One thing that really gets me about Urianger comforting Minfilia in Amh Araeng is that when she says Thancred hates her, Urianger never actually says, no, he doesn't. He says instead, none of this is your fault, and the original Minfilia wouldn't hold anything against you, and in typical Urianger form he says some things about fate and faith, and his words are kind and beautiful--but he also completely sidesteps the question of how Thancred feels about her.
And I think this moment is very reflective of Urianger's relationship to Thancred and child!Minfilia as a whole. It reflects what we see when we first see all of them together in Il Mheg.
Urianger knows that the way Thancred behaves toward the girl is hurting her. He's spent enough time around the two of them to see that plainly. Theoretically, he could say something to Thancred about it; they're obviously close friends, and if Thancred was going to value anyone's opinion, it would be his. But he doesn't say anything, because he still feels guilty and responsible for all of it: about their Minfilia going to the First and what happened to her there, and thus for what both Thancred and child!Minfilia are going through now. Even though Thancred has never outright blamed him for it (however he may feel privately, which I think is hard to say), it seems like Urianger still feels like he has no right to say anything.
So he tries to compensate instead. He's kind to Minfilia, connects with her in his own way and gives her books, and by the time we see them together he's obviously become something of a familial figure to her. I would say that he and Thancred aren't so much raising her together as they're doing it... around one another. Thancred is gruff and cold and holds Minfilia at arm's length emotionally so that his protectiveness comes off harshly even when it's well-meant, and Urianger dotes on her and tries to make up for it all while avoiding the actual problem.
So that conversation in Amh Araeng is both touching and maddening to me, and it really drives home what's maddening about it when, upon overhearing it, the Warrior of Light turns to Thancred to ask him if he has anything to say to Minfilia--who has just said, out loud, that she thinks Thancred wishes she was dead--and Thancred just says, "Not today."
And so they both go on avoiding the actual problem, for just a little longer.

Winter concpets.....
(these first ones are At Least a year old 😭😭😭)
First up, a Winter Sharena concept!
And a little comic about it
The last panel would have been Sharena begging to "steal Alfonse's body warmth" while Alfonse subtly/sarcastically teases her about it, Moe trailing behind them (I lost steam/focus though 🥲)
This was The Year Of Bruno as well, and I was testing out/playing with the scenario presented (From the Tempest Trials and from what Winter Bruno says, it seems Alfonse and Sharena spent the holiday together while the Summoner was spending it with Bruno the Envoy)
(funny aspect of this is I don't even really enjoy "why does so and so call you babygirl" jokes anymore LMFAOOO like. Nothing wrong w em and was a decent set up here, but Moe would Not Fucking Say That skskksk) (also you can Tell this is Early On in Moe's development bc its fangs aren't even piercings 😔)
This year I Did revisit Winter Concepts, espp wanting to redo my Idea of a winter Moe who's helping out Bruno with Envoy Duty
All it needed was to become more of a furry and some loose BDSM gear inspo 👍 I was also thinking about a few different things! Like how Bruno's fit is literally just his regular outfit with some Santa suit on top LMFAO. But I was also thinking about how Moe is probably not meant to be recognized here? If it is hanging out with Bruno? Who is actively avoiding being seen by Alfonse and Sharena? So Moe keeps the shoes/tights, but little else!
Final version would have most closely resembled this one!
And another little comic
Once again I'm parsing how okay well how are they interacting with each other. What's the vibe here?
I wanted to draw a bigger piece of them hanging out, maybe spending the night together by the fire with hot cocoa after a hard day's work (again thinking about how it's implied the summoner spent the holiday separately from Alfonse/Sharena). I may revisit the concept again, I feel like there's a lot of potential story-focused comic wise here.... and a lot of set up for some funny conflict later.

Ulquihime Week Day 2: Dance, featuring that furniture store AU I never wrote.
~*~
"Yoohoo, Ulquiorra, your favorite customer is back," Yumichaka said the moment Ulquiorra stepped out of the breakroom. "And she's dancing this time."
Ulquiorra drew in a breath and let it out through his nose. The woman had been coming to the store for weeks now, had seen everything they had to offer two or three times over, and had yet to buy anything. Not a single sofa, table, desk, or chair. He was starting to believe she was lying about the house she'd bought.
Nevertheless, he summoned up his best customer service attitude and walked from showroom to showroom until he found her. And sure enough, she was dancing---shimmying right in the middle of one of their more elegant living room displays.
"Ulquiorra, hello!" she greeted him, slightly out of breath and oblivious to the stares of other customers.
"We meet again, Ms. Inoue." He resisted the habit of slipping his hands into his pockets and folded them behind his back instead. "How can we help you today?"
The woman threw her arms out and did a slide across the floor, nearly tripping over the beige carpet in the process. "Well, I was thinking about what you said last time, about how this living room configuration might work in my new space? And it sounded good, but then I realized I hadn't danced in it!"
Ulquiorra tried to keep his eyebrow from raising. "Do you dance often?"
"Oh, totally. I'm a regular jitterbug!" And she began to jitterbug, as if she needed to prove it to him.
He hadn't won Las Noches Furniture's Employee of the Year award for nothing, so he decided to redirect the conversation. "What is your opinion, now that you've danced around the furniture?"
The woman stopped to catch her breath. "Umm," she said, "I think the carpet's gotta go. But there's one more test I need to run, if you don't mind helping me with it."
"I am happy to assist you," he lied.
"Great!" She stepped over to him and held her hands up in invitation. "Dance with me?"
Ulquiorra blinked. "Huh?"
"It's just that I want to make sure there's enough space in this living room for two jitterbugs. You know, in case I get married someday?"
Ulquiorra could have sworn he heard Yumichaka snickering nearby. No doubt he was texting the rest of their coworkers about the spectacle in that insidious group chat Ulquiorra never participated in. But if they were going to gossip about him, then he should give them something true to whisper behind his back: that he was passionately, if not stupidly, dedicated to being the best at his job. "Very well," he said to the woman, and placed his hand in hers. "You may lead."
And that was how Ulquiorra spent a sliver of his work shift waltzing with the store's most deranged customer---if one could call someone who never bought anything a customer. At the end of the day, the woman would once again walk out without making a purchase, apologizing and promising she'd be back when she'd had more time to think about it. Yumichaka would tsk and shake his head. Their manager, Sousuke Aizen, would praise Ulquiorra for going above and beyond to secure a sale.
And Ulquiorra would spend an unusual amount of time staring at his hands, feeling the woman's lingering warmth even hours after she'd gone.

For as much as I too have a liking for the aesthetic/erotic appeal of fictional men looking exhausted, agonized, and generally miserable, there's still something that occasionally rubs me strangely about the way that we collectively salivate over Viktor's physical deterioration in acts 2 and 3 -- as if we're paying cursory lip service to the gravity of his terminal illness, increasingly debilitating physical disability, and so forth, while simultaneously sighing dreamily over the exact physical characteristics which serve as the measuring sticks of just how harshly his illness is ravaging him.
It's hard to look at the collective response to Viktor's decline and not be explicitly reminded of how the outward effects of literal tuberculosis -- (emaciation + wasting of the body, chronic cough, ghostly skin, slumped posture, fever-bright eyes, etc.) -- were broadly romanticized as fashionable and alluring in the 18th and 19th centuries, "as if delicacy and a tenuous grasp on life made [the afflicted] all the more appealing". These consumptive traits, while once associated significantly with the sensitive, whimsical genius of the creative mind, were increasingly entwined with distinctly feminine ideals of beauty, which at the time orbited heavily upon the axis of 'virtues' such as fragility, dependency, and weakness. So, I can't help but hesitate sometimes at the nigh gleeful rhapsodizing over the visible consumption of a disabled man by his illness, most particularly given the oft-unsung and very specific history that disabled men have of being treated as emasculated, unsexed, fundamentally Othered entities unfit to be acknowledged or perceived as beings with sensual/erotic abilities and desires, while simultaneously being fetishized as frail, cerebral, broken creatures just waiting for someone special to ~see past~ their disability enough to love, care for, and ultimately save them. IN THIS ESSAY I WILL--

Pond's second role was the starring role along side his new ship PHUWIN TANGSAKYUEN and SAHAPHAP WONGRATCH aka MIX.
Pond's pairing with Phuwin was a fluke. As I heard it, Pond won the role of Mork (SUTTHAYA) but the role of Pi was originally cast with THANAWIN PHOLCHAROENRAT aka WINNY (he later played Koh in FUTS) and Phuwin was cast as Mork's brother Meen pairing him with TRAI NIMTAWAT aka NEO as they were "friends" in BL CAUSE YOU'RE MY BOY more or less boyfriends but Phuwin was a young teen then.
Director SAKON WONGSINWISET aka GOLF didn't like the chemistry so PHUWIN tested as Pi and got the role along side Pond. And LOUIS was cast as Meen.
Pond's third role with GMMTV was that of an Actor (a guest role) in OOPS, MR. SUPERSTAR HIT ON ME.
Pond's fourth role with GMMTV was a repairing with PHUWIN TANGSAKYUEN. Pond played Palm opposite Phuwin's Nuengdiao in their 2nd BL NEVER LET ME GO...he returned to the same role in OUR SKYY 2 (his technical sixth role with GMMTV)
Pond's fifth role with GMMTV was support role of Judo in DIRTY LAUNDRY. Judo was a dancer and a escort providing his services to female clients.
Pond's sixth role was another support role. He played Alan in LONELINESS SOCIETY. He played the little brother of two battling older brothers (one biological the other adopted and very mistreated)
Pond has his seventh role with GMMTV upcoming. Paired for a 3rd time with PHUWIN TANGSAKYUEN. Pond is slated to play Phum in the BL series WE ARE. Phuwin will play Pheem.
POND'S SINGING CAREER
Though not extensive Pond tried his hand at singing for the NEVER LET ME GO OST with the song ONLY ONE (Available on GMMTV Records) which was in my opinion a really good song.
He also joined Phuwin for 100 Seasons. And he has performed live with Phuwin and other GMMTV Artists.
Happy 23rd Birthday POND NARAVIT LERTRATKOSUM.
