remus tends to get very quiet around strangers, but with his friends he nonstop rambles. he has no clue what he's saying, but he's talking a mile a minute and switching between various languages without realising

#it takes him a while to feel comfortable enough around ppl to ramble tho #like majority of people assume remus the quietest marauder. but the other marauders are so weirded out #because like yeah he's silent in public but as soon as he's in their dorm he's rambling a mile a minute #(first time the marauders heard a remus ramble was the beginning of second year and they were completely floored)#like quiet 'one word' remus is suddenly talking super fast rambling about some sheep that live near he home #the rambling gets more intense when he's anxious/flustered/or talking about a special interest of his #marauders era #marauders #remus lupin
