It's interesting to think how the early chapters Cale would absolutely go batshit AND bluescreen THEN have severe seizures as well if he just knew what the current him is going through right now 😭 To think that he's now being offered to be god but he'd PREFERABLY (!!?) choose to work with Alver instead would make the early chapters Cale drop dead on the spot and never revive again

i love how in yugioh a lot of the time (even in the subs! not just in the dub!) when a character dies it’s more like they “die”--like, yeah, their body gets blasted to particles or whatever but they just got sent to some different dimension or to alien hell or evil dark spirit hell or whatever. Once the yutagonist saves the day they come back just fine.

but then you ALSO get characters who DO just FUCKING DIE often VIOLENTLY and you sit there like oh :^) well. i don’t think he’s coming back huh :,^)
