KRATOS X FTM READER whos like a mocking bird.

-Kratos almost never hears you when you do it. Mostly Atreus catching it with a few giggles. Kratos was so confused as to why Atreus was having a laughing fit looking at you.

-When he's talking to strangers or something you and Atreus talk back and forth in Kratos voice to see who does it better.

-Your "Kratos" voice slips out when you talk to him or strangers sometimes. With him you just play it off, but with strangers you just go on with it acting like it's your natural voice.

-You spending even more time with him to hear his voice.

-Using the "Kratos" voice to scold/scare Atreus.

-Just mimicking Kratos voice to yourself when you have dysphoria. Like saying "My name is Y/n." over and over again or just saying whatever.

-Atreus giving you the nickname "birdy" for reason that Kratos doesn't understands.

-When he finally caught you it was when you were talking to a stranger in private. He didn't mean to budge in he did but he just had to. For a minute it was just two regular voices in the room then all of sudden theres a deep one out of no where.

-He was a bit puzzled when he walked in the room just seeing it was just you and the stranger looking at each other confused, but he begin to put the peaces together.

-"Leave us." Kratos says in his usual deep voice gesturing to the stranger. "And shut the door." That what it only took to spook the stnager into leaving the room fast and shutting it.

Romantic!

-"That voice..It sounded alot like me don't you agree?" Kratos says already knowing the answer walking up to Y/n looking down at his smaller frame. "Wha--- what voice Kratos? I think all those monster voices you killed coming back to you--" Y/n gets cut off by Kratos putting his thumb on Y/n's lips shutting it.

"I know it was you. Mimicking my voice. Why." Kratos turns his head to the side. "B-because I love it. I like how deep your voice is and I wish it was mine." Y/n's answers caused the almost emotionless god to let out a deep chuckle.

"Know wonder Atreus calls you birdy." Kratos says mostly to himself before pressing a deep kiss on Y/n's lips. Y/n is quick to kiss back with a smile.

Kratos pulls away but still close to Y/n.

"Idiot."

"Are you mocking me." Kratos says short and simply catching Y/n off guard. "No! mocking is a strong word. How about mimicking." Y/n answers with a smirk.

"Why." "Because I love how deep your voice is duh! I mean it's so cool and mainly." The response was something Kratos doesn't hear often. "Why don't you use your own."

"Well, it's not or really who I am. It's feminine and annoying, but yours its perfect and mainly!"

"Y/n. You're a man with or without my voice." was the only thing Kratos said before leaving.

Theres not alot of free time during the end of the world and surviving and all. But he enjoys just doing whatever with you around.

Reading comics? Hell yea! Just laying together in silence? Alrighty!!

Physically he enjoys your eyes. Carl just loves staring into your eyes. He doesn't know why but its calming. He also loves your hands. Doesn't matter how they feel. He just enjoys holding them.

He admires your passion. Your interests, your deep thoughts. Carl just loves to listen to you ramble whenever he can listen to it.

He's not good with emotions himself. The apocalypse never really taught him how to comfort I guess.

Really depends on how youre acting. If someone is straight flirting and you dont realize it, taking it as just compliments, he'll probably get jealous.

He usually just tries to walk into the convo saying he needs to talk to you or something. Just to have you away from whoever flirts with you.

No one teaches you how to kiss so the first kiss was awkward as hell. A short simple kiss after you killed a walker for him.

How I feel about this character: I like her !!! i feel like shes not talked about much outside of ships which is a shame because i feel like if people came together on her character (this includes people writing canon) then there could be a compelling character here that wouldnt deny her roots or just stay the same sort of trope she used to be. I cant deny i do enjoy that they occassionally dip into her little interest in tarot :) its nice to see that trait remembered.

All the people I ship romantically with this character: sonic of course, shadow, blaze a bit?, metal sonic anddd... yea thats it

My non-romantic OTP for this character: i think her with silver or knuckles is always fun :) idk why i think its because they bounce off of each other well. equal levels of no braincells happening here at least with silver. and with knuckles i feel like they could have a fun brother sister dynamic.

My unpopular opinion about this character: what is the popular opinion on her .... idk ill just use this as more of me talking about her character in general. i wish people would use her abandonment issues more, or at least like integrate that into her character since i think its a trait that shows up a bit in the little visual novel and in sonic frontiers and i think that makes sense as a trait for her

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: if she was ever playable again . I HAVENT played the sonic frontiers dlc but i think giving her a little spin off game ala the princess peach games would be fun. maybe then her team from sonic heros can be used again and i could like care about big and cream outside of them being sparingly used in canon .. and big not just being a joke ... also i just want more development for herrr im always begging for development or character in this series i know its for children but plsss also i wish they would like actually like .. fully deal with her whole thing with sonic... it feels like they wanna pretend her obsession just never happened and wasnt like the main thing with her character before they basically turned her into sally acorn.

-his favorite kind of music is 90s R&B bc thats what he grew up with, he absolutely cannot stand wixen music no matter how hard he trys

-he HATES pizza. hates it.

-he got bullied into getting a new pair of glasses when he got older bc his old one finally got broken beyond repair and when he got the new prescription he just kept stairing at trees and saying "oh my godric mione theres like actual leaves on the trees. like i can see every individual one."

-he has this really big sweatshirt he shrinks to carry around in his pocket werever he goes bc its so usefull when he gets cold

-talking abt getting cold, this mf is FREEZING 24/7. not a warm bone in his body. his teeth r chattering in 40° weather and his fingers turn blue if hes outside too long.

-he is slightly deaf in his right ear, partially from the killing curse messing with him, and also bc he fell down the stairs when he was like 4 and smashed his frontal lobe on the linoleum floor, and it never healed right.

Ramblings of someone way to hyperfixiated on Nevadas "Nowhere" (Headcanons - Apparatus designs applied)

EYESTRAIN WARNING LATER DOWN IN THE POST!

Sooooooooo welcome to me rambling about outside of Nevada because god we dont talk about the Machine alot and it greatly upsets me so imma do it.

Do keep in mind this is all headcanon and applies to my appartus designs, so it may not apply as well to canon

Now the Nowhere, or also called the "Curtain Of Nevada", is what happens if you leave the borders of Nevada, also called the World Borders

The world border is the main thing keeping the area secluded and together in the world of Nevada, meaning nothing exists outside the borders, HOWEVER, due to this area being quiet big for the Machine to host on one single server, it cut up Nevada into different sections where loading is required, now loading for Nevadeans is simply spacing out for a second and then good is, for the Machine however it is necessary to manage everything on an organized level. The 4 zones would be Nexus City, Somewhere, Nevada Central and due to the Demoniac cult activities both Stygian and the Machine are in unison to have cut the Haunting House into its own seperate loading area to keep the improbability levels at least somewhat contained so it doesnt overflow with the drive active.

If you looked at the image closely you would have noticed some points on the world borders where it says "Enter Zone", Enter Zones are exactly what their name entails. While the world is indeed stable, theres some part of the border where its easier to cross behind "the curtain" than it is on others.

Now what i will have to elaborate on is exactly what i mean in the context of "curtain" Its quiet simple really Nevadeans and mortals in general do NOT see reality as it is, they see a simple illusionary curtain to keep their sanity stable. HOWEVER, the employers are complex enough to see the world for what it really is as they were built by the machine to keep order and to protect its very system which is everywhere and nowhere at the same time

Reality in actuality consists of corners, chains and platforms, or in the most simple definition i can give it The Machines Skeleton.

However only the employers can IN NORMAL SITUATIONS SEE THIS. Is it possible for Nevadeans to Noclip behind the curtain and see what reality really consists of? Yes but its not nearly as clear as the employers can

They can still see of course but massively impaired due to the fact they werent SUPPOSED to see this all. And their vision is not the only negative effects theyll take from going behind the curtain, because there is indeed 2 different scenarios:

Scenario 1: The Employers acting as the Machines security system would most likely notice this new arrival, and Auditor, being the first to usually take care of this issue, would rip them to utter shreds as now this Nevadean would pose a threat to the system due to having directly interacted with it.

Scenario 2: They are lucky enough to notice this isnt good and noclip back before any of the employers get alerted of their arrival. Even in this case they arent truely off the Hook as they either A. go insane from what their mind has just witnessed B. If enough mental collection is present, turn into a disquieted.

Some beings such as The S-3lf Eater however will not be affected by this as it was deliberatly built to suck energy off the Machine, due to this the Employers cant detect it as a threat either, essentially, its a parasite. (that was what the comic yesterday was about BTW)

Reality overall is a topic that not many talk about because only few know of the Machine as a concept, mostly only Dr Gonne, who abused this knowledge, 2BDamned who also abused said knowledge however in favour of the Maker and the Cyberbandits who have a way stronger connection to the Machine as it is "the serverhost".

Is a connection of the Machine, aka the server, ever SEVERED with a Nevadean it would have devestating effects on the Nevadean. The second the connection to "The Server" is gone, the Nevadean will IMMIDIANTLY loose most of their recollection and personality as the machine is the one storing the data of such. In most cases one of the younger employers, either Conductor or Auditor help to re-connect this individual with the Machine....or well if not i think we all know what they would do.

i love to think about my b&a mc. it is my job to make him as unhappy as possible.

like in step one he is a girl. but then in step 2 he transitions, but struggles with awful disphorya and he hates himself. then in dereks route he is all sad in step 3 because he cant get over the fact that he wont ever get to see him again. (step 3 baxters route hes doing fine until the end of step 3)

THEN!! (i need to actually explain this right) in the time between step 3 and step 4, he was supposed to go traveling and come back home. but because of some pretty serious mental health issues he never actually returned to sunset bird. he lives somewhere other than the U.S, as a photographer. the catch is that he has no friends or family!!! he is alone!

step four (dereks route) he finally decides to come home after 5 years of not seeing anyone. (not even his bff cove :( ) and him and derek help eachother feel better about their lives.

step four (baxters route) he comes back for the third time that summer (look at him healing!) to help with jude and scotts wedding as their photographer! theres alot of anger and unresolved issues between the two of them, but they obviously work it out. they help eachother realize that reaching out is a good thing!

another thing to mention abt him is that his name is Kris, and the reason why my mc’s share a name is because they are pen pals ;) Kris asked K.J in a letter about names because he was struggling to pick one, ans now they match!

with love story stuff

ok ok pasting this from my notes app, but i got motivated to work on my original digimon story again! this is a bit long AND unfinished, and i can garuntee changes will probably be made in the future, but i thought itd be fun to get a draft of this out somewhere!!! thing, idk anyway- this is very slimmed down from what im actually imagining, in my head theres alot more padding and stuff inbetween and like little character interactions, but i just wanted to get all the big plot points down :3 :3 pls excuse my amateur excuse for writing 💛💛💛 ( also if ur confused abt the characters here im pretty sure i've uploaded the refs for these characters before so you can just like scroll thru my posts before or after reading to see who tf im talking abt!!)

context for terms and setting

im using the original names for evo stages (baby > in training > child > adult > mega > ultimate. and jogress instead of dna digivolving or xros or whatever!!)

this universe takes place in a universe like ours, where digimon and pokemon and allat exist as actual IPs and stuff. so its like digimon world or tamers, except digimon isnt just magically super popular 💀 BUT this has little impact on the story rn, so its subject to change.

jessie is isekaid into the digital world

maybe before that show some foreshadowing stuff to show the digital world is heavily influenced by her or sumn. im not sure how yet tho.

she is met by her partner, zurumon (evolves into a demidevimon in child stage) and a figure, who calls itself HomeoStasis. It takes the form of a Wizardmon so that it can have a tangible form (and i will refer to them as wizardmon from hereout)

after getting taken care of and camping with the wizardmon it gives jessie a quest and explains how the digital world is in danger

the quest is to find and kill a group of 4 powerful digimon

(being Clancy Toggle Jigsaw and Mars)

and he promises jessie and her partner great power.

jessie would take a while and grind her partner up to Devidramon, by loading data of digimon she kills. she eventually comes to the conclusion that by great power, he meant that she would get to load their data since they are very high level.

Jessie and her partner eventually get found by the group and they take her in, and grow fond of eachother. although still blinded by the promise of power, she keeps her motives and plays along with being their friend so that they can train her to be strong.

eventually after a while of training with the four and growing with her partner and finally evolving to ladydevimon, they finally betray the group and kill them, Jessie intended to load all of their data but only manages to load half of Mars' data (since theyre a jogress there was two sets and she only got one) but after but of celebration it is revealed that jessies partner had been fatally wounded by mars as they faced off (karma:3) and her partner dies. as the data floats into the sky, there is a glitchy effect in the sky and her partners data crosses path with another streak of data, which panics Jessie.

she quickly makes her way to the village of beginnings and retrieves her partners egg.

eventually she returns to Wizardmon to inform him that the four she was sent to kill was taken care of. He rewards her by telling her that once her partner reforms, it will gain a brand new stage of evolution to reach, ultimate level. before she leaves, Wizardmon informs her that the digital world is still at threat, since a group of impostor digidestined had arrived in the digital world. she is sent to go take care of them the same way she killed the other group.

(the rest from here isnt as solid or developed)

after a while of waiting around, her partner hatches. but this time, it's completely different. instead of her original partner, out hatches a Conomon (even though it was in a zurumon egg)

she freaks out and all, but she's too afraid to go to wizardmon and tell him about her partner in case he thinks she did something to break something in her partner.

so she decides to just raise them like she did her first partner, although alot more rough and mean since she liked her original partner better. she is a little abusive and abrasive with little praise, leading to her new partner to be very finicky and messed up mentally. she learns from Jessies example and is very easy to set off, being very violent and sensitive.

As she loads more and more data, lopmon loses herself more and more, becoming more and more animalistic with each loaded data. each time she evolves to adult level her traits begin to morph and gain traits from the data she loads, until she can no longer evolve into prairiemon, and now evolves into a messed up looking dobermon. Although this concerns Jessie alot, she is determined to get her mission done, so she ignores it.

eventually, just like the original group she was sent to kill, the new digidestined find Jessie before she can find them. they take her in, assuming shes one of them. Jessie notices that one of the digidestined she is sent to kill is someone she knows. its her ex, cheyenne. this troubles her, as she knows she has to kill them, but she still has feelings for cheyenne.

but on top of this she will have noticed that the leader of the group, Tucker, has goggles like every other digimon protanist. this is where she (and any avid digimon fans consuming the story) would realize that jessie isnt actually the good guy, leading her to question her actions.

She will spend a good amount of time with the group, probably going on little quests with each of them and getting to know about them. She does this to try and find any reason to not care about them and just finish her mission, but all she does is get attached and cant do it. after seeing just how good the other kids treat their partners, she feels guilty, and tries to get close to her lopmon. but by then it was already too late and lopmon had too much built up negativity and it all cascaded when Jessie tried a feeble attempt at apologizing. In Lopmons confusion and mixed feelings, she (dark) evolved into a twisted Gargoylemon, mirroring her previous partners Devidramon. Jessie struggled to control her, but Gargoylemon stayed true to the original goal jessie has given her of Killing the new group.

This leads to the death of one of the kids, (i havent decided which one is thematically the best to kill yet). the rest of them quickly retaliate and evolve to subdue and tie down gargoylemon.

(this is where it gets super loose and undeveloped, as i havent really spent long thinking about the story past here)

yada yada discourse happens and jessie is either sent off by herself or decided to go off alone by her own decision (i havent decided which one yet) and gives wizardmon a visit. She gives wizardmon a piece of her mind, about how he lied to her about the others being fake or something.

The wizardmon reveals that he is actually Yggdrasil and plans to end the digital world by taking down all the strong pillar figures keeping it up (this is super subject to change. might change it to be either a Hacker or a Virus, or i might keep it as Yggdrasil)

i dont have anything for the story after this, only that Jessie probably sets and informs the group of the situation and everything shes done in the digital world. itd probably lead to a bit of conflict and fighting for a while before she somehow gains their trust back. they'd come to the conclusion that there is probably a real Homeostasis, so they set out to find it in hopes that the real one can help them.

LITERALLY IT IS SO DIFFICULT INTRODUCING CHARACTERS i tried to write oc content recently and it went so bad that i couldnt even stomach the idea of it anymore it is so DIFFICULT but fanfic? fanfic is so much Simpler in my brain. in terms of work i mean because at the point that im writing fanfic about something ive already gone so deep into the lore that i could name 8 niche quest npcs and their full backstory + all of my headcanons in the form of 300 very lengthy discord messages

oh my god. sorry but midway through this ask i just remembered that i still have something of a discord wip channel in use right now, but its not for full works and it IS for snippets. sometimes i have these little ideas in my head but theyre not good enough for a full fic so i just jot em down in a discord channel for (hopefully) later use.... the discord wips will never die

real talk? what you said about any finished work being an accomplishment makes me feel alot better about how irregular my fics are because i end up feeling guilty about how by the time my writers block is over, the fandoms are completely different .. and to be honest when you stop thinking about it it IS kind of funny because theres a. wow fanfiction and b. anime fanfiction. i wonder sometimes if people go to my page and have an aneurysm looking at the fandom list

OKAY SO I MADE AN AU WHICH IS MOSTLY JUST SNAS CUZ HES A SURVIVIR💥💥💥

so i havent thought of a name yet for the au BUT,

basically the sans in this au doesn't have a papyrus, this is because he was the original and successful creation, he still doesn't have a bunch hp (5hp) because of his magic being unstable and can cause him harm, his magic is consisted of blood, so whenever hes fighting the magic he uses is from his blood and others blood he can manipulate, he still has all the same original magic, but everything is made out of blood, his or not. he can still teleport yadda yadda, but his specialty is in blood manipulation, the vial around his neck is a type of magical blood that gaster (creator) gave to him a long time ago [barely uses it due to aftereffects]. everyone either calls him "B" or "vamp" mostly a pun because of his blood manipulation, this is due to also being able to intake blood by eating it [he will never admit it but he likes the taste].

during his early adolesence, gaster taught him about science and physics, as well as biology and cells, he took to it like a fish to water, during these periodic moments, sans didnt notice that his creator was slowly planning something for him, on his 12th birthday [june 25th] gaster taught him about blood manipulation, sans did not understand why but studied it anyway, 5 days after gaster started to start doing small tests that gradually over time turned more intense. at first he would inject blood into sans during trials, then started adding dt into the blood mixture, the process was agonizing, gaster slowly built up his magic, while sans deceasingly lost his mind, the trials abruptly stopped when he was 22, he had almost full control over his ability, gaster was working on the core but during one of his experiments crashed the magical levels of the core and it self destructed, sans and only a few other monsters survived, sans was devastated, he never loved his father/creator but felt absolitely horrible for the other monsters.

all the negative energy that came off the survivors led nightmare and his crew to their au, sans in his delusional state met them, at first he was paranoid but over time eased and healed, making jokes with killer, annoyimg nightmare until he thwapped his with his magic, and harrassing fell whenever he was near their headquarters, nightmare offered him a position in the squad over time but sans refused stating "you guys are cool and all but im "bloody" tired", nightmare and the crew understood but always offered a way in if he decided later on,

after that escapade echo firisk met up with him/popped out of no where and scared the crap out of him, brought him to the omega timeline where other au's lost their home, classic usually visited, and as they shared puns they quickly befriended eachother, he mostly hangs out there but also enjoys watching undernovela with error.

one day when sans/B was messing around with his magic, due to uts unstability he was able to cross into different au's and voids, this is where he discovered the white void where he saw a glitchy monster twin that was freaking out over undernovela, B sat next to him and started watching it, quickly freaking out as well over the ~drama~ . most days he will randomly poke error [error doesn't really freak out unless its too much] or watching undernovela, he also likes to pop up behind him and scare him, they pretty chill

Hey! So I'm kinda new to tumblr so if this is the wrong place to ask then I'm sorry. But I have this deltarune AU i'm working on, and honestly, i have a few solid parts but theres a lot of parts im missing in the AU. I don't even have a proper name for it yet.

It's a swap AU, where the three primary swaps are Starwalker and Kris (With starwalker being turned into a human), Clover and Susie, and then Spamton and Ralsei. I was wondering what kind of advice or suggestions you would be able to give. Thank you!

Well, I guess just take your time with it. Sometimes, coming up with the right things to fit into an AU will take a while and taking time to go over ideas is important especially if you have a tone or theme. Creativity can't exactly be rushed after all.

If you have a bunch of missing parts just try to connect the parts you already have together. That's usually what I do. Want the characters to go from plot point A to plot point B? Well how would they get there both physically and story wise? Whatever you choose to start with doesn't really matter. This can be applied to many other things as well.

Also, it's important to remember that you don't have to impress anyone with your AU! Alot of the AUs I make are for fun and I just throw in whatever the hell I want and take the story in the direction I desire. Staying true to what you want to create is important because the stress of impressing others can be overwhelming.

When I made Honeycomb Ralsei I didn't know so many people would like her design and simply went with it. When I created Soulgrave, it was based off a poem I wrote that I turned into a comic and people just so happened to like that as well. Not only did I make something I was proud of but others enjoyed it as well.

Another thing is you don't have to stick to cannon if you don't want to! Don't let people tell you otherwise. Having fun while making an AU is one of the most important parts.
