W4D4: What's next? Can't lose hope or faith as nothing is visible yet to my human eyes.
As I’ve watch roles come and go, I remember God speaking to me to have faith like Jacob from Genesis 31 and the reinforcement of trusting God like Joshua and Caleb in Numbers 13-14, and to be bold and courageous like Joshua as Moses and God commanded him as he was leading everyone into the promised land. While not being good at woodworking, I did do very well with the cupcakes! I made hardest to make ones and they were still pretty good in quality!

FMLS90 - 10/30 - Triggers
Prompt: Have you noticed any environmental triggers (positive or negative) that impact your mood? How can you use this knowledge to set yourself up for success?
As it seems to be the case this week with all the prompts, I do not know my own triggers. My only guess would be if I lack some sort of stimulation mostly physically though some times mentally. I know when I am bored or just idly sitting I can tend to be unable to stop my mind form wandering and that leads to one of two things, eating for “Comfort” or letting my mind release the flood gates on negative self destructive thought.
So I guess I need more hobbies, or work, or something to keep me occupied.

What is one positivity tip you would offer to the community? How do you get yourself out of a funk?
I struggle with the “funk” during the winter months. Only thing that helps me is daylight.
I find that having something to look forward keeps the funk from getting too heavy.
November: Mexico
December: Road trip to Yosemite, Sedona and Zion National Park.
Then next year I have plans to do an International city trip late May to Brussels, Amsterdam, Prague, Berlin and Copenhagen.
And I have a 2+ week trip in July to Croatia and then a cruise out of Rome to Barcelona.
👆🏻THIS keeps me from falling further down the rabbit hole.
TIP: always be planning or saving for your next life adventure. #bucketlist

10k training W4D4: 5 minute warmup, 30 minute tempo, 5 minute cooldown
I've been back at my training plan for three days now, and I'm feeling great! I did 400 m repeats on Tuesday, 6.5 km yesterday, and banged this out today. I was so happy with how this went! I never felt like I was working too hard even though I was at or below my planned pace the whole time. And my last tempo kilometre was 19 seconds faster than my first, which is always a confidence booster.
I'm feeling like I have a decent chance of a PB race day (knock on wood). Send me good vibes for no more setbacks!

21:21-20222409- today was a good day-
everyday above ground is a good day- she told me she was NEVER going to to it. I told her i would throw the bags away. She told me to do it. I didn't save much. today would have been a good day to trip at the park-i went running instead.. the trump store was having a rally. inside the nail salon non stop footage of the Jan 6 riots.. it happened in 2021.. was it that big of a deal? i i got my nails painted red. they make me feel silly- like a little girl. i can't stop looking at them. there was a car show- i couldn't stop - i stunk. even before my run. i put on from the hamper workout pants. so gross. i knew i was coming right home to shower.
He took a lot from his own daughter. Also my ADULT children are choosing to not speak to their sister. i haven't been where i was today in a long while. that's OK. I'm glad i could clean that mess up and now we can move on. Both Mads and i agree the holidays are hard. not sure what work schedules will be like- but we will work it out. i think she's doing great for everything she's been through. i hope it continues. As of now her plan is to stay at WAWA forever. i'm not going to worry about any of it. today was a good day. we are going to virginia this week. for all i know we could be driving into a hurricane. i really don't care. we are going.
went for another run. w3d3. it doesnt seem to be getting easier. i'm finishing it but it's not getting easier. i don't know how to pace myself. sometimes i start out too fast. i told myself when i finish w4d4 i'll buy new sneakers. i want a washer and dryer so i never have to wear dirty workout pants again.
i think my coworker might be homeless.
i miss sex. i want to feel a warm dick inside of me. not hard plastic- it's not the same.

W4D4-WO5: I am so glad it's Friday. Today was weigh in day and I was a little up in weight from my first weigh in 2 weeks ago however I lost 3.5 inches in my waist. Definitely a NSV today but I'm not upset because overall im still at a loss. I feel so much stronger from day 1 to now. W4D4 - 24km just for fun Maybe it's not what my marathon training plan wants me to do but it's lots of fun to join a group of fellow marathon runners and run through the forrest. And it's even better to take a hot shower, make yourself a biiiiig strawberry, banana smoothie and lay down in your cozy bed.

Indy Mini W4D4 - easy 3 Why did tumblr update so we can add weird stickers to our pictures? hmmm. Oh well, might as well have fun with it! It was chilly after work, around 30, and very slightly snowing. But once I got moving it really wasn't that bad! I actually felt really relaxed and comfy on this run. Tried to keep it on the slower side, but my body just wanted to go this pace. Overall very happy with this :) When I got back I did a short leg and a core routine, and extra stretching. Felt really good! Just feeling good lately :) Happy Friday eve!!! Can't wait for the weekend!

W4D3: STUMBLED though a 9 mile mileage run yesterday. My legs were feeling the workout from the day before and I was tired and just not feeling the whole thing. On the bright side I got to run outside in shorts and a tee shirt! (both pics are from today was it was substantially colder haha) W4D4: YAY FOR RECOVERY RUNS! I felt pretty good today (hence the pace that's probably too fast for a recovery day) but i just ran with it. My legs are feeling better today. Tomorrow's a busy day so that calls for a pre 9am class run aka i'll be hitting the treadmill at 6:30 to get my 10 miles in. the treadmill and i are actually becoming good friends which is scary. ALSO I HAD AN INTERVIEW TODAY FOR SOMETHING REALLY COOL AND I THINK IT WENT WELL AND I SHOULD KNOW BY SATURDAY love you all!
