i need to call planned parenthood to see if i can come in and meet the doctor to start the road to going to the gyno and to see if they have support groups, but im so nervous... has anyone been to pp? i dont know what to expect (please tag #tiashetalks)

Do any of our followers have experience with Planned Parenthood?

Forgot to update here, but I told our mom that we were sexually assaulted as a kid, that I’m talking to our therapists about it, and that we’re a system. And... she took it really well!!! I feel very supported and it’s very nice;v;

Tomorrow, I need to go into our therapy appointment and, for the first time, say “We were sexually assaulted as a child.” and I’ve never said that. I’ve never even explicitly stated that to my closest friend.It’s really, really scary, but I’m really glad our roommate is gonna be there for us. 

If anyone has tips or advice, I’d love to hear it.

I’ve had some really intense memories today, so I want to share something good. This was my art therapy homework, where I took the Innocent/Child archetype and made a piece of art.

he enjoyed it. he enjoyed raping us. i cant... it doesnt feel real and it feels to real. why? who would enjoy raping a child?

went to both therapy appointments today and for the first time ever said out loud that we were sexually assaulted. and it... it was easier than i thought it would be. one of our therapists gave me the homework of writing down all of the trauma memories and anything more i remember of it for us to talk about later.

we also figured out that the next step would be to talk to my mom to get more info of what i was like around that time. this is gonna be... real hard
