what they look like. 6'1" with average build. blue-eyed with neatly parted dark-brown-virtually-black hair. he has a full, well-groomed mustache, because naturally. i like to think, actually, that while still on the "average" spectrum build-wise, he has strong forearms and large hands, and though that's because of the character models in-game, i'll still adopt it. he has numerous birthmarks (beauty marks?) sprinkled over his face.

when clean shaven, which is never, you'll note he has a prominent cupid's bow. here's everyone with their mustaches and/or beards shaved off (a bit cursed).

insofar as style is concerned, trelawny is impeccably and stupidly, as in ridiculously, smartly dressed. he dons top hats, spats, gloves, tailcoats, and patterned waistcoasts. he accessorizes with the 1899 equivalent of tiebars for his neckwear. his whites are always baby powder white. he's essentially the 1890s version of fred astaire when it comes to fashion—complete with a cane!

what they smell like. scents and perfumes weren't as prevalent in 1899 like today, but trelawny uses geo. f. trumper's corzone cologne, a 1892 fragrance and whose company tailored its business to the english elite—this fits trelawny's dandy and upper-class image well—and even noble-born. as one review describes the scent:

"that chypre smell of fusty bergamot and mossy patchouli cuts through everything, but the real focus is a mix of honeyed hawthorn and lumber-ish sandalwood. there's also [a] familiar mix of dank green herbs... and a hint of pine tar that gives a hint of leather to the underbelly of the scent."

he bathes regularly and he uses soaps! like in in-game dialogue, he will judge you if you're grimy and if he can catch a whiff of you.

what they taste like. i'd just say skin?? idk what else people are supposed to taste like agdhdhf; he's not grating oranges against himself. if you were to kiss him, i'd also say?? mouth, but he does smoke and you will catch that if he did so recently.

what they sound like. trelawny has a notable transatlantic accent and a lilt-y, see-saw-y, or sing-songiness about his deliveries. he speaks vibrantly, coupled with a plethora of emphases, and it's almost performative. however, there is also a raspish, croaky quality to his voice that plummets to a downright guttural roll when speaking top-secret-or-cheekily low ("it's a man called desmond blyyyyythe.").

what they feel like. warm to the touch. i like to think trelawny runs a bit on the warm side. to reference an easily relatable, real-life scenario: he's someone you can ooch up to in bed to leech all his warmth. stick your feet on him. he won't like it, but your feet will.

other than that, trelawny has softer skin and hands than obviously, say, the likes of arthur morgan. he does not do heavy, grueling, or laborious work nor does he live out in the open in the wild wild nearly as often as the gang. as arthur notes, he makes a habit of conning his way into fancy hotels. expensive tastes, that trelawny.

Part 5

New Beginnings At a Funeral

By the funeral, Allison was surrounded by her true friends and family. And up at the front of the massive megachurch Corey and his family went to. It was a packed house. And it seemed everyone came out and Allison felt like her hands were going to be shaken off as her little ones were with her parents and their other cousins on her side of her family so that she could practically get her own receiving line.

Astral had “left” her that morning, but not before upgrading her current jewelry into something more "appropriate".

Allison tried to be patient as she seemed to wade through the sea of guests in black, waiting to feel Atral’s presence again. And Astral had been so "mean" by not letting her know what his new host would look like, or even his name or anything. Right now, she could feel all of Corey's friends eye her and she could practically feel them betting to see who would bag her next and she wanted to tell all of them to take a hike, and actually kick them like they were field goal footballs.

She kept an eye on the clock and trying to keep patient. And when one of the minister’s assistants leaned their head into her ear to tell her that they should begin soon, she nodded as she suddenly had to let go of the breath she continuaously seemed to be holding.

Damn this crowd for keeping her away from him as she tried to look past him to see if she could spot anyone who might be Astral.

Just as she was about to turn back to who had been there the moment before, when she looked back, she found a pair of shoes with black and white diamonds in the vamp of his otherwise, very nice dress shoes as Allison’s eyes got wide before her eyes travelled up his body before she was met with a black and white diamond tiebar and then from there, up to Astral’s eyes set in the most handsome face she could have ever imagined to exist as he handed her the same galaxy rose he had first given to her in the dream world as she took it in awed wonder before her eyes glazed with tears as she looked back up into those same gorgeous blue diamond eyes.

Because, suddenly, that same, star struck awe and feeling of time and the universe pausing as the spark of recognition and that feeling of being united your soul mate was fully felt by them as well as Astral’s other “family” members who were with him. 

“Hi, I’m Astral.” Astral introduced and Allison sighed dreamily as she stared into those same beautiful blue diamond eyes and shook his hand as she felt a new, much stronger connection with Astral's new form with her own. One that she was so happy and thrilled to feel and have. Astral could not be any more perfect than he was right now. Oh this had been worth the wait. Astral had good reason to keep this a surprise. She was so delighted.

“Hi, I’m Allison. Thank you so much for coming.” Allison thanked him. 

“Let me introduce my family.” Astral began as he introduced her to other members of his pod as she got to meet them and directed them to sit next to her family and had a few moments to introduce her family to him and his before the service and Allison was already itching and anxious to have it all over with so she could hurry up and just fuck Astral already.

And after the funeral, Allison invited Astral and his family to join her and her family at a banquet table at the reception after the funeral and was happy that her family seemed to be pleased to meet and get acquainted with Astral and his family, and happily accept that Allison and Astral used to work together at her very first job and had apparently been friends for the longest time. And that once Astral found out that Allison was single again, had reached out to offer condolences while also offering support where he could and had “warned” Allison about the kind of guy Corey could be. And while Allison regretted not paying attention to the warning then, they were happy to reconnect and rekindle their friendship, if not have a much more serious romantic one spark back to life. 

And then for Allison’s family to practically invite Astral and his family to her house for dinner that night, then it seemed like the two families were instantly friends and instantly the closest of friends. 

“I missed you so much.” Allison managed to say between heated kisses as she was particularly giddy to undress Astral’s new form. 

“Have to admit, I missed you too.” Astral beamed happily as he was ripping Allison’s dress off of her, the fabric itself, coming apart at the seams. 

“And I missed…” Astral grunted as he lifted her up so her legs could wrap around his waist before that cock thrust up into her causing her to gasp, keen and moan. 

“That too.” Astral beamed. 

“Me too.” Allison whimpered before Astral managed to get them to the bed as she could already feel Astral deleting every bad memory she had ever had with Corey and replaced himself instead so that from now on, it would only be him, her and their kids. Both the ones now and the ones to come in the near future.
