I am never inclined to make fun of tumblr's cheesy attempts to make money and generally support them even if you consider them cringe. Websites need money to operate and tumblr needs to find a way to make money consistently or it will cease to exist. I do not want tumblr to cease to exist, and the most common alternative method of making money is to collect and sell all of our personal data, which I do not want either. Websites that can support themselves via people willing to spend $25 bucks to commit to a bit is a sign of a brighter and more sustainable version of the internet.

Host's is either a chicken burrito or a chicken quesadilla, Dark goes for a salad with either steak or beef and then a various combo of veggies depending on what they're feeling, Anti gets a beef burrito with everything he can get into it into it, and mine varies too much depending on what i'm feeling, but I tend to beef more. Not my favorite meat, but it'll do.

Of course I do, the rest of you have anxiety or can't go into public. I'm the only presentable one so I have to go in and get the food.

If there's a shark tank, you cannot remove Host from it until the places closes, and even then it's almost a fight.

We went to one that had it so you could feed the sharks and Host had the time of his LIFE there

Only me or Dark do, honestly, because I enjoy taking off my suit after awhile, and Anti enjoys taking Dark out of their suit after a long day.

About the Blog:

This is an experimental ask blog dedicated to The Host and The Author from "Danger In Fiction" and general Mark ego art zone. Obviously, there isn't a lot of source material, so these will be fanon characterizations and set in the same world as the Markiplier Cinematic Universe (is that what we're calling it?). Seeing as time is mushy in the MCU, these guys can exist at the same time bc why not.

An arrogant and sadistic man with the unnatural ability to control people and the world around them with his writing. In pursuit of creating his “masterpiece” he uses unwilling captives as characters in his twisted stories. He thinks of himself as a god. However, when he wrote himself to be the greatest storyteller, whatever source his powers derive from decided that the greatest story one could tell is the tapestry of life. Thus, The Host was born out of Author’s rewritten soul.

The Host

He is a narrator of the tapestry of life, from the mundane to the prophetic. Think of The Fates from various mythologies, although this one is somewhat unwilling in his role. He is more of a passive observer, but he does have some influence over reality and can summon visions of the future. His permanently bleeding eyes seem to be the price paid for such “gifts”. The Host himself is a complete recluse for obvious reasons. However, he is kind and wishes for the luxury of human connection.
