Sea Beans or sea kidneys (molucca beans) are not native to Scotland but they do float thousands of miles to Scottish beaches from tropical shores. In Scottish folk magic, these were used to protect sailors from drowning at sea or for attracting prosperity.

Alternatively, Scots would use polished pebbles that looked like sea beans. Often with a hole drilled into it so it can be worn as an amulet by sailors for protection at sea.

I see this crap all the time. No fancy magazine or online quiz, or sparkly meme can make any such determination. My altar in a box. Box was made by the talented @vampirebait7 when we were all obsessed with Hellboy 2! I probably should refresh some of the items, I’ve had them for years... The pentacle is copper and the first one I owned, bought in Prague in 1997. The crystal wand I took with me for luck on the first flight I ever took alone. I have four or five decks, though I don’t read often. I’ve not had the Botticelli deck for more than a few years, and never really read from them.
