Ingredients
2 ounces vodka
juice from 1/2 of a lime
1/3 cup apple cider
1 tablespoon apple butter
1-2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
ginger beer, for topping
pomegranate arils and cinnamon sticks, for serving
Instructions
Fill a cocktail glass with ice.
Combine the vodka, lime juice, apple cider, apple butter, and ginger in a cocktail shaker.
Fill with ice and shake until combined about 1 minute. Strain into your prepared glass.
Top with ginger beer and garnish with apple slices, pomegranate arils, and cinnamon sticks.

▢1 tablespoon flour or gluten-free flour

▢1/3 cup pickled ginger, patted dry
▢2 shallots sliced
▢3 cups broccoli florets
▢1/2 cup tamari or soy sauce
▢3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

▢2 tablespoons ginger juice (from pickled ginger jar)

SPICY CUCUMBER SALAD

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 475° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or rub with oil. 2. On the sheet pan, toss together the steak, shallots, pepper, and flour. Add 1 tablespoon oil, tossing to coat. Toss with the pickled ginger. Arrange the steak to one side of the baking sheet. Add the broccoli to the other side. Toss with oil, salt, and pepper. Bake 10 minutes. 3. Meanwhile, make the sauce. In a bowl, whisk together the tamari, maple syrup, Gochujang, ginger juice, garlic, and sesame oil. Add the sesame seeds. 4. Remove the broccoli from the sheet pan. Then pour 2/3 of the sauce over the steak, toss it up in the sauce. Switch the oven to broil. Broil 2-5 minutes, until the meat is crisping. Watch closely.5. In a bowl, toss together the cucumbers with the green onions, chili flakes, and salt. Ad 1-2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil.6. Serve the steak, broccoli, and cucumber salad with extra sauce and green onions over steamed rice. Drizzle with spicy mayo.

This Cinnamon Bourbon Old Fashioned with Brûléed Oranges is the perfect cozy cocktail for these cold November and December nights…your new holiday go-to!

Ingredients
Cinnamon Syrup
1/3 cup real maple syrup
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
2 cinnamon sticks
Old Fashioned
1 thin orange slice
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
2 ounces (1/4 cup) bourbon
1/4 cup Florida's Natural® Brand Orange Juice
1 dash orange bitters
1-2 ounces (2-4 tablespoons) cinnamon syrup sparkling water, for topping (optional)
cinnamon stick and fresh rosemary, for serving (optional)
Instructions
Cinnamon Syrup
In a medium pot, bring 1/3 cup water, the maple syrup, rosemary, and cinnamon to a boil. Boil 3-5 minutes, then remove from the heat. Let cool. Keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Old Fashioned
To make the brûléed oranges, sprinkle one side of each orange slice with sugar. Heat a small skillet over medium-high heat. Place the orange slices, sugar side down, in the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes, until lightly caramelized. Remove from pan and let cool.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the bourbon, orange juice, orange bitters, and 2 tablespoons of the cinnamon syrup. Shake to combine.
Strain into a glass. If desired top with sparkling water. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, rosemary, and a brûléed orange slice.
