It's occurred to me that if LMK had come out when I was younger (Like around the time Ninjago did) I would be more inclined to crush on the younger, child-like protagonist that is MK rather than the older (technically grandpa) pathetic asshole Wukong.

All I think whenever I see MK is; that is my son, that is my child, I don't care that he already has 3+ parental figures he needs more

and like. i also havent looked at my metkayina identity Because of the posts i saw, about the inspirations for the people, and it felt wrong to be like "lol thats me" even if i know in my reality, obviously, the metkayina arent 1:1 those earths people. and also fuck, theres things thare different!! i Know this!!! theres things i intrinsically know!! and yet i keeo gatekeeping myself.

Long time no see

After 6 years of absence, I have returned to tumblr.... (are we still calling it a hellsite?) idk man, I've been living alone for an entire pandemic and trying to make friends as an adult queer in a small town where I am not a student and I don't have any coworkers is really hard so I figured I'd return to the place I'd made friends the last time I was stuck in an isolated position in this same small town.

I don't really know how much has changed here (are Friday night Cosmere chats still a thing?? I miss those!) and I know that I've changed plenty over the years... but I hope I can meet some folks and hopefully find some community here, even if I can't do the same offline... at the very least I'll share some of my art and stuff that I'd rather not share on insta.

Quite a funny thing I can mention since I know for a fact that no one's really gonna see this

In the burning flames that is the Welcome Home fandom at the moment (primarily over at the clock app it seems) it's funny that I've chosen Valorant fanfic of all things to fall back on

Like I pretty much already had a line up of other fandoms to engage with and see content for while I wait for things to cool down but for some reason I chose Valorant

I swear to god it's like a toxic, abusive relationship with that game. And I keep coming back in one form or another
