okay so overall the news Abt the new book wasnt like insane with the "unhinged" parts n stuff but what the hell do you mean by PLOTWIST PEOPLE WILL BE MAD ABOUT. and why do I have an ominous feeling SOMETHING BAD will happen. My theory:

A) someone is coming BACK...

or B) someone is gonna get hurt

LET ME EXPLAAIAINN

A) is based on what I personally think if a character was brought back from the dead. Jason grace? I don't feel like people would be particularly MAD MAD about it, but frustrated. The way how Jason's story affected the plot (especially with Nico and will n general??? I'm not sure I don't remember) and all that being set back??? Would annoy some. OCTAVIAN HOW EVER OOHHH MY GOD THAT IS A STORY FOR AJOTHER DAY

B) Naomis introduction makes me feel like someeeones getting hurt... I'm not pin pointing it on her specific, but I feel like there's gonna be (major or small) death in this book. I don't think it's Nico or will, will was confirmed to live after all. Hazel and Frank?? I think is also unlikely, but not impossible. It being Naomi makes sense, in a way. Character gets introduced, dies in the same book. Literally happened with Bianca.

All the Nico stans I follow seem to be dismayed that he and his boyfriend are getting another new book, as is their right and their prerogative.

I, however, am actually pretty excited.

I appreciate the value of a complete story and Arc, sure, and I recognize that excessive continuation can dilute the strength of otherwise good storytelling, but in this case my desire for canon content of The Blorbo just outweighs that.

Tbh I think that the “Will wouldn’t be a doctor because he would get tired of seeing pain” argument kinda stems from a misconception of what a doctor does.

To start off, I think we gotta clarify that not ALL types of doctors are exposed to death and pain the way y’all think they are. In fact, many of them aren’t. Probably most.

Second of all, a doctors job isn’t to just send out death sentences. On the contrary, healing is absolutely something that celebrates life! Not everything in a doctor’s job has to do with death and pain, and though many times a condition could arrive to a drammatic point, that’s not all there is!

And talking about Will specifically, call me crazy but I truly don’t see how anyone could see him as anything other than a doctor in canon. Healing is part of him, part of his identity. Without healing and without his dream of being a doctor he is NOT WILL!!! its just such an intrinsic part of his character, and, to me at least, it cannot be taken away.

I also saw some people trying to argue that he “wouldn’t want to relive the trauma of his brothers dying” which? I’m just kinda confused about because it has essentially nothing to do w medicine😭

Will has always dreamed of helping people (one could argue that he dreams of helping people a bit TOO much, basing his entire worth around it) and tho I can kinda see people saying he would get a bit tired (as in like. physically. From him working too much) there are many specializations in medicine, not to mention many ways a doctor can do their job!

i think we are kinda missing this detail when talking about tsats2 and we should wake up and stop doing that ❗️1. it’s officially stated that hazel is going to be there 2. they are both from previous century 3. solangelo said they will eventually meet with hades 4. math is mathing‼️5. i don’t know what plot could be based on it but its a fantasy book so lets not pretend its irrelevant and that it could not matter‼️
