Vasant if he were on Ramayana

So this was @prettykittytanjiro 's idea and like I got so invested in it. Just imagine.

Vasant is a local village boy who was born as Pushpak (so let's say he's Vasant's avatar, in a way), who runs a flower shop in Turturiya with his father. His first meet-up with Ram is during his and Sita's wedding, where they ironically hired him for the decorations, and he just filled the entire place with flowers.

His second meet-up is when the royal trio comes to Turturiya. Ram recognizes him immediately and Pushpak does the same. They hug and the latter pleads them to come stay over in their house.

Pushpak as a flower freak soon comes to know of Ram's interest in making flower crowns, and he internally screeches to find a flower buddy. So they both start making flower headdresses and malas in their freetime, and Ram gifts Sita a mala and a crown each every night.

Remember that time I said about coming up with cult rituals.... for the Cult of Vasant...

Well I did T_T and here they are

Ofcourse spring is THE season for all the rituals occurings.

For the rituals, the members must make a flower shaped rangoli - with lots of colours not just plain white - big enough for all the sit around and perform the steps.

As offerings, one must give the first and new flowers (and leaves) of the season. Any and every flower is accepted.

Making and offering flower crowns is mandatory. Any other flower jewelleries also works.

Everyone must wear bright colour clothes, no dark or dull colours like black brown or greys are allowed.

Any time of the day is ok to conduct the rituals, but daytime is most preferable.

Tending to the animals and birds and helping them is also a great way to show devotion.

Planting trees and watering the plants is also a way of showing devotion.

Things like honey, mushrooms, edible flowers and fruits are the main diet for the ritual day.

Errr and.... To REALLY show devotion one can try to become a third wheel because... Vasant is also a third wheel...

So we know our LLS trio (Love, Lust and Spring) most of the times travels together on a parrot. Which people interpret as Suka that parrot being just giant af.

But... What if it's not the parrot that's giant, but rather our trio that's just smol? Like those Tinkerbell or Barbie fairies if you know..

Also won't this be interesting? Seeing as the arrival of spring is often noticed by butterflies flying around. Which are also smol insects.. so Vasant with butterfly wings maybe 👀 not necessarily though.

And it would also be easier for Kamdev to just shoot at anyone, if he's tiny.

Not that they have to be tiny forever, because from what we know atleast all the Hindu Devi Devtas can change appearance.. (atleast that's how it should be) so just when they are travelling.

It would also go with that other headcanon, that Vasant's vahan is a insect (mostly a butterfly) or rather just a flower (a red lotus maybe)
