happy wayv wednesday ive been listening to on my youth (the album) on repeat for a full week

#i took a few breaks to listen to guilty (album) by taemin once #also hot commodity by maiya the don (which slaps btw)#and melting point by zb1 (which i didnt like as much as their first mini)#and icarus by dino (which i didnt like)#also cobra by megan thee stallion which ive listened to a whole 3 times in the past week 😁#that song is so good but literally immediately after listening to something else im like ok back to wayv :)#is the music that good or am i just mentally ill and have an unhealthy attachment to these 6 men...the world may never know #i feel so bad for every other group thats releasing music now bc im like so fixated on wayv that i wont be able to fully appreciate it :/#but idk maybe the new aespa or rv will change that we'll see #vinnie talks

i'm so excited for TS11 not in a "constantly expecting new music" way and not in a "demanding info about her personal life" way but just in a "so much has happened since her last album (easily the most eventful interim since 1989-rep) and i will be simply thrilled to hear anything and everything she wants to tell us about it" way

#i also kinda wonder if the TK thing has changed the vision or the content of the album at all #like not significantly bc it's still very new… it's not gonna be like reputation or anything #but perhaps there's just like… a more hopeful tint on it that wasn't there before? ykwim #then again if TS11 takes a while and they're still together it actually MIGHT be kinda reputation pt 2! (romantically at least)#unrelated to anything but i still think it would be very taylor to write a whole album about some made-up characters' divorce #idk if she'll ever do an EP again but she seems to be excited about doing conceptual stuff and i feel like she could do more mini projects!#but she is so committed to albums lol (which i do not object to)#blabs #*taylor #asterisk that i'm frightened of a hypothetical m*tty song and the accompanying discourse

i could get newly obsessed with any exo song from any era like "have you guys HEARD thunder omg it's so fucking good" as if i haven't already listened to it 8098324 times since its release in 2014
