I think it's really funny that like half the Project Sekai fandom colloquially agrees that Mafuyu is/will be transmasc, despite everywhere in canon calling them a girl and Mafuyu, at best, not knowing their own identity*

Yet you can wholeheartedly stumble upon blogs who use solely he/him for Mafuyu consistently, even when talking about the canon Project Sekai storyline.

But vFlower, whose design went from a hundred percent cute alt girl to all but completely andro (from the same designer no less), whose voice is marketed for their androgyny, whose color pallet is yellow/white/purple/black (the nonbinarg flag colors)-

Yeah, you can find like. Two. People. Who use they/them routinely. Everyone else is like 'Flower my wife, my Queen, Best GIRL'.

Do you feel Overhaul with his Yakuza and the Meta Liberation Army make better Villians then the LOV.

Also do you think they were more competent in their goals compared to the LOV.

Well let's look at each of them.

Overhaul wanted to get rid of quirks and bring the Yakuza back into power for the boss that he had put into a coma. He committed horrible crimes in pursuit of this goal, but he did successfully find a way to remove quirks from people under the power of his own organization.

So he was absolutely the most competent, and I wonder how he would act if he found out that Midoriya was originally quirkless. It also could've been really cool to see like, Looking to the Future(heroes and quirks) vs Living in the Past(No quirks and the golden age of the Yakuza)

The MLA were quirk-supremacy, might makes right, kind of people, and that's pretty much just the world's view at large taken to the extreme. The idea of the original founder wanting free quirk use in a time where everyone was terrified of them could've been a cool theme to explore, instead they folded to a group of exactly six people. Gigantomachia also showed up, but the end result would've been the same if he hadn't.

Incompetent. Maybe thematically interesting. Most of their leaders don't even have powerful quirks of their own, they're only in charge because of the influence/money they have. Automatically proving that their own philosophy of quirk supremacy is meaningless.

The League of Villains overall, just wanted to do whatever they want and be free from consequences. Shigaraki wants to destroy things. Dabi wants to kill Endeavor and whoever else he chooses. Toga wants people's blood(consent optional). Compress was just a thief that wanted to Robin Hood-style deal with corruption, and ended up not doing anything like that. Twice just wanted somewhere to be accepted, he's the exception. Spinner was a victim of discrimination that jumped in the first ideological extreme that popped out at him. Their individual goals all turn into "tear everything down and leave nothing(except maybe the stuff we like)."

The League was also pretty incompetent. Nearly all of their successes were built off of what All for One had built. Doctor Ujiko and the nomu, Gigantomachia, hell, even Kurogiri. The League didn't do shit by themselves, but somehow they were the main villains of the series.

I have been wondering when, or IF I should post this, but I LOVE this season of HotD because it had finally been hitting on what I had been saying before about this show which is that both of these sides would have this world burned before giving up power.

I'm gonna hit on three characters to discuss this which are Rhreayra, Daemon, and Cole to discuss this. Rhneayra from the start had always cared more for the throne than anything bar her children and has shown time and again willingness to sacrifice others for it. I could go on about white feminism and it's complicity in white supremacy which she is one of the many perfect examples in but I will save that for another day.

BUT I will bring it up in her relationship I'm everyone's favorite groomer, police officer, eugencists, and supremacist Daemon! Literal piece of shit since day one and yall ate that up. My god this man has committed more crimes than Cole could have even attempted and yall would defend his ass. The white boi is the perfect example of entitlement and white supremacy. He demand all and sees himself as above all, not recognizing his power lies in his fuckin dragons, not his lame ass. But that's the whole point if the Targaryens (and arguably all the houses) which I feel people forget. If you like them as villians and characters that's GOOD. I agree! Fantastic characters for telling a story. But they aren't one of us and you CERTAINLY aren't one of them and that begs reminding considering the character that I will talk about next.

Cole... Bro got more hate than deserved for people about as dorky as half the people I'm forced to interact with in reality. Maybe it's because of how closer he is to a normal person or maybe it's because he's not white (probably both) but he got a lot more hate than he deserved. Especially considering that people were actively harassing his real life actor. His relationship with Rheanyra falling apart and his subsequent reaction to the Battle at Rooks Nest is what would happen to any and all members of the audience thinking that "Maybe IM the main character". Nahhhhhh. Rejection and PTSD is the only thing you're getting. And he is REALIZING THIS (CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT)

It's not just Rheanyra. This whole shit is fucked and if you want to live long enough not to be ashes then you better not get main character syndrome.

Anyways hopefully I'll actually post more about this cuz it's fun and I love ASOIAF.

Ugh yes I love Pantalone mostly because he's so misunderstood. Ofc we haven't seen much of him in-game but the lore is heavily reliant on his character archetype from the Commedia Dell'arte. A lot of people are very quick to dismiss him as a capitalist when in reality he is the opposite.

He grew up in complete poverty, and he's worked so hard for the titlesand honour he has now. Maybe what he's done in the past to get to where he is is not all morally just, but he's stood up for himself and has achieved what one could consider "greatness," yet knowing this, he hasn't forgotten his origins.

Pantalone has a deep desire to obtain Mora, and to "control its flow." In that very same voiceline, he mentions that the flow of Mora shall cease by the commands of the Fatui. This can be interpreted as the longing to destroy Mora and the vices it brings to people.

Wealth is certainly one of the straightest pipelines to corruption, but there is a little light that shines within our lovely Regrator. He has not been corrupted in a capitalist matter, but has become unhealthily obsessed with the goal to control and destroy the very thing that controls most politicians or other people in positions of power. Royalty simply stems from the fact that one has money and is fortunate enough to be born into a very rich family.

Naturally, he does believe in economic prosperity, but he also acknowledges that Mora (and all money) do the world more bad than good. For this reason, he desires to control the economy and longs to be its end.
