I made this lot for the big sister challenge I was doing last year. Except I wasn't really following the rules completely. I was doing it more for the story and I needed a place where my sims could live without having to go through a million loading screens just so they could exercise at a gym or something like that. This was made waaay before For Rent or the newest Businesses and Hobbies packs were released. This lot can be turned into any type of lot. I made sure to add all the required items to make that a possibility...but yknow. Can't download it so doesn't even matter now does it?

a few more empty buildings that can be turned into apartments or whatever

I don't really know if the layout makes much sense but I am extremely happy with how it turned out. I used quite a bit of cc and mods but I couldn't add as much detail as I wanted to. I play on a very laggy laptop so building this entire thing was hellish.

I wish I could credit and list down all the wonderful creators whose works I ended up using for this build but I unfortunately couldn't even keep track. I know for sure I used a lot of deco sims from @lazysimmies, @starrysimsie, @reigningsims and a few other ones that I just can't recall. I'm sorry about that.

This was made before I stupidly deleted my mods folder...😒

I'll post more pics of Autumnhaven maybe tomorrow or later. For now, I hope you like this one!

The colors are probably a bit over done at this point but I also feel like I need to do a bit of catch up with the rest of you guys and really get the eco bug out! I've always wanted to do a bit more rustic styled Earth Ship home. So that may be coming soon. Maybe in oasis springs? Or perhaps Henford-on-Bagley? IDK!

LC x BBYGYAL123 - KERATIN Collection (EARLY ACCESS)

So excited to release this hair salon inspired set that I worked on with my friend bbygyal123! This was my first time collaborating with another creator and I am super proud of what we came up with. It was so great to connect with another designer and I believe we both leveraged our different skill sets to make this set a success.

There are two parts of this set - one on bbygyal123's Patreon page, and one on mine. The full set features a combined total of 62 items, which contain everything you need to set up a lux hair salon. Some of our faves include:

·         Functional salon chairs (using the Spa Day and Get Famous chairs' tuning)

·         Full line of custom hair care products and hot tools

·         Hair wash basins, work stations, and foot baths

·         Front Desk and retail signage

·         A series of built-in wall pieces to accommodate display shelving, mirrors, and more

Angry Man

Oki I didn't do 12 days of Christmas because I forgot lmao... and this is why I'm still sharing packs that I made several months ago, such as this one. It was a commission by the lovely PlumbobProductions and the very creative title is because it's a sort of sequel to Horrible Man.

The pack contains 5 paired poses (3 for use with a chair, 2 for use with a wall) and 1 trio pose. I've only made an all-in-one for the first 3 poses because unfortunately there are multiple locations/number of Sims in this pack. Poses made with masc and femme frames and as always there may be clipping or floating depending on Sim body type and clothing.

🌉 ACNH Bridges Set 🌉

This is a set of ACNH bridges, made to be used with the terrain manipulation tools in TS4 in order to make them blend with their surroundings. The bridges are slotted, so will allow for deco sims with appropriate deco size to be placed on the bridges. If you want to easily change the deco size of any of the CC items you put in your game, there is a tutorial here.

Once upon a time I decided to do some townie makeovers for my own savefile. I started with the Goth household and I think they turned out well. I especially love how Bella and Mortimer turned out. Unfortunately, I was a dumbass and accidentally deleted my entire mods and cc folder so now I only have some screenshots left of what could've been a great save file.

Base Game Ficus and Philodendron as Separate Plants
