New Batch, Next Season

Call this a bit of a part-two to my big piece I made for Season 1 last year. 

Season 2 was pretty good! I do feel Season 1 is more solid in areas, but I still enjoyed watching every episode to some degree. 

And my goodness, was this one both heaven and hell to make. But it was really fun getting to draw everyone together again! This cast has continued to stay my favorite in the whole series, and I'd be down for seeing a potential Season 3 with them. On the other hand, if it ends with Season 2, then I'd be perfectly happy too. It was a fun reboot all around.

Episode 3: "Super Happy Crazy Fun Time Japan"

A very fun episode that showed the dynamic of each team really well.

Emma & Priya couldn't talk things out with Julia and who knows what Lauren is up to, so Wayne had to intervene which may or may not come as a surprise since he is a team captain for a hockey team afterall.

Team Raj was easily the most cooperative and functional team of this episode. Bowie did great during the pinball game, and everyone had a say in the production of the commercial, well everyone not named Ripper.

Unforrtunately, Millie and the rest of her team put their trust on Zee way too much for being a movie critic. They really should've listened to Nichelle instead. Let's just say Chef and Chris weren't too keen of their commercial .

Not my usual post, but I vividly remember watching Total Drama Island and Total Drama World Tour when I was younger, and I have always tried to draw some of the girlies cos I liked their designs but wasn’t able to execute them the way I wanted to.

(I’m aware Crimson, Dawn and Zoey weren’t part of the OG nor World Tour, but I liked their designs too.)

I decided to include the new gen too! Even if I haven’t, and I don’t think I will be, watching it. I just find the designs neat. ✨
