Was super fucking bored, and noticed Undertale was trending a few days ago. So, I decided to draw GZ!Papyrus cuz why not. Plus, decided to try out some comic style shading and such. Overall, proud of the piece for the most part. Kinda wished the vignette worked a bit better.

god. i wish i'd actually written more for that fic idea i had years ago where obi-wan and satine got space vegas married as teens and never nullified it out of lingering fondness only for it to turn hostile and ugly during the clone wars culminating in a VERY public and messy divorce and the ensuing bitter custody battle over korkie. it was gonna feature juicy holotabloid gossip and anakin experiencing every possible emotion yet growing closer to obi-wan in response and the political fallout from a high jedi general of the republic being married to a neutral head of state who APPARENTLY had an heir that she tried to pass off as her nephew for years. idk what the hell else i had in mind besides it ending happily for the galaxy at large, but dear god there was so much potential there. i'll never write it bc that would be a LOT of work and likely lead to annoying satine stans getting on my ass for an objectively hilarious concept, but like. the possibilities! imagine you divorce your cringefail wife and unintentionally end a galactic war in the process. hand in unlovable hand...

Fellow ESC fans, I think we are all disappointed (yet not surprised) about Israel participating in next year's competition.

What should we do as of now (before boycotting the whole thing if we fail to change things)? Do we put pressure and mail the EBU or just national broadcasters?

The EBU also didn't want to veto Russia even after they invaded Ukraine in 2022, and they only disqualified them after some national broadcasters threatened to boycott the competition, so this makes me think going for the broadcasters may work best.

Governments of Belgium, Spain or Ireland, among others, are already sympathetic to Palestine, so I don't think it's completely impossible, especially since RTÉ is already dissatisfied with the EBU too. So, should we focus our efforts into writing to national broadcasters demanding they disqualify Israel?

#eliot posts #mostly just teriyaki sauce tho #specifically one certain type if teriyaki sauce #the la choy stuff but SPECIFICALLY the original kind in the bottle w the purple lid #bc their teriyaki stir fry sauce is just not nearly as good #i am fucking obsessed w that shit #i would chug a bottle of it if it were not for the sodium content.#but alas i can only have a baby sip every once in a blue moon or put a lil bit on food #but i can only find it in ONE specific local chain grocery store for some reason anymore???#that chain is also the only place i can consistently acquire faygo as well...#but the past like 3 of them i visited they were OUT OF REDPOP #which is an attack against me personally #give me the strawbby sody..#(that shit tastes like strawberry old ppl candies for real. but carbonated. it's great.)#(i DO have a bowl full of old ppl candies too which is pog)#me a few days ago going out of my way to go thru the self checkout #bc i didn't want the cashier to see me buy 4 bottles of teriyaki and a case of cream soda and nothing else #(that store is a bit out of my way and sometimes they are sold out so i wanted to load up on the sauce lol)#i've also drank marinara sauce before #it was my freshman year of college and for some reason i hadn't had a real fruit or vegetable in DAYS #and it was late at night and the dining hall was closed. and i was out of fruit in my dorm #but i DID have a lil jar of pasta sauce #so my body's desperate cries for vitamin c lead me to take a hearty swig of that and savour the tomato chunks in it #god.#i am so glad i do not live in the dorms anymore and have my own kitchen w room for lots of fruits and veggies #sidenote: that local grocery chain was also my first job. the pay was dogshit but the management was lax and there was a union #and they were the only ones willing to hire me on very short notice and at the height of the pandemic #i was stranded w my parents at the time n figured if i'm gonna get berated by middle aged assholes all day i might as well get paid for it
