuuute outfit n they had a lil v!ktuuri charm AND a super cute clear keychain n i was like “MY EFFING BOY.. WUV” but we talked 4 a minute which was fun!!

then the v0ltr0n “opration whats goin on” panel! the operation was apparently that lance couldnt speak english thruout the panel but i knew a bit of spanish so i could kno some of the words but anyway i remember they all T-posed n i think they got asked a vines question too? yea! i remember at some point the kieth threw their starbucks cup in rp anger or smth (it was p much empty) but some of it got ont he carpet n everyone was like ‘KEITH...”

then i coudnt walk around the dealers room bc it was closed so i walked on the con floor n some person was walking around w a large speaker n they put on “Take On Me” n a bunch of us started a chain of people following each other doing that weird dance run that goes w that song n we went all around the con floor, up the escalators, up the stairs, circled around 3 LL cosplayers, went back down, went all the way to the game room, did it in circles around the middle floor of the game room, then the person changed it to “Nevr Gonna give u up” n said we all just got rickrolled but we continued the chain/conga n just danced along to it and motiond to others while lipsyncing all the way back to the middle floor area w the music then the speaker person put on the macarena n i did it for a minute b4 worrying abt my wig n getting tired so i walked around the area then stood near a corner n started reading a hypm!c smut fic then later sat down near the next panel room i was going to go in n finished it

then the dd/lc panel!! i was on my ipad 4 some of it oops sry but they were talking abt who’s best girl n what was it like for monika to delete the others n they got asked the meme and vine question too n they all T-posed as well n there was a kid in the audience who rly loved natsuki n monika n gave natsuki a hug b4 they had 2 leave b4 the panel ended n it was cute... someone tried 2 play your reality on an ocarina, yuri said f*ck, n sayori yeeted a pencil aiming 4 the center aisle of the room but it hit someone but yea Fun Timez

i left a few minutes early to go to the g0rillaz panel but apparently they had 2 cancel so i called my dad 2 come pick me up n saw my tmblr friend again nwe talked abt kp0p n con stuff then they left n i went to the game room 4 a sec but b4 that i saw kenyan n joked w him n called him a furry but how i met w hhim was that he was at the post near the game room (the badge check) n as i walked past he said “i told ur dad id watch over u it’s okay” or smth like that n i went “...excuse me? i dont know you.” but then i realized who it was n went “oh.kenyan sry hi” n he was like “yea, u do, iplay pathfinders n dnd w ur dad in 2 days....” and i said “in our house ur labeled as a furry” n said he should cosplay his furry characters

anywway after a while (i just sat down n waited) dad picked me up!
