Algo bueno de hoy

Lo que me ha ayudado a cambiar el mood es hacer algo que llevo días queriendo hacer.

Quería aprender a editar vídeo, se convirtió en una tarea muy intrusiva en mi cabeza. Hoy me he instalado Capcut, he estudiado con tutoriales y cogiendo apuntes una hora completa, y después he hecho pruebas. Me ha gustado, aunque creo que sólo he hecho una pequeña parte... Pero mañana aprenderé algo más sobre editar vídeos e intentaré mejorar esos vídeos.

& if this is meant, I want your hand in mines forever. And I want to love, trust, guide and protect you. From whatever may whether.

Trust the process

H u m i l d a d. Esta palabra fue el mensaje del mar esta vez, una palabra que se ha estado repitiendo en mi mente desde hace unos meses y que en estos días me compartió uno de mis espejos favoritos, el mar. Hace unos meses, en una sesión de amanecer recibí un mensaje en una meditación, un mensaje colectivo que auguraba un nuevo viento, tras tres meses todo me está haciendo un total sentido; este proceso de caos ha sido más peculiar de lo normal, la diferencia está en mi conciencia, en la conciencia que me ha acompañado al desprenderme de aquello que he creído que soy, he alimentado a mi personaje de creencias tan arraigadas y tan conocidas que volver a él era casi automático, resistía y regresaba con más facilidad y con más fuerza, y posiblemente con más dolor, no he dejado de repetirme ‘confía en el proceso’, no es fácil desprenderte de lo que has creído que es real pero tampoco es imposible, y con paciencia y aún con resistencia mi sabiduría interna me llevó a esos descubrimientos a los que he nombrado y reconocido hasta hoy como estrellas escondidas que ahora ya brillan. Ahora veo que ese proceso de caos era el puente hacia el nuevo viento, todo este tiempo de transformación me ha recordado la humildad, aún tiempo atrás habiendo trabajado en lo interno, en la sombra, en la obscuridad, en lo profundo no me exime de pasar por el lado de la espiral que vuelve a mostrar ese tema aparentemente diluido, solo que esta vuelta viene con un nuevo aprendizaje, una nueva visión que quita velos y una nueva piel que permite sentir con antelación la llegada de ese nuevo viento en ese nuevo amanecer.
