omg hiii !

it's pretty ok, i actually took my adhd meds this morning, started my christmas shopping, cleaned out my email inbox, brought in a new side table that has been living in my car for a week.... cleaned up my room a bit, packed up my mando kit correctly, hung up a finished boba fett puzzle, got my art software working on my computer

the urge to purge my possessions is upon me so i went through some drawers and trashed a bunch of stuff

i should really be washing dishes right now but. u know. oh and i finished the thief of time audiobook today (there are 14 discworld books remaining)

annnd tomorrow i'm gonna get a haircut, hopefully finish some more chores, maybe i'll draw or write or something

Gull Lake, Alberta

#photo #went camping in the woods for a few days with my best friends #we had a blast! i’ve never seen a lake so blue in the middle of alberta.#of course once you get closer to the BC border the water gets clearer #but this was in central AB where most lakes are sludge #the water was clear here and the algae was at a minimum #very pleasant surprise

#silvacre #suranne jones #rose leslie #vigil #the bbc making a silvacre fan edit was a pleasant surprise :)#i saw the streaming numbers for vigil 2 were very good (understatement)#which makes an s3 at least a possibility #if they can write a story suranne and rose would sign on for #i'm counting on what suranne said that the continuation of the love story is a big part of what brought her back #the series does a good job creating dramatic tension and conflict within a happy relationship that doesn't involve cheating or one dying #if they do a 3rd season i hope that continues #i mean the series started with amy in the worst possible place emotionally and psychologically so surely they wouldn't go there again #s2 with its wlw mlm solidarity/parallel storyline and giving us more insight into amy and how far she's come since s1 #on top of all the other things i liked this season (which i enjoyed quite a bit in addition to the ship)#at heart it's very critical of the british government and military/war machine and some reviews seem to have missed that part #anyway i'm pleased as punch that a prestige bbc drama has two women in love at its center and a lead as compelling as amy #and that it's pulling in the numbers even without the submarine and claustrophobia (admittedly a cool premise)#keep making the fanvids bbc social media team we appreciate you #queue

I received my copy of @yugsly's new book Viscera Objectica a little while ago and finally had a slice of time enough to read through it and appreciate it fully !! ^-^ Really stunning artwork and an absolutely beautiful story - I'm very pleased that a story like this has been told so lovingly and exists out in the published world now!!

I'd like to thank Deadpool & Wolverine for encouraging everyone and their mothers to rewatch the X-Men movies.

As a result, I've been blessed with a significant uptick in Alex Summers edits as people remember that he exists. I've saved 14(!!) NEW ones in the last 6 days which is already a much faster rate than before the movie, and also mildly impressive for a side(?) character who has been dead since 2016.

I'm having a great time.
