Torchwood may be completly silly at times but i love how they just killed owen and brought him back for an actual reason (and then killed him again) and he had to deal with that

Red&Toby: Re Ur post on BG roles: We LUV sailing ships so our dream role wud be Victoria style bio series of Nelson by BBC/PBS. BG has the talent & while 5" taller he is diminutive enuf for the role. But thing we fear is BG wud go after lesser role of a jerk ala' Admiral Hotham. Part of prob w/him playing romantic lead's have heard his interviews re: Trchwd bout how he hates sex scenes & taking his clothes off. If he's NOT comfortable he won't take role! So maybe a less racy PBS version wud work

I love Age of Sail pieces! And it would be very cool to see Burn in one, to be sure. (Though any turn as Nelson would inevitably involve that big ol’ death scene, and heaven knows we’ve watched Burn die in enough roles already...) Still, by what little I know of Nelson, there’d be a lot of powerful material there -- action, romance, big pretty ships! All the good stuff.

And fortunately, screen romance needn’t necessarily involve nudity or sex. I’m quite enthralled by just the emotional aspects of his romantic arcs, myself. ❤

college au jack and ianto do couples halloween costumes OBVIOUSLY but it’s always ianto wearing a suit and then jack doing something to match whatever suit-wearing character he is this year. like ianto is james bond and jack is moneypenny. and then the ACTUAL purpose of this post which is that i wanted to say that one year ianto is bruce wayne and jack is catwoman. the end.

smth feels quite Bad about the fact that we have both “ay ay gay boy! heard you’re taking it up the ass!” and “who’s the queer” @ ianto in COE (have not watched but seen both in youtube clips) but they still play it like “it’s not men it’s just him.” like too tired 2 ARTICULATE right now but #1 torchwood never did homophobia before so why now??? but that’s not really it it’s #2 them not really letting ianto beeee a part of the gay community by having an identity and owning that as a part of him instead making it like ~jack is an exception~ thing and yet he STILL gets homophobia. like obvs it’s not as bad as when the ONLY way a character is coded as queer is when they get homophobia thrown at them but it still feels v bad??? kit please say why....

a 2.5 hour audiobook with the whole original cast on an adventure.....Okay a bitch might shell out some cash. ALSO THE FACT THAT OWEN IS AT THE END AT IANTO IS CLOSER TO THE MIDDLE LIKE HE HAS BECOME A MAIN-ER CHARACTER THAN OWEN,,,,,,,WILD
