Untitled Poem

Life is to hard to live on our own.

We need others to help us with our burdens.

We sometimes use other means to get our stress out of our body.

Drugs, alcohol, cutting, smoking, all just for making us feel better.

All have been used for centuries to make us “feel better”

We sometimes feel unloved by everyone.

We look for love and acceptance from anyone.

We go further than we first meant to holding onto our own “love”

Then our “love” leaves us and it’s then that we notice that love was right in front of us the whole time.

I have So many things to Say to you. Stories Of how I dream of you And wake up Slightly confused That you aren't Beside me. I want To tell you how No one else Stands a chance: I'm looking for you In their Eyes Hearts Hands And None of them Are you. I want to Wax poetic On my reasons why We could be Unstoppable Together And lay out my Arguments Why we should Create a life together.
