بقرار مستثنى يحصل أصحاب الكفاءات في تقديم خدماتهم لتركيا في أي من المجالات يمنحون الجنسية التركية.

  4. الإقامة الدائمة لمدة 5 سنوات

للمقيمين داخل تركيا بمدة خمسة سنوات غير منقطعة و بشرط عدم مغادرة تركيا أكثر من ستة أشهر، يحق لهم التقديم للحصول على الجنسية التركية.

5. الاستثمار

يمكنهم الحصول على الجنسية التركية في عدة طرق و منها:

حسب القانون التركي، فإن شراء عقار مقيم للجنسية بقيمة 400 ألف دولار أمريكي شرط عدم بيع العقار لمدة 3 سنوات.

استثمار ثابت و غير ناقص بمبلغ لا يقل عن 500 ألف دولار أمريكي.

توفير فرصة للعمل لخمسين مواطنًا تركيًا على الأقل بدل عن مئة مواطن.

خفض قيمة شرط الإيداع في البنوك التركية من ثلاثة ملايين دولار إلى 500 ألف دولار لمدة 3 سنوات .

عن طريق أدوات اقتراض الدولة شراء بقيمة 500 ألف دولار أمريكي أو ما يقابله باليرة التركية أو أي من العملات الأجنبية.
