Watching Only Murders In The Building, I sometimes find myself wishing I could live in the Arconia.
But then I think to myself, "wait, people keep dying there".

If I lived in the Arconia I think all my neighbours would hate me cause 1) I would 100% own a record player and 2) I would 100% play Tears For Fears records very often

Is the Arconia the home of a crime syndicate known to high up officials/law enforcement?
The west side was sealed off from the east side after a brothel was discovered sometime in the past
"They" didn't submit Tim Kono's tox reports and didn't send his cell phone to IT to just close the case quick
Oliver was threatened/Winny was poisoned when their podcast had only had 3 views
Sazz thought there was another murderer in the building
A well trained sniper was available to shoot her across the courtyard at night
The crime scene was almost immediately cleaned up - to the point that they only figured it out b/c lester called about rescheduling the window repair
There's an apt that all the westie residents seem to use for reasons?
I vaguely think Lester and Ursula may be part of it?

In which Theo Dimas and Glen Stubbins meet, and a proposal is made.
Since joining an illegal subletting scheme that’s giving Theo cult vibes, Mabel hasn't had time to move all her stuff in at once. So he decides to bring over a few of her most trip-over-able boxes in the hopes of getting a few moments of her time.
She doesn't answer his knock. He enters the code to get in and braces himself for—something.
(He keeps thinking she'll wake up to a man with a knife standing over her.)
(No one would bother to tell him. He'd probably learn about it on social media.)
(Best not to think about that.)
She isn't there. No one's there. But in the courtyard, that liminal space between the severed halves of the Arconia, Theo's gaze lands on a familiar face.
He freezes, blinks at the man.
At CoBro.
It’s not Ben Glenroy, of course. Ben Glenroy is dead. But what are the odds of his doppelganger just being outside Ben’s former residence?
Mabel said something about the movie studio hosting auditions at the Arconia, for some reason. It would make sense if this man were an actor, looking for a rather uncanny role. Except, didn't she also say the movie plotline only covers season 1 of the podcast?
The man catches Theo’s gaze. His own eyes are wild. With a start Theo tries to make it look like he was just scanning the courtyard rather then staring. But the man makes a b-line for him. He averts his gaze and starts to leave but CoBro catches him by the shoulders.
“It’s me!” he clutches at his chest, “Ken Dubbins, —“
He looks oddly hopeful, and it dawns on Theo: mistaken identity. He shakes his head apologetically, conveying confusion, and points at his ear.
CoBro’s eyes widen. He pulls away and slaps himself in the forehead.
Theo steps back, too. He knows better then to linger with New York crazy. But, he can't bring himself to turn away.
The man points between the two of them, again looking hopeful, and steps forward. If he had almost any other face, Theo would not tolerate it.
CoBro gently plucks Theo’s glasses up by the nose piece. He puts them on his own face and steps back, grins wide, does jazz hands.
