Great Beginnings 💛 Ok... So going to uni as a mature student was one of the toughest and most challenging experiences, but also one of my favourite decisions I have ever made. • Partly because of some of the amazing, intelligent people I met along the way and partly because it was the first time I got to paint on an entirely blank canvas. I didn't know anyone and they didn't know me. • However, sharing a journey with people striving to be successful, definitely makes you comfortable in adopting the same attitude, instead of the "struggle mentality" or the "victim mindset". • Someone said to me at one point, that I shouldn't put that I'm a graduate on my profile because it seems like I'm showing off and so I took it off for a while, but as I've trained I realised that the only people intimidated by my growth are those who are afraid of change. I seek to exist outside of my own comfort zones. Never apologise for wanting more for yourself, your children or your community.
