Hmm I think it’s kind of bullshit that my job wants me to do 10+ “contact hours” without paying me or at least compensating me in any other way for my wasted time

I get paid 12.50 an hour. not even a living wage.#I’m going to put in minimal effort bestie#I’m going to skim the hell out of these videos#I wish I could say I’m sorry but I’m not 🥰#none of this ‘training’ is even relevant to my job#my kids are special needs they don’t understand the concepts you are ‘training’ me to teach#that’s no shade on the kids btw. I would find training that is actually applicable to the concepts THEY are learning to be helpful but alas#this training bullshit is built for neurotypical children#admin is so stupid lmao hate that they love to waste my time#happy day off! that I plan to do more stupid unpaid work! :)
