I have thoughts about that one particular scene from Ae Watan, Mere Watan (2024) towards the end of the movie when Usha and Fahad have to decide on who will make the ultimate sacrifice of running the radio for the final time.

#like it icked some parts #one side bro was lamenting his helpless feeling that comes from being physically disabled #and 😭😭😭 sis counters it by saying she's a girl #like i get whatever nationalistic inspiration and sacrificial urges were being portrayed by the conversation #like both of them were equally dedicated towards the nation #both of them came from different backgrounds with their own struggles #but the dialogue structures had me baffled #😭😭😭#like #okay #why you tryna downplay the struggles of one by camparing it to the other #bollywood dramatics at it's peak #i wonder if the OG Usha Mehta would've complied in the same manner #intersectional feminism ki dhajjiyan #aver does shit post #i wish i could post the dialogues here just for the context #man they could've done a way better job on the script #usha mehta did not deserve such a raddi script #ae watan mere watan #Bollywood
