Went to @thesmokepit on Thursday, and I'm glad I came on a day when they had their broccoli and cheese casserole. That stuff is delicious! Last night I went to @thesmokepit for their free extra side on Wednesdays. I was also really hungry before and thought I could eat their large chicken quarters plate, and I was wrong. Last night I went to @thesmokepit in Salisbury, NC and got their pick two combo with chicken quarters and texas brisket with mac n' cheese and okra. Their corn bread is really good and with the cinnamon butter it's served with, it's almost like a dessert. The brisket is usually really good here, but that night it was excellent, and the chicken quarters are a must have.
