Funny/tragic idea for Starscream:

Starscream, has no fucking standards for a partner. And I mean that. His standards are literally:

- 75% chance they won’t drug him

- mildly respect a ‘no’

- don’t physically/consistently verbally abuse him

His standards are so low it’s sad. And that’s not even getting into his fucked up idea of consent.

Megatron is horrified. Someone get this baby a proper consent 101 class, and please pick up some standards when you’re passing by the store.

Because Star’s bar of standards is so low, it’s a tripping hazard in hell, and yet he somehow manages to find the mechs who use it to limbo dance with the devil.

Honestly the other few ‘con’s he’s close to who do have standards are just grateful that he ended up with Soundwave, or around them in general, because he is so vulnerable to just about anyone taking advantage and abusing him.

It takes Starscream an embarrassingly long amount of time to realize that his standards are in fact garbage, and that he’s hit the jackpot in partners, being with Soundwave, and in coworkers with Megs, because they have a serious moral code about consent, and will be the first people to throw the book at anyone who dares to violate consent.

It’s funny, but in a dark, tragic way. Because you’d actually think that as a prince, he would have completely unattainable standards, but they’re actually nonexistent.

#mine #transformers #allspark #henkei! henkei!#starop #these were originally for an edit (optimus and starscream's dialogues are direct parallels to the lyrics).#but i have little to no time to work on edits anymore so i hope these are acceptable!#i will admit i spent an embarrassing amount of time on these. the original script i wrote for these was very sad and i felt like shit.#but i made the blushing starscream/concerned optimus edit with his hand near her cheek and i just couldn't finish it.#note: 恥ずかしい (hazukashii) is most commonly translated as “embarrassed” but can also be translated as “ashamed”.#which i feel carries a more personal annotation of guilt and shame. because that's what their relationship is here.#optimus: if the autobots knew where you stood with the decepticons‚ i'm sure they'd accept you. starscream: ...ah‚ you're walking too fast.#also: starscream uses おれ in manga post-UT but i just couldn't do it. starscream is forever a わたし girl to me.#and to be fair it is based off how she used to refer to herself in jp. i thought about taking it further and using あたし for her.#but i think it's a little uncharacteristic for her (even in a romantic context). i don't think it fits her.#and YES i used convoy his jp name. i really like it okay... it's grown on me and i understand it doesn't make sense to use it in english.#so that's why the panels read “convoy” but i translate it as “optimus”. he can use both names. as a treat.

I think objectively speaking the funniest way Soundwave’s actual normal speaking voice is heard by anyone (even by Megatron because he really doesn’t like using his voice so it’s been a long ass time since he did), is if it was because he read someone’s mind and it particularly disturbed him so much he completely forgot to utilize his vocoder.

Imagine it: Megatron, Soundwave, and Starscream are all cuffed, and sat down somewhere, they’re just chilling really. The Autobots and the humans they’re around are a decent bit away, but this doesn’t exactly protect them from Wave’s telepathy. He’s just passively grazing, just checking out what they’re thinking, what the plan to do is, so him and Starscream can properly calm down a bit. Nothing malicious, just curious and a little anxious.

One of the humans is just waking up from a nap, and they’re experiencing sleep paralysis, so their thoughts are everything they can’t physically say. So it’s random, sassy, what have you. And then they start having thoughts about their sleep paralysis symptoms, particularly visual ones or something similar.

And suddenly, Soundwave just bursts with a mild scream going “WHO IS THE FUCKING HAT MAN??!” looking incredibly distressed.

Starscream is wheezing, and Megatron is just staring at both of them, confused as hell. Optimus and/or Jazz figure it out fast, oh he was poking around and discovered weird shit he wasn’t quite prepared for. The others probably not so much. Soundwave quickly turns to holding onto Megatron as his emotional support friend, and Megs is even more confused. All in all it’s hilarious.

Idk just a silly idea brought to you by my new HC of Kade (RBs) having sleep paralysis among many other issues. :)

Okay, you like both Undertale and Transformers, so maybe you can see my vision.

Crossover au where transformers and monsters simultaneously exist. Not an undertale characters as transformers au, or vice-versa. An au where post true-pacifist, the monsters leave the underground only to find a new sapient species has arrived on the planet.

“Humans couldn't share the Earth with us, but they can with giant alien robots?!!! ...Wtf.”

An earthspark-like setup would work best for this, honestly. Just the “How dare” vibes on the monsters’ side, and the “You humans did WHAT?!” On the transformers’ side, with humans in the middle.

Also, the humans, whether through time or magic, completely forgot about the monsters. It would be such a spectacular shit-show! 😈

And don't get me started on the lore implications!

This idea has been rotating in my head for weeks, and I actually want to talk about it with people. So I entrust it to you to spread, 'cause I have like 10 actual followers, and I don't think there's enough overlap there for this to gain traction on my blog. (I'm asking on anon because I'm nervous)
