The Forgotten Concept of the hobbits’ interest in and allure regarding elves:

In the books and even briefly mentioned in the movies the hobbits were so fascinated by elves from Bilbo’s stories. like whoaaaa elvessssss. AnYWayS...why was there not incessant questions and obsessive comments from the hobbits to Legolas in lotr?!

“So—as an elf—what do you do most days?”

“Do you really talk to trees?”

“What is it like being super old?”

“Can you braid my hair like yours?”

*constantly sneaking glances when they think he’s not looking*

*Aragorn making jokes about how Legolas is now a celebrity*

Aragorn in a teasing tone: “Legolas....just wait until they find out you’re royalty!!”

Pippin: “wAIT yOu’RE ROyalTY?!??”

The hobbits went on a long ass journey with an elf in the fellowship and you’re gonna tell me they didn’t fangirl over him—a real life actual elf that they are actually seeing in person?!?!?

Thymian isn’t great a magic because she gets too excited, loses focus or gets too lofty of ambitions. She probably gets mega trolled or manipulated by better magic users.
