I go to an LGBT+ clinic. They were founded as a direct, community built, response to the AIDS epidemic. My practioner is a member of our LGBT+ family (or else is the queerest-flagging straight guy ever). The clinic does a lot of work ensuring the trans people of our city have the gender affirming care they need. They are a trans-friendly medical facility.

Now the scene is set for the following exchange.

Practioner: Are you sexually active with male or female partners?

Me: ... .... ..... uh.

Practioner: Are you seeing any men or women?

Me: Um... well...

Me (to myself): Oh! This is the pregnancy risk question!

Me: I have one male partner and one partner who is a trans woman

I might pass as a cis-woman, but my presentation as an agender femme individual has nothing to do with gender or sex of partners. As a transwoman, Princess needs different medical care than Pants or I. I would have loved it if the question was more direct, instead of dancing around the idea pregnancy so that I could have more quickly and fully answered it.
