Sweet and steady late 90s techno jam from UK act The Advent, who had originally started as a duo, but by the time this had come out, had been reduced down to just one member: Cisco Ferreira. Originally released in '99 on a double-12-inch, this tune would make it onto CD the following year, when legendary Berlin label Tresor issued it on a compilation called Annex 3. Lots of layers of tight, uptempo rhythm on this one, and intermittently capped off by rustling hi-hats that sound like running water, which is one of my favorite techno attributes; like putting bacon bits on a baked potato or the salt bae gif 🤤.
