migrating social media is smth i think imjust not gonna do at any point outside of using neocities or smth bc i have so many issues with newer social sites forever. obviouslt i have issues w the current sites i use too but smaller ones just dont have the userbase size that makeit worth the issues that can come up irt moderation unexpected changes discontinuation userbase dying and a much smaller ecosystem. idk. obvs allofthesethings r issues w big sites but i feel like the web is at the point of no return when it comes to how were used to using it. obvs if smaller sites work for u theywork for u and i wish they tended to work for me but i think its hte autism. i like neocities bc its my own page and less of a social media. but social media type ones hjsut dont vibe w me.. i think the transition from personal tight knit web rings to large scale social media has made the weird amalgamation of tight knit social media just feel. strange? idk. if any of this makes sense. i just hate using social media nowadays either way i guess
