But I was having too much fun running through the fights, so I went ahead and bit the bullet and rolled up another version of the bard n' ranger gang, just skipping through the cutscenes and straight into fights to get them leveled back up.

I went ahead and removed the mod that I had accidentally created the offending extra party member with from the stack for now (despite me missing the super pretty instruments). They've rushed through some of the original fights, and we're almost (but not quite) back up to where everything went awry.

Also this version of her apparently has major issues holding books. She kept doing this over and over during the cutscene, and it was very funny.

We will be very careful with summons in Honor Mode from here on out.

i figured out who threw harpocrates' stasis pearl

The UUID after the Owner: section corresponds to Technoblade. you're welcome

(i downloaded the map and after seeing that the harpocrates seat in the syndicate room had a stasis pearl behind it, i immediately rushed to figure out who'd thrown it. took me like 20 minutes to figure out how to do it, but lo and behold!)

Solution: always name everything using UUIDs, even if there's only one of it to start with.

I love it when people choose a naming scheme with a finite number of options, then due to poor planning, run out of names.

I worked for a place that had named all of their servers after the seven dwarfs, because they had seven servers, and then when they needed another server they were like, uh, okay, so one of them is Snow White, and inevitably more servers went online, and they were dipping deeper and deeper into the named characters from the Disney adaptation. (When I left, they had one called "Birds", since the birds sing to Snow White and are, by some technical measure, characters.)

It's funny to me in the same way it's funny when someone starts writing too big, runs out of space, and has to write in tiny letters to make it all fit.
