I don’t know why I believe this so strongly, but I feel as though there will legitimately be a Taylor Swift camero in The Bear season 3. My source? Trust me bro.

In season 2 cousin Richie had an entire character arc episode to the soundtrack of Love Story and absolutely nothing else (iconic). It’s his anthem now. Richie even went out of his way to get Taylor Swift tickets for him and his daughter, and they haven’t gone to the concert yet (that is an actual canon subplot in S02 I’m serious, go check).

Has Taylor Swift interacted with anyone from the show beyond nodding during Ayo’s wonderful speech and tweeting a shoutout to Ebo? Not to my knowledge. Does the 1# musician in the world rn who’s currently on a multi-year long world tour have time to film a tiny cameo on a very well regarded show that’s halfway famous for its guest stars and cameos? Probably not, but she has been hustling like crazy lately. Performing 3 hours a night in front of tens of thousands of people, celebrating her B-day at the Box in NYC, flying out to see her bf’s football games, releasing an entire fucking feature film about said record-making world tour, re-recording entire albums, flying across the globe just to support Beyoncé for 2 h then flying straight back in her gas-guzzler jet, and way more like wOW.

So I feel like a cameo that may take only a couple hours to film, especially if a few cast and crew just straight up film the scene at one of her shows, is actually possible? And I think she’d think it would be fun and I think The Bear as a production (which is not only popular, but very well regarded critically) would think it’s hilarious to just keep upping the ante on how many name celebrities they can randomly get to appear in their show in genuinely good roles out of nowhere idk.
