If you need help sleeping, here's a tip!
Try stay off your bed whilst doing things like scrolling the internet, drawing, or any hobbies that require sitting down. Remind yourself that a bed is a place to sleep. I know a lot of people like to scroll through the internet while curled up bed late at night, but then when you actally try, your mind is still active and is trying to get you to do something. Try sitting at your desk or bring your blankets and pillows on the floor.
Just a little tip that always helps me sleep! 🙂
