Panel 10: Five looks suspiciously down at Allison, reaching over her head. He says, "Why are you still here." Allison aloofly says "No reason. Where's this woman you married without telling anyone?"

Panel 11: An image of Delores, who is actually a giant bug spirit, appears behind Five, who looks uncomfortable. He says, "Uh. None of your business."

Panel 12: They are revealed to be standing on Five's front porch, as Five opens the door. He says "If I give you hot chocolate will you leave," and Allison responds "Deal."

Panel 13: In Five's warmly lit kitchen, Allison delightedly drinks a mug of hot chocolate and Five pours himself coffee. End ID.]

sometimes you encounter a spirit problem you can't solve on your own and you break into your teacher's house about it. and then because in addition to being your teacher hes also a family friend you decide to interrogate him about why hes being so weird and secretive. Just normal things!

honestly, out of all of the wacky sh!t that happened in S4 of the umbrella academy, klaus getting pimped out was the last thing i would have expected to come from the comics. well well steve blackman i guess i'll let you off the hook this ONE time.

Regarding the final season of The Umbrella Academy, I had the next idea.

Since they made it all so Subway-themed, I like this idea where they learn that Ben is slowly dying and they wanna save him, During this search all of them get trapped into different parts of the subway and start to travel to different points, Thay are all desperate to get back and try to save Ben and basically it's like maybe two or three episodes of the siblings living the different Timelines.

Maybe some of them get stuck for a while in some apocalypse, This could lead them to think about how five passed the 40 years in the first season, So then later, They start to get together little by little, like, Luther crosses with Klaus, And then with Viktor, And they get all Together on a same station but they still need to get out, So they all work together, And maybe during this teamwork someone has a talk with five, about all that he's done for them and how he managed the apocalypse and he finally gets his hug and the appreciation he deserves, Proly The talk starts with Diego or Klaus, anyways, After they get out of the Subway they need to get to Ben And Jen.

I forgot to write this but during the years ln the subway thay start to learn from different versións of themselves that the cause of The Ben problem is that the different timelines are colapsing and Umbrella!Ben and Sparrow!Ben are collapsing onto each other, Thats why he's dying, Cause the universe is kinda trying to reap them apart so the two Ben's can "exist" together, And What triggered the collapse is a connecting individual, Jennifer, The two Ben drift from each other the moment that the Jenifer Incident happends, I also rewrite the Jen Incident but thats for another time, But basiclly, They now need to get to ben and save him. Im still writing the ben salvation but i have an idea.

Can't believe this show just said that yeah these broken children that have finally managed to claw some semblance of family out of the train wreck their psychotic father made of them, these children now adults, don't get peace, they don't deserve it. actually the world is so much better without them in it. They are the direct reason why so many people they have met are not living happier lives and the universe would be a much happier safer place with them gone. They were pawns in their father's game and now they are victims of their "mother's" scheme. And this is all they get, there was never any happy ending for them in the cards the universe rebukes their very existence and it is constantly trying to write them out of it.

They doomed the world from the start, the blame is all at their feet and they must pay for the crime of being born "special".

my grievances with tua s4 (and I’ll sure I’ll keep editing in more)

-wtf was even jennifer there for and how did ben die

-ofc lila and ben too, like he looks like an absolute child and I honestly thought we were going for a fun in laws bonding, what a way to ruin what could’ve been a completely platonic playful familial relationship

-nobody acting like themselves, what happened to klaus what is with the complete switch up before and after getting his powers back, neither felt true to his character

-five abandoning his family, giving zero shits about anyone when in fact we’ve established season after season that he’ll literally fuck with time and space to save them and keep them safe even when they are useless and ingrates bcs that’s how family is sometimes

-sloane where is she, why is luther so…uncaring (?) about the whole thing

-the dad is established to be trash and wasn’t he a mechanical alien in the last season, why are we trying to do a resolution arc between victor and him, im sure vic doesn’t care anymore he’s a shit dad let’s move on

-the explanation about why they have to end themselves was stupid, what do you mean there is only supposed to be one original timeline. And this coming from our brilliant assassin five (just the cherry on top if the cake was made of shit) How are they reversing the best trope in sci fi of there being multiple timelines and universes and absolutely ruining it

-the sad and tragic ending is not the problem the problem is how we got there. Is the underlying message supposed to be that the characters that we rooted for are so fucked up and wrong in their inherent existence that the only, ONLY resolution is to erase them completely

-the apocalypse happening one after he other could’ve been such a good metaphor of repeating toxic cycles with a good resolution this season but no we had to fuck it all up

-the random details added in this season are so disconnected from the older ones they don’t make sense— the nobody remembering ben’s death thing, klaus literally talked to him as a ghost, ghost ben would’ve fucking told him

I would’ve even accepted a tragic unending loop where they bennifer blow up or become the squid or something which was new up with the death of ben in the original timeline in season in and we end up at the beginning with five stuck in the apocalypse world and everyone has their memory erased and we end up in season one’s timeline

Weird ask, but how would Gia classify in a dungeon crawler? Like, the healer, the brawler, the tank, etc etc….I hope I’m using those terms correctly

not a weird ask at all, i love ability breakdowns. i had to consult my buddy @tixdixl tho bc im not well-versed in things like this.

if we're talking jrpg then they'd fall into dps/damage per second. despite me throwing gia in scenarios where they're scrapping it out mano-a-mano with someone, when it comes to legitimate battle, gia excels at ranged combat due to their skill with a slingshot.

when they start dabbling in self-made magic however and create their first working version of the magestone slingshot gia uses in battle throughout freshman year, gia is able to small bits of damage constantly through casting "debuffs" so to speak.

early examples include an "insta-grow" potion that ensnares opponents in rapidly growing vines to slow movement (they use a kelp variation of this potion in book 3 against the leech brothers), itching powder, stink and tear seed bombs, and thorn shots.

if we're talking DnD though theyd fall into the ranger class.

at the end of their sophomore year tho they've successfully upgraded to the magestone slingSTAFF which packs a hell of a lot more wallop than their slingshot did. it casts actual spells instead of relying on little glass potion marbles.

(ive yet to fully land on a design for their ramshackle housewarden uniform, but its something along these lines.)

look guys i actually did some spirit designs

Luther's is an ape that looks like his body from the comics. Diego's is a creature that looks a bit like a small porcupine. Allison's is a large snake with its mouth duct taped shut. Klaus' is a blue raccoon with three eyes and a pink tail, and Viktor's is based off of the White Violin from the comics, except its head transforms into reaching arms. End ID.]

sorry, the ID got REALLY long this time. that's a summary for anyone scrolling, theres a more detailed one under the cut!

[ID: Luther's spirit is labelled First Simian In Space: THE MARTIAN APE. He looks like the ape that supplied Luther's body in the comics, drawn in the paranatural style; blue, with one eye. He is wearing an astronaut helmet and sitting in a coin operated rocket ship that is much too small for it. He has transformed the world around him into a scifi martian landscape; cardboard standups with doors and lockers scribbled on them are the only indication of the real world. Luther is sprawled on the ground staring in shock, while the Martian Ape says "Y'know, you should totally just kill your dad".

Diego's spirit is a very small creature that looks a bit like a porcupine.

Panel 1: Diego holds his spirit in his hands and says, "So, what's your name?". His spirit responds "I am called..."

Panel 2: A caption appears; Projectile Extraordinaire: KRAKEN. The image is in full color, focusing on Kraken, which glowers cutely and shows off her spines.

Panel 3: The same shot as panel one, except Diego now looks very skeptical. He says "..." and then "Why." Kraken responds "It sounded cool."

Allison's spirit is a giant green snake coiled around a tree branch, with a pattern down his back that looks like open mouths.

The first two images are centered on Allison, who is scowling in both. Someone unseen says "It can force people to do things, honey!" and "It's too dangerous to leave you alone with it." and finally, "So we fixed it."

The final image is of the spirit. He is captioned Muzzled Mind Controller: THE RUMOR. His mouth has been duct taped shut. He does not look pleased.

Klaus' spirit is a blue raccoon with dark purple legs and a fluffy striped pink tail. It also has three eyes.

Panel 1: The large colored closeup of Klaus' spirit. It is captioned Mystical Conartist: THE SEANCE.

Panel 2: Klaus asks it "With a name like that, what's your power?" The Seance, its nose just high enough to fit into frame, replies, "Oh, I can sense ghosts"

Panel 3: Klaus looks supremely unimpressed. In the background, a ghost says "Hi" to Allison and Luther, and they say "Oh, hey" back.

Panel 4: Klaus asks, "Seriously?"

Panel 5: The Seance, viewed from above, says "Hey, I can sense them even when they're not visible! Like behind walls and stuff!"

Panel 6: The Seance adds "Also I can float." It is demonstrating, floating about eye level with Klaus and emitting a cloud of cyan spectral energy as it does so. Klaus looks more pleased with this and says "Okay, that one's pretty good."

Viktor's spirit is a Wight, a spirit so warped by rage and pain that it has permanently been changed, its spectral energy has become white, and has gained massive, devastating power. It looks a lot like the design of the White Violin in the comics, but it manifests too many or too few arms from where its head should be.

There are three images of it. In the first, it is kneeling. It has manifested six arms in varying degrees of completeness, and all of them look sad.

In the second, the matter of its head has split into many small pieces that almost look like parts of mouths, save for two clawing hands. It screams, in the Wight spirit language from Paranatural, WHAT DID YOU DO TO ME.

In the third, the largest, its knees buckle as it stands and manifests one reaching hand. It is captioned Violent White: THE WHITE VIOLIN. End ID]

Guys I want Five to have the power to stop time so badly. I firmly believe he should be able to. This power should be something well within his abilities

He rewound time in s2…and this was different from when he usually time travels. This time, he wasn’t just some passive traveler travelling from point A to point B, he was directly manipulating time, controlling it. He was literally unravelling the timeline. AND if he really was the founder of the commission, he must’ve had a hand in creating the briefcases. I assume that’s what the handler used to stop time in s1. But this power wouldn’t be time travel, it’d be time manipulation

The umbrella academy really could have ended with them removing themselves from the timeline (the subway station which was present all season could have been revealed to exist somewhere outside of time and they go there when the timelines merge), healing from their traumas and living out the rest of their existence together and the final scene, instead of showing the world as a better place without them in it, they could have shown them dancing to “I think we’re alone now” but this time they’re not dancing alone in seperate rooms, they’re dancing together.
