This move turned out really pretty, I love it!! However, today I'm realizing I have a lot of small things in need to start working on - more than focusing on new moves. Like building my shoulder strength so I can push myself off the pole when I'm inverting, keeping my legs straight and toes pointed when i invert, transitioning between moves without coming off the pole, trusting my thighs to grip the pole, getting into reverse crucifix from a shoulder mount, window wipers...I'm not going to be able to step up my game the way I want to until I get these things down to perfection. I finally made it to class!! I learned some new thingies from @jennycoy which I'm pretty sure have names. I started with the twisty cross-knee thingy, then into Cupid, then into the sitting one-knee-bent arm grab thingamajig. Then if you swipe you'll see the one that's like a poisson or a croissant, can't remember which, I just remember it wasn't a WHOLE poisson/croissant, just PART of one. Like maybe half poisson and half croissant. Yeah, that's probably what it was.
