Hello hello hello! Here are some questions for Pooja and Ethan, my beloveds <3
Note: Once again, this week’s round focuses on photos! Dialogue is entirely optional, though for some of these, it’d be fun to know the story behind the pictures ;) Tumblr mobile only allows 10 picture uploads (there are 10 questions), so collages are highly encouraged! Otherwise, the non-beta version of Tumblr desktop will allow more than ten.
Have fun!

Bree, you are back💕! Thank you so much for these questions, I had double the fun answering these and honestly, I badly needed this serotonin boost after the shitty day I had yesterday. Anyway, let’s go💕!
Newlywed Questions: Part 1 I Part 2 I Part 3
For Pooja:
Favorite childhood photo of Ethan
Tumblr media
Pooja: Dr Ramsey, then and now. Can you find any difference? No, you can't.
Ethan: I have always been punctual, unlike, ahem, someone else.
Pooja: Punctual to meeting & parties but tired of humans. What's the point?
Ethan: It's only the punctuality that counts, not the socializing.
What’s your phone wallpaper image?
Tumblr media
Pooja:  This photo is from our first visit to Bhopal as a couple. He and dad had long conversations over shared interests in the garden. It was during one of those conversations when I took this picture.
Ethan: Poo's dad is one of the very few people with whom I can chat for long stretches of time without getting bored. His experiences as a pilot, and his knowledge about a variety of topics amazes me. Undoubtedly one of the best men I have had an opportunity to meet.
Pooja: (who had been recording Ethan's words) Sending this to Papa. He will be flattered to hear his son-in-law's opinion about him.
(Ethan blushes at son-in-law)
Contact name and photo for Ethan
Tumblr media
Pooja: This picture from our honeymoon is one of the MANY pictures where I can’t decide if he is Dr Cool or Dr Hot.
Ethan: I am Dr Ramsey.
(Pooja shakes her head)
Top three photo results when you Google Ethan
Pooja: (Scrolling through the search results) I can’t find it.
Ethan: What?
Pooja: You shirtless triathlon-
Ethan: (cutting her off) Why are you searching for it?
Pooja: (Leaning towards him) Because it would be a fun picture to show
Ethan: Rookie, the question say Top 3 results. You are not allowed to search for something in particular. That’s against the rules.
Pooja: Fiiiine. But I still hope to display it to the world one day.
Tumblr media
Pooja: Oh, the classic, “I am too annoyed with the world” pose! Where is this from?
Ethan: Pre- AMA Conference.
Pooja: (Nodding her head in understanding) Now I see why the AMA President had to face his worst tear-down that day.
Tumblr media
Pooja: Baby, who disrupted your peaceful medical journal reading routine?
Ethan: (taking a good minute to straighten himself after being called baby) It was at Derry Roaster’s, some time in the evening. A guy was making an unnecessary fuss about the minuscule mistake in his order and all I wanted to do was to shut him up for good.
But the Question is, how on earth did someone get a picture of me at that moment?
(Pooja simply shrugs)
Tumblr media
Pooja: Do I have to give anyone options, or does everyone already know the reason behind that smile?
Ethan: There is only one person who can make me smile like that, love. (Leans in to give her a kiss)
First picture of or with him that you uploaded to social media
Pooja: Wait I will show you the post itself. It was a picture from the Hopeful Hearts Gala from my Second Year of Residency.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Ethan: I read the comments, and I totally disagree with them. I think we were quite subtle.
Pooja: Says the man who took a guy out of his very interesting drunk convo just to tell him that the only reason he was with me was due to (air quotes) official work.
Ethan: That was a good move, if you ask me
Pooja: Keep convincing yourself darling.
For Ethan:
Favorite childhood photo of your spouse
Tumblr media
Ethan: Pooja and plushies, an unbeatable duo. In fact, she still sleeps with one that I bought her.
Pooja: How did you even get that?
Ethan: Alekhya.
Pooja: Of course she would (rolls her eyes)
Ethan: You look cute.
Pooja: (smirking) Then I guess it's a fact now that I have always been cute.
Ethan: Is this going straight to your head?
Pooja: It already has (smug smile)
What’s your phone wallpaper image?
Tumblr media
Ethan: I have been a solitary man for most of life.
Pooja: A lone wolf
Ethan: (ignoring the interruption) I always believed family and stuff are not meant for me. I am not worthy enough to have my own.
(At this Pooja turns towards Ethan, interlocking fingers with him)
Ethan: Today having her and Jenner, my own family, I will never have enough words to say how lucky and grateful I am.
Pooja: We are. To have you as my husband, is something from a dream. My boys, they are my everything.
(Pooja gives Ethan a kiss on the cheek)
E: You both are mine.
P: E & me, we both aren't perfect, but we go together so well that our imperfections make us perfect.
E: We complete each other.
Contact name and photo for your spouse
Tumblr media
Ethan: Aifa is her secret nickname, that only her siblings and I know.
Pooja: You weren't meant to know. None of my other boyfriends, even my childhood friend with whom I was in a relationship for 8 years, knew it.
Ethan: I worked hard to get there.
Pooja: That you did (laughs). I think I should give you an official Congratulations for becoming a member of "Three people who call me Aifa” club.
Ethan: I am honoured Mrs. Sharma-Ramsey.
Pooja: As you should be.
Top three photo results when you Google your spouse
Tumblr media
Ethan: If I wasn’t already in love with you, that smile would have made me fall for you.
Pooja: But you say that every time. (Thinking for a bit) Does that mean, you would fall in love with me no matter which picture you were being shown?
Ethan: Without a doubt.
Tumblr media
Ethan: Ah, this photo was taken in Valentine's Day, when all the couples at the hospital were asked to sign their names on hearts.
Pooja: He was so annoyed. I had to drag him along for it.
Ethan: Such a waste of time and energy. What would they do with the signatures? Frame them?
Pooja: You are just salty because a guy signed his name overlapping yours, which was beside mine.
(Ethan rolls his eyes, annoyed with the memory)
Tumblr media
Pooja: Look, a picture from one of my first interviews!
Ethan: (bearing a proud smile on his face) Your passion for medicine is clearly visible on your features
Pooja: I was so tensed about messing it up. Had he not assured me repeatedly that I would do okay, I would have messed it up.
Ethan: You wouldn’t have. I know it.
First picture you ever took of or with your spouse
Tumblr media
Pooja: When? When did you take this? I don’t even remember at what joke I was laughing so hard. You can very sneaky with the camera when you want to.
Ethan: You always laugh at silly jokes and silly stuff. And I wasn’t being sneaky, I was just capturing a beautiful moment.
Pooja: That’s me finding the fun in mundane things. And you did not answer my question.
Ethan: It is to remain a secret, Aifa.
(Pooja gives him puppy eyes. He has to avert his gaze so that he does not end up revealing the details)
---------
Queenie, these questions were so much fun, I am living for these asks🤩. Thank you so much once again for sending these in and Love you loads❤

BNHA HACKER AU - CHAPTER 4
MASTERLIST
Mirko x F!Reader
Warnings: HAWKS BEING A SUS BITCH 2.0 #peghawks2020
WC: 2k
(A/N: This is unedited! Please message me if you spot any annoying mistakes! I will probably have the edited version up in a day or two!)
__
“Then with that I leave you, my students, sleep well!”
He left for the doors and closed them behind him, effectively leaving 15 teenage criminals in a room together.
Hah.
__
After principal Nezu left, the crowd dispersed. Many chose to scout out their dorms instead of interacting. Each person was a loaded gun. Aimed at their enemies or themselves did not matter, we were all afraid for when the first bullet would strike.
That being said, most seemed overall relaxed. Students would try to start conversation and socialize, which was apparent by the mumble of voice within the school’s halls that returned from before Nezu gave his brief speech.
I was turning towards the dorm hallway with my bags in hand. The gentle tap of my shoes along the hardwood floors could be heard in crisp, purposeful taps. Right as I walked through the threshold of the door connecting the dorm corridor and the main hall, I heard footsteps growing louder behind me.
I kept walking forward and kept a close eye at the plaques on each room’s door that signified who was housed where.
The footsteps continued getting closer until in my peripheral vision I could see a lock of white hair swaying.
“You again?” I asked, feigning annoyance. Of course, her presence wasn’t exactly unwanted but it was unneeded.
“Mmmhmm” Mirko hummed while gazing down at me.
The image of her and Hawks pushed itself into the forefront of my mind, leaving residues of anger wherever it bounced in my brain.
“So… you and Hawks?” I looking at the hallway door when I said it. I slowed my walking down to almost a complete stop before turning towards her.
“Are you guys dati-“ I made the mistake of looking into her piercing red eyes and caught a glare, making me stop my sentence.
I held my breath for a second, thinking I angered her in some way, but to my surprise she let out a laugh.
“You got so scared! Look at you! You’re just a bottom little bunny” She relaxed and leaned her arm down to rest on my shoulder. The height difference was so obvious when she was standing this close.
“C’mon (Y/N), lighten up, combat training is going to be a breeze! I bet the view from the floor will be nice.”
             Did she just- never mind.
“Oh as if.” I rolled my eyes and started walking again towards my door that came into view. She followed me and watched as struggled with the door.
The doorknob was plain and silver, with a  small black pad above it. I was more than confused.
“Were we supposed to get a key or something?”
I continued jamming the doorknob and pressing at the black pad in frustration. It was getting late, and being locked out of my room wasn’t on my list of things I can emotionally handle.
One of Mirko’s hands came to rest at about my elbow from behind me. Delicately moving her hands up towards me wrist, she paused, before gently holding the back my hand, her nails ghosting against my palm.
My heart was racing, none of her arm’s subtle movements went unnoticed. I feared that with how close she was, with her right behind me, and this, whatever this is, she could hear my heartbeat pounding in my chest.
She guided my hand towards the black pad and brought my left pointer finger down on the sensor.
With a small green light and a click, the door swung open. She kept her grasp on my hand for what felt like a moment too long yet still too short before stepping back and turning towards the door across from me room.
“The doors are locked via fingerprint,” She stated matter-of-factly with a smirk.
“Tell me if you have any more troubles (y/n), I’m right next door.” She seemed way too pleased with herself when she walked back into her room, not sparing a glance over towards me, standing in the door frame of my room when her’s closed.
That night I laid awake staring at the ceiling, just as I had done last night. Though the only difference was last night I was contemplating to even go here, now I was contemplating how I would even survive here.
The dorms were nice and decently sized for the whole ‘underground secret society’ thing. A bathroom with all the basics including a deep bathtub, a queen bed, a mini fridge, and coffee machine. What set t apart from average was two things. Color changing lights that were set under the bed and desk, giving everything a vibrant glow (A/N no reason for the lights they just look cool :))
The last special thing in the room was a giant black desk, obviously set up for a giant desktop and even more hardware, but the surface with unscratched, unused, and empty. It sat in the corner of the room alone, unlike the other areas that had lamps, colored lights, or fake plants; the desk had nothing.
I would still have to grow accustomed to the new and pristine room. It smelled clean. Like fresh disinfectant and fake lavender that is just slightly off from the real thing. I could not say I missed the cans of soda on the floor and random sticky notes everywhere.
The old apartment was crammed with miscellaneous objects. All the things I was too attached to throw out, but not too attached to leave all together, I guess.
I rolled over, suddenly very aware of my awakens. I checked my clock. A large sigh eased from my lungs. It was only 11pm. That meant I was not losing too much sleep on my first day. I could only imagine how screwed I would be if those led screen lights were showing 3am or any other blatantly early time.
I guess since I was awake, it would not hurt to get a snack or something. From my recollection, I remember seeing a café like area in the common room, though I was too preoccupied to look at it for too long. They might have a granola bar or some snack I could eat. I was really craving chocolate milk right now.
I was in the slightly delirious sleepy stage of consciousness. The point where I had no filter to what I said, and no self-preservation. In said state, I threw on some slippers, grabbed my phone and grudgingly walked out to the hallway.
“choccy milk, choccy milk!” I whispered to myself in a singsong voice. The walk to the end of the hallway seemed to only last a split second before I was there, at the door to the common room.
“choccy milk, choccy milk!” I reached towards the doorknob, shivering once the chilled metal touched my fingers. Right as I was about to pull the door with my weak and tired muscles, I heard shuffling from the other side of the door.
I opened it slowly, and peering in through the crack in the door. Though dark, and his back was towards me, I could recognize the distinct frame of Hawks. The dirty bastard. Why he be actin lik- my thoughts were interrupted by two sharp clicks. On the floor he sat a suitcase and opened it up. It was the same one that had the red unidentified fluff in it. More fuzz was on it than before, apparent as it stood out among the black fabric casing.
He moved in front of the suit case and blocked my view, but I could watch as he crouched down an opened it up. Suddenly, a flurry of red came spiraling out and circling around hawks. He stood up and the shapes were revealed to be feathers, each one different than the next. The continued to storm around like he was standing in the eye of a hurricane surrounded. Feather by feather they collected by his shoulders, forming broad wings that’s wingspan was around 10 ft.
He ruffled the wings around, spreading them out and even doing a test flap, which sent a gust of air in all directions. While he was… adjusting them? Stretching them?
This had to have been his quirk. And it was an amazing one at that. This was my rival? How was I supposed to beat that?
“Woah” I silently whispered. His wings twitched at the sound, and it appeared all the feathers stood up straight. He quickly turned around, his wings taking on a defensive position and each feather spiking outward like tiny knives. I quickly hid behind the door, hoping he didn’t see me, though he definitely heard me.
My heart pounded in my chest, and I held my breath, knowing now that whatever his quirk was, it enhanced his hearing.
I slightly turned my head to my ear was pressed up against the wall and I could hear anything he did. I cringed at the slight scratch of one of my earrings against wooden door and paused again.
Through the polished wood and all the space between us, I  made out his footsteps beginning again as he walked away from the door. The breath I held in my lungs released shakily. My eyes darted across the hallway, which suddenly seemed so much longer. The expanse of parallel lines from the crown molding and the wallpaper and everything made me feel like caving in.
I had barely dodged that encounter, and I know it would not have been good if he found me snooping. I was not my intention, but it did give me a slight advantage. I knew his quirk.
             I knew his quirk.
Unlike someone’s fake name or hacker alias, quirks were something you can change. They stuck with you the rest of your life, one of very few constants we could have. And because quirks, especially unique ones like Hawks’, were specific to each person they not only would let me find his real identity quickly, but also gain information on his past, something most people in this life tried to forget.
I had no intention of using this information maliciously, it was more or less self-defense. If he was out for me, its only fair that I get to build a shield. I was just evening the playing fields.
My brain was vacant of all prior need for choccy milk, now, all I wanted was answers, though for now those would have to wait. My smartphone said it was almost midnight, and I already started things at this academy on the wrong foot, I don’t want that to repeat with my teachers.
I guess it was foolish of me to believe I was always one step ahead of everyone. I was untouchable, invisible, I had power. I forgot that people don’t get into this school on daddy’s money or luck, they’re here for a reason.
But at that time I didn’t care, of course I didn’t, I just narrowly avoided my current rival, and walked away unnoticed. Untouchable.
I went to sleep quickly. I woke up early. I slept well. The next day started good. I made coffee and pondered over the empty desk once more. I was ignorant.

survey by egooverdose
Apple Cinnamon: Do you like anything with this flavor? I don’t recall doing so...I like some cinnamon in my desserts, but I think if you threw some apples in there I might back away.
Berlin: What is a foreign country|city you would like to visit? My dream vacation overall is Morocco or Iceland. If we’re talking in terms of what is probably more accessible to me at the moment, I’d love to go to Thailand.
Bill Kaulitz: What do you think of his hairstyle(s)? Oh my godddddddd I haven’t heard this name in a HOT MINUTE lol Andi was completely bonkers over Tokio Hotel and also unhealthily obsessed with Bill’s twin, Tom. When she showed me photos of Bill, my 11 year old self definitely thought his hair was a tad bit too wild but I didn’t judge it or hate him or anything like that.
Bleak Landscapes: What is your favorite type of landscape? Looking into mountains has always had a calming effect on me. That’s why it’s my desktop wallpaper.
Blogging: When was the last time you updated your blog? Idk, by the time I finish and post this survey it probably would turn up to be around half an hour since I posted the last one.
Body Language: Can you generally tell how someone is feeling by his or her body language? Are you good at this? I’ve usually had a good eye for it, yes. I’ve seldom been wrong about it; though to be honest, it’s easiest and quickest to tell when someone is upset, than any other emotion. My radar is strongest for that haha.
Books: What book would you recommend, and what makes it so good? I’d recommend to turn this question over to other survey-takers who read way more than I do and have better books to suggest.
Cairo: Is there any place with an ancient culture that fascinates you? All ancient cultures fascinate me but if given the choice, I would jump at the chance to visit Pompeii.
Carbohydrates: How many grams of carbs, approximately, have you had today? I don’t count those or any of the other stuff in food, so I wouldn’t even know where to begin.
Coffee: What is one hot beverage that you like? Mmm, never been a big fan of hot drinks. There are drinks that are meant to be hot, like hot chocolate, that I would order because there’s no other alternative; but what I’d do is wait for it to cool down until it was room temp. I just really don’t like the feeling of something hot touching my mouth, especially after I completely burned the roof of my mouth eating freshly-cooked takoyaki.
Cold: When was the last time you were cold? Right now. Christmas weather has finally made itself at home and I’m not complaining about it.
CSS: Do you know any programming languages? Nope. Not my territory at all.
Emptiness: What is something you like when it is empty? How about full? Nothing relieves me more than seeing my to-do list with all the items crossed out by the end of my shift. If we’re talking of full, it feels great when my gas tank is that :D
Endearing Stereotypes: What are some stereotypes you think are funny? I don’t really find stereotypes funny; I think a great deal of them silently reinforce a lot of hurtful thinking for most groups. One stereotype I’ll hand a pass to, though, just because I’ve lived and continue to live through it and because it feels nice to poke fun at it once in a while, is the ridiculous strictness of Asian parents. That’s a lighter stereotype that’s easier to have a chuckle over; Sindhu Vee’s stand-up work on Indian parenting (”Did you put two spoons of chocolate in your milk? Fine, I am going to go beat myself up. Enjoy your milk”) has me rolling every time because it’s so relatable.
Explanations: When was the last time you were confused about something? This morning when I had a slight, harmless misunderstanding with a client. It was resolved relatively quickly.
Expression: What is your favorite way to creatively express yourself or do you even do this? The most creative thing I do nowadays is embroidery, but even the ones I work with already have a template. I’ve never been creative enough in that I can craft things from thin air.
Fog: Do you like fog, or do you find it bothersome? It’s extremely bothersome when I have to drive through it, but if I’m staying in then it can feel super cozy seeing fog. Fuck, I miss going to colder places :(
Foreign Cultures: What is your heritage? Are you interested in learning more about it? I’m fairly certain I am pure Filipino, maybe a very thin chance of having Spanish blood if my ancestors got into inter-marriages with foreigners but I highly doubt the possibility. I’m already Filipino, so I already know a great deal about my own history.
Foreign Music: Do you listen to music in other languages? Name a band? Yes. English. I’ll go with my fave, Paramore.
Free-Writing: When was the last time you wrote just for the sake of it? September. I didn’t really keep my journaling habit that I thought I was gonna get to develop, and I ended up writing only two entries.
Germanic Languages: What language do you think sounds the most beautiful? What about powerful?   Spanish or Italian. Idk if there’s a language that I think sounds powerful.
Germany: Do you think Grammar Nazis come from there? :D Ba dum tssssssssssssss
Hello Kitty: Did you ever watch the animated show? Nah, I wasn’t into Hello Kitty and Sanrio in general. My cartoon show of choice was Spongebob.
Hoodies: What is your "comfort|security" clothing item of choice? My favorite pair of mom jeans that I probably overuse at this point.
Horror Films: Do you like watching scary movies by yourself, in the dark? Not anymore, but I did this a lot in high school when I had been more into my horror movie phase.
HTML: Do you know what HTML stands for? Do you know any funny acronyms? Hypertext Markup Language. Not really. Most of the acronyms I use are slang or shortcuts and aren’t really supposed to be funny per se.
Icons: Do you collect any icons, graphics, or quotes? What sites do you use? No.
Imaginative Streaks: When was the last time you created something? I created a deck for work yesterday, if it counts.
Irises: When you see that word, do you think of the flower or the part of the eye? I thought of the eyes first.

Teasing (A One Shot)
The photo shoot we were denied. So much blushing and teasing. (I just couldn’t resist writing this)
A few days had passed since the akuma incident at the bakery and Marinette’s secret collection of Adrien photos was broadcasted to everyone. She had to endure a lot of heckling from her classmates but it passed after she showed them she wasn’t going to give into their jabs.
Since then she had taken down a lot of the pictures and tucked them away in a folder. All that remained was some pictures on the board next to her bed and her desktop background. She wasn’t exactly ashamed for having all the pictures but did realize she may have gone a little overboard recently.
Marinette was fishing around in her bookbag for her homework when Adrien walked up to her. “Morning Marinette, having a nice day?”
“Yep, will be nicer if I can find my literature homework,” she started taking out more loose pieces of paper trying to find the worksheet. She really needed to clean this thing out more.
“Is this it?” Adrien handed her a worksheet with her name at the top, “It was on the ground.”
“Oh thanks,” she took the homework and started shoving the other papers back into her bag. “How is your day going?”
“Fine. I was actually wondering if you were free to come to a photo shoot I’m having after school today.”
“Today? Sure! That’d be great!” Marinette beamed unable to hide her excitement.
“Perfect, you can ride over with me after class, okay?”
“Okay,” he turned to leave for class. Marinette remained standing in place with a huge dorky smile on her face.
Alya, who had been watching the entire exchange, grabbed her bestie’s arm and pulled her towards the classroom. “Come on, Marinette, you can space out later.”
Classes couldn’t go by fast enough. Marinette was practically bouncing in her seat thinking about attending one of Adrien’s photo shoots. Not just as a passerby but as an actual guest of his! It felt like she was on a little cloud.
Mercifully it was one of their shorter days and everyone started packing up to go home. Adrien waited for Marinette by the entrance and opened the car door for her when Gorilla showed up. Trying to keep her cool she slid into the backseat.
“So...” she risked a look at him when they started moving, “What kind of a photo shoot is it?”
“Nothing major. New designs that father will be rolling out to stores with the spring season.” Adrien answered.
“Cool...” Marinette clammed up again. She was still unsure what to talk about with him. Especially now considering the whole photograph collection debacle.
“Disappointed?” he was smirking at her.
“Huh?”
“Well I didn’t know if you were hoping for something like swimsuits or--”
“Adrien!” she yelped her face pulsing red. Adrien started laughing and her embarrassment started to ebb hearing the carefree sound. Still if he was thinking he could tease her so easily without any backlash he was wrong.
They got to the set and Adrien was immediately whisked off for make-up and wardrobe. Marinette wandered the set watching the techs adjust the lighting and looking over some of the clothes on the rack. They were amazing as was expected from a world class designer. Not just the designs but the craftsmanship was impeccable. Little things that only a true designer could appreciate.
Adrien reappeared in a different outfit and a little make-up to even out his complexion. Like he needed anything to look anymore perfect. He waved to Marinette as he took his place where the photographer was waiting.
The techs went around readjusting the light now that Adrien was on set. While they were working on that Adrien kept making cheesy flirty faces at Marinette. At first she got embarrassed but after the third lip puckering eyebrow wiggling expression she rolled her eyes and laughed. She pulled the same kind of face back at him making him laugh.
“Signore Adrien,” the photographer snapped Adrien’s attention back to him, “If you’re done flirting with your girlfriend can we please start now?”
“Right, sorry,” Adrien blushed focusing on the camera as he went into a few poses.
Marinette felt a small wave of pleasure being referred to as Adrien’s girlfriend. He didn’t even deny it. She didn’t want to read too much into it but she could dream. Adrien’s girlfriend...
“Hey, Marinette,” Adrien shouted to her, “Is this gonna end up on your wall too?”
Another hot blush rose to her face. “Do not...”
“I only ask because I know you’re so into fashion.” he smirked wider.
“You wanna go down this road?” she shot back. “I can tease too.”
“With what ammo?” he cocked up an eyebrow, “You have nothing on me.”
“Oh yeah? Sure thing, whatever you say you little perfume ad.” she didn’t know where the retort came from but it was out there now.
Adrien’s eyes went wide for a moment before narrowing again. “Yes, a perfume ad you probably have saved as a ringtone, huh?”
Oh he was good.
“You wanna go into ringtones? Don’t think no one noticed that every single one of your ringtones are anime openings. You’re a huge weeb.”
“I see no reason to be ashamed of my love for anime. Did you not like that yours was Sailor Moon?”
“I am trying to tease you! Be embarrassed already!” she fumed. How was it that he was so cool with everything? She needed something to get him with. Something that would make him blush and stammer at having had mentioned.
“Signore!” the photographer gave a low growl, “Do we need to remove the girlfriend?”
“No, it’s fine, sorry! I’ll pay attention.” he gave an apologetic smile and focused on the job at hand. He was blushing.
Wait a moment. Maybe she did have something over on him. This could potentially backfire on her but it was all she had.
“Adrien,” she sang in a sweet voice that didn’t match the sadistic smile on her face, “Are you sure you don’t need me to leave? Having your girlfriend on set not too distracting for you?”
He glanced at her with a subtle uncomfortable gulp. Oh yeah, she could do this.
“No, you’re fine.” he smiled back tightly.
“One hundred percent? Super duper sure? Wouldn’t want your girlfriend to interfere with your job.”
“No, my dear friend, you’re perfectly okay right there.” his face was getting redder and redder.
“Okay,” she shrugged, “Speaking as your girlfriend I wanted to make sure you were comfortable with having me here.”
He was positively glowing now and it was glorious. “Marinette...” he gave a small whine keeping his eyes down on the ground.
“Alright you two,” the photographer stopped taking pictures, “Let’s take five so he can return to a normal shade.”
The photographer stomped off and Adrien meandered over to Marinette’s side. She was holding back a storm of laughter. His red face was mere inches from hers. “That was not funny,”
“Oh yes it was.” she couldn’t hold back anymore and broke down in laughter. Adrien was able to hold out for a couple more seconds before laughing too.
“Have you no mercy?” he muttered.
“Not anymore than you. I hope he got picture of it. I will gladly plaster that neon red face of yours over my room like wallpaper if it means getting a good laugh when I wake up every morning.” She leaned on him as she caught her breath.
“If you do that wouldn’t it be awkward having to tape one picture of my face over with another?” he wrapped an arm around her shoulders.
Marinette snorted as her cheeks warmed with affection. “Shut up...”

Trevor x fem!Reader // Pizza
Anon on Tumblr ~~
Could you write about being a new intern for CC and noticing Trevor slowly crushing on you, then getting really close, start having movie nights with him & his buddies like jakob n stuff and finally becoming a couple? (That would most likely come with james & aleks poking fun @ trevor for finally getting a gf and just reactions from ppl around the office) And since he's a shy boi most likely there will be fluff, but maybe some smut too? Bless
This sounds really amazing so I can't wait to write it.
Enjoy :) ----------------->
"Alright gents and ladies! Our first intern of summer is here. Introducing Y/N!" Brett yells, pulling you from the hall and into the main warehouse. Everyone gave either quick acknowledgements or even nothing, but you noticed Trevor's eye linger just a little longer. A small blush crept across your face as you turned away.
"Okay, you'll sit here." Brett says, pulling you to a desk that is close to Trevor's. You put your bag down and plopped into the chair, logging into the computer with the credentials James emailed you earlier in the week. You had nothing to do but learn how to edit for this first week, so you just scrolled through some random drawings, desperate for a cool and unique wallpaper.
You settled on fan art of Ein from Cowboy Bebop. You saw Trevor look over his shoulder at you. He rolled his chair over. "Cowboy Bebop?" He asks, intrigued.
You smile at him. "Yeah, it's my favorite." You reply. A smile spreads across his face.
"James made me watch a few episodes before I got settled in. It's really good." He adds. You nod, reverting your eyes to the desktop. The day passed slowly, getting faster when James and Aleks recorded a 'Wrong Side of Youtube' video.
They asked you to overlook Asher and take note on how to record. About halfway through, Asher trusted you enough to take full control. You took the camera from him and filmed, doing better than him.
Soon, they finished up and handed everything off to be rendered and edited. Asher showed you how to save them to external hard drives. You went over to Trevor and he showed you the editing style.
You understood exactly what to do and began to edit a fairly short video.  Before the end of the day, you had the video checked and ready. Trevor applauded you for the speed.
At the end of the day, you walk out to your car, but Trevor stopped you at the door, pulling you aside. "Do-do you have a ride?" He stuttered.
"Yeah, I do. Thank you, though." You reply, smiling at him.
"Oh," he muttered, defeated. "Would you want to-to get pizza some time?"
"Sure, Trevor. Can I have your number, ya know, so we can coordinate?" You reply, handing him your phone. He punches his number in and returns your phone.
"I'll see you around, Y/N." he smiles.
"See you, Trevor." You reply, getting into your car and driving back to your apartment. You thought about the way he said your name. It was...different. It was full of so,etching you couldn't quite put your finger on. It stuck in your mind.
You drove to your apartment. It wasn't in the best side of town, but it was all you could afford here. It was enough for you and your dog, Aria. She was a German Shepard and protected you in the dead of night.
Pulling into your designated parking spot, you pulled out your phone and left a small text to Trevor.
Just got home. It's Y/N btw :)
You put the phone away and exited the car, locking it behind you. You walked upstairs to your second floor apartment and unlocked the door, Aria greeting you at the door. "Hi pup!" You exclaim, scratching behind her ears.
You put your bag on the counter and sat on the couch, turning the TV on. Checking your phone, you notice a text back from Trevor.
Hey, home too. Does tomorrow night after work sound good?
You type out your reply.
Yeah, as long as you drop me back off so I can drive home.
You put the phone back down and flip through random channels, cuddling with Aria on the couch. Your phone vibrates again.
It wouldn't be a proper date if I didn't pick you up and drop you off.
You feel a blush sneak across your face. You weren't aware it was an actual date. Plus, you were a little ashamed of where you lived. You texted him back.
I can meet you at the pizza place. I'll see you tomorrow at work :)
Setting the phone back down, you walk into the kitchen, getting ready to make dinner. You threw something together fast and sat down at the small dining table, scrolling through Instagram in your phone. Your phone vibrates again.
That works too. I'll see you :)
You finish your dinner and lean up the small pile of dishes. You feed Aria and shower. You realize how much time has gone by and get ready to head for bed. Aria follows you to bed as you double check your locks on the door and windows. That's has become a ritual for you as crime is just too high in these parts of L.A.
You pass out, ready for tomorrow.
A mix of your alarm and Aria wake you up in the morning. You put some clothes on and walk her downstairs and to the green area near your apartment. She does her business before you both return to the apartment and finish getting ready, eating breakfast and applying light makeup. You dressed special for the day, looking forward to the date tonight.
As you finish breakfast, you clean the dishes and kiss Aria goodbye. You lock the door behind you on the way out of your apartment. You walk downstairs and get into your car, turning the key in the ignition and driving away.
You pulled into the lot at work. Exiting the vehicle, you grab your backpack and enter the building. You sit down at the desk and notice Trevor eyeing you. "Good morning, Trev." You say, giving him a new nickname.
He smiles at the nickname. "Good morning, Y/N." he replies, smiling. He always smiles bright around you and you definitely noticed this.
Work passed agonizingly slow today, probably because you had a date tonight. Trevor told you time and place so you could be there on time. You left work right on time. You drove to the pizza place and parked, exiting the vehicle.
Entering the building, you sat at a booth tucked away in the corner. You texted Trevor to tell him where you were and he walked in moments later. He sat at the booth with you. "Have you ordered yet?" He asks.
You shake your head. "No, I was waiting on you. I'll have what you're having." You reply, smiling. He leaves for a moment to order you both a pizza. He sat back down as you both waited for the pizza to arrive.
You both go into life stories, favorite colors, foods, and so much more while waiting for the pizza to arrive.
By the time the pizza was gone and you were full of pizza, you had both learned everything about each other. And you, for sure, knew you liked this kid.
You're both 20 and get along swimmingly. You were certain you liked him and almost certain he liked you.
After four hours (and the owner kicking you out) you said your good byes. You brought him in for a tight hug and he reciprocated. He walked you to your car and closed the door for you. He smiled and waved good bye as you drove back home, ready to gloat to Aria about how amazing your first date went.
-------2 months later-------
Trevor invited you over for movie night. This was the first time you'd be at his house. You knew he had roommates, although you knew one was just Joe. You hadn't met the new one quite yet.
He drove you both to his house after work. He let you, as the guest, pick the movie. You chose your go-to movie.
You and him sat on the couch under a blanket. Once Joe got home and Jakob left his room, you started the movie.
As the movie was finishing, you started to drift off and fall asleep on Trevor's shoulder. During your slumber, you felt his arms snake around your waist, pulling you closer.
"Gross! Get a room!" Jakob yelled, waking you up. Trevor quickly shushed him as they all broke out in laughter. You woke up to shush them and shoo them away.
"You guys are so cute!" Joe exclaims, shoving his phone in your face. You knew that was going to end up on Twitter. A blush creeps across your face and you tuck it into Trevor's chest.
"You suck." Trevor argues, glaring at all of them.
Soon, they did leave you alone, but you fell asleep at their house. Trevor picked you up and tucked you into his bed before he left and passed out on the couch.
Movie night with Trevor and the gang became a weekly feat. Joe and Jakob eventually made Trevor ask you to be his girlfriend. That most definitely got a lot more teasing.
"Wow! You finally scored a girlfriend, huh?" James exclaims.
"Stop, James. You're just jealous I got one before you did." Trevor snapped back. You couldn't help but laugh. James looks offended.
"You got a good one, Trevor." Aleks said suggestively, lightly hitting his arm. Trevor just rolled his eyes.
At work one day, Aleks approached you. "So, Y/N. You wanna be in a video?" He asks. You look at him weirdly.
"Um. Sure. Why not?" You reply.
"Cool. It'll be you and Trevor. It'll be a video for the love birds." He yells.
"Oh shut it!" You yell back.
You and Trevor end up on the couch. "Sit closer together." James says, looking through the camera. You look at him quizzically, but oblige. You scoot closer to your boyfriend. "Closer." He demands. You look to Trevor. "Closer!"
"Fuck off, James!" You yell, flipping him off.
You and Trevor finish filming the video, which was you both reading comment and scrolling through your tag on Tumblr. It was a weird video. The video also featured the taunting from James and Aleks.
You return to your desk and place your headphones back on, getting ready to edit. Asher tapped your shoulder. "You guys have good chemistry. I like you two." He says, smiling.
"Thank you." You reply, smiling.
"Really. I think you two will last."
"Thanks."
You put your headphones back on and start working. You realized you got really lucky.

1, 5, 6, 14, 26, 27, 34, 40, 96, 100
1) What images do you have set for your desktop/cell phone wallpapers?
I haven’t changed the default one for my desktop (it’s a ski slope) cause I’m lazy, and my phone is a rainforest. uwu
5) If you could be anywhere else right now, where would you be?
Hmm, does it have to be somewhere that exists? because if not i choose somewhere with all my important people™, preferably in a cuddle pile uwu
6) What was your coolest Halloween costume?
Well, I was most proud of the mask i made last year! But i had a lot of cool ones when I was young. once my mother made me up as a “bug lady” which mostly just entailed us buying a big bag of plastic insects and hot gluing them all over me with some zombie looking make-up. It was certainly one of my more unique costumes X3c
14) What is your favorite fruit?
Strawberries!!
26) Your idea of a perfect first date?
I’m not fussy, I’m happy with just good movie and good food. Or even an incredibly bad movie and some average chinese take-out X3
27) What is something most people don't know about you?
Jeeze that’s a hard one huh? I tend to put everything right out there. Hnn, I guess it’s that while I am nice, I’m not nearly as nice as people think I am. My fuse is shorter than it may seem I just rarely act on it. Especially with strangers like, dude i can wait to roast you until you’re out of my life you’re only gonna be around for like 10 minutes anyway.
34) Are you a good swimmer?
I’m a good swimmer, but a lazy swimmer. I joined the highschool swim team and made it but I didn’t want to put in the effort to like. . . maintain. Basically just like everything else I’m even moderately good at.
40) Do you believe in aliens?
Naturally, it’s foolish to believe that in all the vast unknown universes out there that there isn’t at least a single other inhabited planet.
96) 3 physical features you get complimented on a lot?
P-physical? Uh. . . lately my hair. That’s just because of the way I’ve been tying it up lately. My eyes? I don’t get many compliments on physical features. Maybe my strength? I don’t think that counts, especially since it’s more just comments not compliments.
100) What are some words that you live by? Why?
Bad times are just times that are bad. Yes, that is a video game quote, but i think it’s a very good one. It helps me center and remember that there are good times ahead, no matter how far out, that are worth wading through the bad for. Kinda along the same vein as “this too shall pass” except it actually acknowledges that things are bad now instead of carrying that kinda connotation of “this isn’t that bad, it’ll be over soon” that it seems to have gotten.

Taking a look at none other than Windows 7 today.
What did you baby? What'S up? Everybody man we're going to be taking a look at none other than Windows 7 today. No, this is just a continuation in the process you already know like I had it initiated. I'Ve already done a Windows XP and Windows, Vista and 2019. If you want to go check those out, I recommend that and then coming to this one, so you can kind of see the progression. I kind of honestly wish. I started with like Windows 95 or something but whatever, but I am running this through the virtual machine, so I'm going to have to like record this audio like I'm, not recording, I'm not like filming this like the whole time, but I just wanted to say: what's Up to you guys, man, I love you, so I'm gon na record this and then paste it over. I'M gon na crop out everything else.
So it's going to look a lot better by my or I might just keep it like that and add bars on the side. Maybe I'll put some funny picture, I don't know, but nonetheless, let's go ahead and take a look at Windows 7 and see how it holds up in 2019. Ever personally, so far from what I'm investing with it, I freaking love it. I love I've, always loved Windows. 7, it's one of my favorite operating systems ever so. Let me go and explain to you why I love it so much! Alright, everyone and we're back and now I'm not going to talk about the performance of Windows 7, because this is our virtual machine. As you can see, it is a little like II like it's, not really the end of the world, but it's just a little bit. You can see so I'm not gon na judge on it. You know I'm not gon na be like racist or anything against it, but we are going to go ahead and look at some of the key differences and basically some of the upgrades and what I'll definitely tell you is.
I haven't used Windows 7 in a minute and looking at it from the Windows, XP standpoint and Windows, Vista standpoint and seeing the progression. I can definitely tell you this is such an improvement like it's such a timeless update. Looking at the bottom bar looking at the sides like yes, the newer computers and stuff have better operating systems and they look better and they may be more updated, but really there's not that much of a difference. When you were talking about that just the way they look, you sell the icons on the front. You still have all these this, the bottom bar. You have all these different things and, of course, they try to differentiate it with the Windows 8 and even with Windows. 10, but I still don't think anything comes close to Windows 7, in my opinion, now, obviously we have whatever we downloaded on the side.
We have a wallpaper which we can actually change and all these different things - and I just saw this - there's a gadgets button. I'Ve never seen this before. Let'S see what type of guy just okay, so just like Windows Vista we are able to put in, I guess we can still do this picture puzzle thing. What happens if we double click also goes in the corner. I honestly don't know why they did that. I mean it's cool, I mean I guess it adds a little bit more flavor to of it, but I still think it's kind of a random thing. Can you move these around? No, so apparently oh, you are able to move them around. So that's a pretty big thing. I don't even know that so going into the applications you can see, we have a lot of stuff built in still. You can see my note of my name. I should what happens if you click it okay, so it gives us just our all all of our documents and everything: okay, pretty cool, let's go ahead and get back into it.
Let'S see if there's any cool, little app set up builds, and so we have documents. Pictures all the standard stuff for the most part, and we have all these different options here as well. If we click all programs, you can see. Oh, let's actually go into games and you can see that we don't have pinball anymore, which kind of sucks. I don't even know why that happened. Didn'T seem like that big of a game. Okay, let's go ahead and go into minesweeper think I can't even play it. Oh wait! No! I'M! Okay and this my screen isn't much of a diversion. I don't know what the one I'm used to do. I might actually win. My city knows yo. I might get oh, my god that is unbelievable, actually might win my silver for the first time I'll have something to I was literally. I was not gon na come on.
Oh my god! Well guys you win some, you lose some all right. Let'S continue on with this other accessories. You have a ton of different things. You have command prompt, which I didn't see I before what is XP. You have no pad paint, I mean I'm sure it had it in it. Remote desktop connection, that's really cool, that's something even like it's still still relevant. Today you had the snipping tool, which is, I guess, Microsoft's built in the switch. I think I really understand. I don't know why they don't whatever does matter. If we going to paint real quick, let me go and just try to paint what you look like. I'Ve done this before and I've been pretty accurate. So, ultimately, I think this is something what you look like. I mean I'm not trying to be like a fence or anything, but I mean I'll. Definitely it's better than what I'll click so honestly.
For some reason, you kind of look like an alien, and I guess when we all rate area 51, which I'm totally joking we're not and when we get our own aliens, I'm pretty sure this is what it's going to look like. I'M not trying to say you look like an alien, but you know so I think this is something which you look like you mean you got probably a little hair on your face or something, but you know so good I mean I'm not I'm in I mean If you look anything like this drawing, I mean look like a pretty good-looking human and then continuing on. I kind of want to keep this in the background for a good look: let's go ahead and click all programs again now I've kind of already beat this thing to like the death. There'S really not too much else going on here, but you can see. I mean in terms of just the way this looks. It looks just like what we have today permission object,
I mean obviously with Windows 10. You have like the whole like awesome, like touch screen navigation thing that looks like the Xbox Live whatever like when you turn on your Xbox Live. It looks like that. I'M not a huge fan of that. I think this looks a little bit more premium and makes it feel a little bit more professional. I'Ve always liked the way this looks now. We have all these different functions here. You know obviously the standard stuff. One thing that I saw - and I saw this in like Windows - Vista too, but I don't know why I didn't do it. For the last video I forgot to upscale the resolution, so we were looking at it 800 by 600, which was really really low enough like right now I have it to 1280, so you can see a lot more and it looks a lot more premium. In my opinion, so hopping out of it, let's go ahead and go into an app such as actually let's go to Internet Explorer.
Now, as you can see, this is what people were working with back in the day and like I've said, and what I can tell you. It literally has not like changed that much in terms of Internet Explorer, but with Microsoft edge. That is a pretty big improvement and that's a humongous thing that I saw that you know going from Windows 7 to like Windows, 10, for example. You had that advantage with Microsoft edge and you actually might be able to install it on here. I honestly don't know, but that's a pretty big thing now, once I did open Internet Explorer, I tend automatically try to like load up Google just to see how fast it was, and I saw that it really wasn't that slow, as you guys saw like a lot Of people hate on Internet Explorer, even I remember when I was on a Windows - 7 people who are hating on it, but it's not really the case if you go and type in the worst person in the world that time I did take an extra second or Two, but you can see like it loads up everything, fine.
It does kind of have that old layout, though, which it's kind of weird. I wasn't expecting that if we go into YouTube, I wonder if it's going to show like the mobile version or the updated. No, it shows like the really good full version of it. I'M actually really happy about that. So people who were still on Windows XP can store. Windows. 7 can still watch my horrible videos. So if we try to bust open a video, let's go and watch this one and for some reason the video is not loading in neither is like the thumbnail or anything, and neither of the comments - that's really weird. That'S going up back into it. Maybe Internet Explorer does not support like videos anymore on YouTube. I'M just joking, I mean I'm sure, there's some people who are on Windows 7, watching my videos right now. That'S very weird now hopping into Google Chrome.
This is where probably most of the functionality is going to come with. So let's go ahead and do the same exact thing: let's type in the same exact person who probably shouldn't even be making videos anymore and let's go hop into the internet browser. Let'S go ahead and go to YouTube and let's see if videos play on here which they shut and as you can see, videos do seem to be working on Google Chrome, but it seems like my thing as frozen. No, we don't we're good now, as you can see the videos play on Google Chrome, which, like I said, if you have Windows 7, I would highly recommend downloading. Google, Chrome and everything works. I think with Windows XP, I was not able to get videos working. I was able to install Windows XP though I think I honestly don't remember. I know what the Windows Vista I was able to do that, but with Windows XP.
For some reason I was not able to have Wi-Fi drivers installed, but with this one you're able to see that I'm just connected to it through the Ethernet, but I'm not connected to the either now I'm connected to Wi-Fi, which is very interesting, was not expecting that Now, as you can see, this is the one I did about Windows XP three months ago. May you guys I even send this video is going to do if I totally forgot now. I am kind of curious whether this computer does have a Windows Movie Maker or not, and I think I saw it, but I honestly don't remember if you guys want a little history lesson. Windows Movie Maker was the first video editing software I ever used. So for the first couple, videos that you see on this channel - and that is the only thing I ever used up until probably for like dude I'm joking year - maybe a little bit less bit of something like that, and I had a computer that at the time Was running Windows 7, I eventually updated to Windows 8 and I hated hit.
I totally bogged down my computer so much, but I cannot find a Windows Movie Maker that is so weird and honestly, I probably just skipped over them and as you can see, we don't have it. We can easily get it install those! That'S not that big of a deal now, interestingly enough, one of the biggest upgrades to Windows 7 was actually within the calculator now before I guess was like just assuming a standard calculator, but now they did have an enhanced calculator, so you can go and do a Lot more functions: if you wanted a scientific calculator option, you had that ability - and I love the calculator application on this, but that's very interesting now. If that really truly is the case, and that I think that's really really cool, I never really understood what these calculators stood for the programmer ones. Maybe if I became a little bit more smarter,
I would understand, but we have a lot more functionality within this calculator and that's something a lot of people use all the time and apparently within Windows 7, there was actually a lot more power sufficiency. So your computer wasn't necessarily using like a ton of power at the time versus something like Windows, Vista or probably even Windows. Xp now because Windows Vista was such a strange operating system and have one seemed to dislike it windows. You really had to prove themselves here and by them allowing all these little like small little upgrades here and there, but also some big ones like that power efficiency thing that could be a humongous reason for people to have picked Windows 7. At the time, then, like Mac, OS or whatever other options are where now Windows 7, even though it came out in 2009, it didn't fully stop getting updates. Until recently,
I would say it like a year or two from now, or even just like. We even more recently than that, so this software was getting updates for many many many years and rightfully so. This thing is a solid piece of software, an interesting statistic actually that, as of July 20, 1931, almost 32 percent of computers running Windows are running Windows 7, and this still has a 50 percent market share in a number of countries such as China. At fifty one point two one percent: now I mean that's straight from Wikipedia so take that as you well but dude. That means almost a third of computers that are out there. Lehrer running Windows are running Windows 7. That is an insane thing. I mean this. Software is, you know a little bit of how data that would say it came out in 2008. You know, Windows, 8 Windows, 10 have more will be way, more features and everything, but there's a reason.
People are sticking to Windows 7 and there's a reason. They say this is the best version of Windows and the reason they say that is because of its professionalism. In my opinion, and also it's minimalism, there's not too much going on like I'm trying to find things to talk about, but maybe that's the thing that you know is beautiful about Windows 7. Is that it gets a job done for you. It has. You know the features of getting you to point A to point C. You can do everything with it. Obviously, as you go, you can install apps through Google, Chrome or whatever it can install any Windows file Exe file whatever, and you have that option with this piece of software. But then, when you go and upgrade - and you think about upgrading you're, like oh, my god, like Windows, 8 - is so much better this and that it's like you want something, that's overall better, and I understand that. But some people just want something that works is less buggy, they don't care about upgrades or anything.
They don't want a humongous change to their overall workflow from Windows, XP to Windows, Vista. Apparently that was a pretty large difference. You know people were kind of scared of that and with Windows 8, I'm sure people were the same way, a venture with Windows. 10 I mean like Windows, 10, isn't bad. I think I hate on his too much like I don't hate Windows 10 at all, but I think Windows 7 was just beautiful mixture of professionalism, minimalism and productivity and going on further. Apparently this was the first software that allowed you to fully put folders into the taskbar, which is kind of interesting. I thought you were able to do that before. As you can see, you pinned that okay, new folder or whatever, so that folder is now pinned. So whenever you open it it'll go ahead and go into new folder, and that might seem like a basic feature.
But apparently that was added in Windows 7 and I think ultimately, Windows 7 was the safest option. Microsoft had at the time Windows. Xp was amazing Windows. Vista was a very strange update, but eventually with Windows 7. I think they knocked it out of the park. I think they did such an amazing job. I don't think they necessarily focused on you know, putting crazy features in it or anything like that like to did on Windows Vista. I think Windows 7 was more so just cleaning things out and making things a lot more stable. That way, people pretty much could stop. Hating on Microsoft and Windows and people would just stop switching over or even just out complaining about it. Ultimately, so I think that's pretty much where I'm going to leave it at.
I wish there was more to talk about with Windows 7, but it's just such an amazing piece of software and such a safe option for people to still even use nowadays that it's not like feature packed to the brim. It'S just a very safe option and everything else. I'Ve pretty much already talked about with the XP and Vista video. So I think Windows 7 is awesome. If you guys want me to look at Windows 8 and 2019, I can go ahead and do that as well. If this video gets - probably I don't like 10 likes I'll, do it I'm gon na. Do it anyway, sorry that I took so long to do this one. I was supposed to do this like forever ago, but I just forgot about it honestly. Well, let me know what you guys think about Windows 7.
Do you think Windows 7 was the best operating system windows ever put out. I mean some people are going to say Windows, XP or whatever, but the fact that a lot of people are still using Windows. 7 just goes to show how amazing of a software this is. So if you have any experiences with Windows 7, if you love it, if you hate it, let me know in the comments section below I'd love, to hear what you guys have to say, but that is pretty much it and if you guys enjoyed the video like, I said hit that like button but more importantly, hit that subscribe button, every single subscriber that we get really does counseling me so much. You guys get hit that also check out the other links down in the description as well. My Twitter, my Instagram, my second channel. All those things are linked down below. Microsoft DOESN'T CARE - WAN Show Aug 16, 2019
Mac or PC, whichever one you personally prefer. You have to admit that there are advantages to the other side. Let me think about it. You simply cannot run, say, Final Cut Pro or Logic Pro on Windows and, at the same time, gaming on Mac OS Sox only there were some way that you could run both of them at near full speed simultaneously on the same PC. Oh, what's that there. I guess there is so behind me and Anthony is a machine that we call the indecision ater. It can be a Mac, it can be a PC and through some software magic it can actually be both of them at the same time as you can see right here so uh. What do you say guys? Should we walk you through how we did it and take it for a spin? I think so after this message from our sponsor Vertigo's PL 4500 RGB LED upgrade kit. Wirelessly connects to your PC and features tons of color customization options, including audio and visual sync, and more check them out at the link in the video description, [ Music ]. If you've seen any of our videos involving hackintosh virtual machines, you'll probably have some idea where we're going with this. If not, here's the twenty second version using Red, Hat's, KVM hypervisor many modern computers can actually have their resources like CPU cores system memory or even graphics cards, divide it up and then allocate it to multiple users or workloads. Using this technology you can even install two operating systems on the same computer that exists completely independently of each other, as we've done in the past. So for today's project, then we've got something really really cool for you guys. So we've taken an AMD reisen. 930. 900. X12 core processor and then what we've done is: we've split those 12 cores straight down the middle between two virtual machines that will run Windows on one side and Mac OS on the other for graphics, we've gone with an RT X, 20 atti for our windows box And a Radeon 7 for our Mac, then we've passed those graphics cards through to their respective VMs, this method of assigning our GPUs results in relatively little lost performance. So the main challenge we ran into for this project. While there were many firsts and videos, legendary code, 43 error, Nvidia, obviously doesn't like consumers running their GeForce GPUs in a VM just go out and buy a Quadro. Combating some weird stuttering in Windows was the next issue that we had to fix and we fixed that by switching to message. Signaled interrupts instead of traditional electrical line based interrupts like you'd, normally get in a processor these days or ever really and finally, getting the mac OS catalina beta to use the drivers that Apple included for virtualized storage. That last one in particular, is prop really exciting, because Apple has never supported it in the past, make sure you're subscribed, because I'm already working on convincing Linus here to let me work on a video on Mac virtualization. Once we get the Mac Pro in yeah. We'Re definitely gonna be doing that. Anywho, where things take a bit of a turn today, is how we're going to interact with our Frankenstein machine. So in the past, if you wanted to use multiple computers, you'd either have to use a hardware switcher and conveniently also call KVM multiple monitors or in the case of the LGU d 79 that we used once before. You would have to be content with 1080p quadrants of a single 16 by 9 4k display. Today. We have something quite special. This display from Phillips is the 499 p, 9 H and it's a 1440p super ultra wide display, with a double wide 32 by 9 aspect ratio, which means that what we're effectively looking at here is a bezel free single display setup where we've got the equivalent of 2 27 inch monitors side by side with no bezel in between them, so we can completely seamlessly interact with both of our VMs. How do you do that? You might be asking well well so did you do that? Yeah? This energy is still kind of trying to work out the kinks of their 2.0 release. So I decided to use a different piece of software, just kind of switched things I'll call share mouse, which has some, unfortunately, agro marketing, but hey if it works, it works and for the most part, although there are some glitches like you can see my Mac OS Cursor is actually still kind of ghosted over here there you go and you can see kind of the header of my windows cursor. For the most part it actually does work. We can move the cursor seamlessly from one of our displays over to the other, as if the imaginary line down the middle didn't exist, in fact, actually we could probably do some really cool stuff. Like pretend that the whole thing is one machine, so I actually don't know how to switch the wallpaper on a Mac, but I'm gonna go ahead and do this one nice, it's an abomination, isn't it beautiful? Oh, I like this too LTTE store.com by a water bottle. Ok, then, so we're good. Essentially, what we've got here is to rise in 5:30 600 systems, but on one machine, we're running Mac OS and, on the other, one we're running Windows with seamless Mouse movement between them, which means, if I wanted to. I could browse the Internet over here in Safari and then potentially use an Apple Magic Trackpad for gesture control. While I fire up, let's say game, like shadow of the Tomb Raider over on the other side. Wait am I just running in a circle right now? Yes, so I'm like okay, I'm bored of playing video games or whatever and I go over - and I browse the forum. Then I'm just like oh yeah, you know what I'm gonna go back to playing video games, freakin nuts yeah and you can set up a keyboard shortcut to switch automatically, so you don't need to Creole tap. We just haven't set that up yet so, let's say game play, isn't your number one priority, maybe you're a content creator like a youtuber or a twitch streamer and that's kind of more of your jam. So what you could do, then, is capture some gameplay with shadow play or OBS and then port that directly over to the Mac by dragging and dropping and there you can use that if you're more comfortable with it check this out. So I just grabbed the clip that I recorded right now, while you're talking dragged it over the middle line and loop there. It is, let's see what the back looks like boom nice just like that now doesn't copy that quickly: we're limited to about 20 megabytes. A second, so there's probably some work. The developer could do on that, but hey the footage is there now. One thing I did want to mention is that we didn't manage to login to the App Store. We think it might be something to do with our copy of Final Cut Pro being on my consumer register at Apple account and this being a developer only OS, because it's still the preview but hey. The point is, if you're comfortable, editing in Final Cut Pro, you can create your content on Windows and then you can edit it together on the Mac, and then you could log into YouTube on Windows, and you can upload it from Windows. If you wanted to pretty cool best of all, if you want, you can select just one of the VMS for full productivity, with the press of a button and another button and another button and another button, this they told us it was gonna, be just like One button to switch yeah yeah. They said that they could actually set it up to just switch by a single button. But as far as I can tell no, but it does have a KVM and that is the keyboard, video mouse rendition of KBM, so ready hat. So, what's cool about that at the very least, is that if you want to use just one set of peripherals for both of your OSS, you can by plugging in through the monitor right? Let me just switch inputs here. Obviously, I could change it to full resolution, but yeah as we can see it's being a little bit dumb and also our Mac needs to be unplugged and replugged. Sometimes, in order to pick up this yeah, that's just Apple things. I think. Okay, it's a little janky, but what's cool about our setup here is that it doesn't even have to be Windows and Mac OS. It'S just that, thanks to the Mac OS catallena beta Mac OS now supports not just virtualized storage like Anthony mentioned before that allowed us to take our single PCIe gen 4. So like this high performance, 2 terabyte SSD and split it up, but it even supports other verdi, o devices. Now so we can get access to near native speeds over the network as well. Like imagine what it would be like to take a machine like this and be able to split something like the upcoming 16 core Raisa 939 50 X, I mean, even without all the PCI Express Lanes and memory bandwidth that you could get from something like a thread. Ripper you'd be compromising very little janky NASA side with a dual setup like this, so I mean. Maybe we should come back to this concept when that launches, make sure you guys are subscribed and stay tuned, because if nothing else we'll definitely be checking out virtualization on the upcoming Mac Pro yeah and by that time I think that there's a lot more, that I Could do to smooth out the experience overall like having a virtualized 9p shared drive between the two OSS that lets it basically become a network drive that native speeds, but that's all we have time for today. So if you haven't seen it already check out our previous Mac, virtualization videos, we'll have them linked below pulse way, is a real-time, remote monitoring and management software that helps you fix problems on the go you can send commands from routerhosting any mobile device and the software is Compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux pulse way, single app gives you remote desktop functionality, so you can get access to real-time status system resources. You can see logged in users, you can monitor network performance, you can manage Continue windows updates and more, in fact, the sky's the limit, because you can create and deploy your own custom scripts to automate your IT tasks so try it for free at pulse wacom or through Our link in the video description hi thanks for watching

Any recruitment firm that over the in 2014 has actually sustained mobile video game business in searching for as well as using the most effective personnel to develop new video games, develop brand-new tools or offer key services. Apple give a number of exclusive modern technologies (such as Metal) intended to permit developers to make even more reliable use their hardware in iOS-native video games. Its top-tier specs include an Snapdragon 845 cpu, 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, along with some interesting features we have not seen prior to on an Android phone, like ultrasonic shoulder trigger inputs, transferred USB-C as well as 3.5 mm ports created for charging while video gaming and an included cooling fan. The video game enables gamers to get an endure ninja to fight different battles. It is a high efficiency cross-platform mobile application advancement device. I have been playing Cityville on FB and is appreciating my time there although I have no idea if there are resemblances there. If you found on your own pleased by the initial phone's specifications but chose to see and wait exactly how Razer would certainly improve the equipment as well digimon links hack as attend to the cam problems of the first, the Razer Phone 2 is the most effective phone for those serious concerning mobile pc gaming. Chess Time is likewise among the very best video games readily available totally free in Android and IOS video gaming platforms. It harkens back to old develop and also attack video games, yet with the awesome feature of being able to plan against genuine people online. For action game enthusiasts there are video games like ghost Pressure, Alien Unleashed, Dispute Vietnam, Predator than can be quickly downloaded on the cellular phone. The adjustments are occurring so really rapid and the games have ended up being exceptional and complicated in its advancement.

macOS Mojave 10.14 first look
New Post has been published on https://latestnews2018.com/macos-mojave-10-14-first-look/
macOS Mojave 10.14 first look
Seems like iOS gets all the love these days. And it’s easy enough to see why. The smartphone has long been the dominant device in many users’ lives, while the desktop/laptop category has been on the decline. But macOS still has some life left in it yet.
A year after introducing the more incremental High Sierra (it’s right there in the name), Apple has returned with a macOS update that’s jam-packed with new features. Unlike other recent updates, a number of the big additions here are targeted at creative professionals, as Apple refocuses its efforts on the user base that has long been a core part of its target market. In the case of features like Dark Mode and Gallery View, there’s a lot to like on that front, as well.
For the first time iOS apps have been directly ported to macOS in an effort to kickstart cross-platform development, while Stacks should go a ways toward helping users stay a bit more organized — and sane. Now that the operating system is in public beta, here’s a rundown of the biggest and best new features Mojave has to offer.
Dark mode
The biggest addition to Mojave is also one of the more interesting from a populist standpoint. Apple made it clear during its WWDC presentation earlier this month that Dark Mode is a hat tip to creative professions. It’s a category the company once owned outright, but one Microsoft has been aggressively gunning for in recent years with its Surface line.
Apple’s been knocked for a handful of decisions viewed as taking its eye off the ball for the small but loyal contingent that has formed its core user base. The company’s been making amends for this over the past year and change, with the addition of the iMac Pro and the promised return of the Mac Pro. Dark Mode is clearly a nod toward those who spend long stretches staring at bright screens in dark rooms.
Of course, it’s not just for creative pros. Dark Mode is a potential boon to all of us desk jockeys looking for some respite from eye strain. It’s also just aesthetically pleasing, and a nice visual break from a Mac desktop design that really hasn’t changed much in the past several generations.
Apple’s done a good job here maintaining consistency across its own apps. Along with darkened menus and frames, Mail, Contacts and Calendar invert to white text on a dark background. The default Mojave desktop image of a winding sand dune has also been transformed accordingly.
Better still, there’s a dynamic version of the wallpaper that will darken, based on the time of day, as the sun sets and stars come out in the desert sky. A nice touch. However, only the default wallpaper is capable of doing that at the moment. If you want the effect, I hope you don’t mind staring at sand.
The biggest issue with Dark Mode (in this admittedly still early public beta stage) is compatibility. Apple says that the mode is designed for easy adoption by third-party developers, assuming their apps are built for the macOS Mojave SDK, but there’s no guarantee the apps you use regularly will have that compatibility at launch. That means there’s a decent chance your dark desktop scheme will be regularly interrupted by a blast of white light.
This is also the case for Apple’s own apps like Safari (though iWork and other not preloaded Apple apps don’t yet have the functionality), which have implemented aspects of Dark Mode, but in which you’re going to be spending a lot of time looking at bright pages regardless.  For most of us who spend time in and out of various apps, Dark Mode’s actual functionality is pretty limited, but you’ll no doubt be compelled give it a go anyway. At the very least, it’s a nice departure from the default macOS color scheme you’ve been ensconced in for so long.
Stacks
Dark Mode may be the feature that got the biggest crowd reaction at WWDC, but Stacks is the best. No question here, really, and this is coming from someone who’s gotten fairly consistent about tidying up his desktop. This thing is worthy of a clickbait-style “One Weird Trick to Organize Your Life” headline.
This is a surprisingly cathartic act. Hover over the wallpaper of your out of control desktop, two-finger tap the touchpad and select “Use Stacks” from the drop-down. Poof, they all shoot into their pre-ordained piles on the right. The default mode categorizes files by product type, which is probably the most straightforward method of the bunch (you also can switch to category or tag). If a file is the only one of its kind on the desktop, it will maintain its name below the thumbnail; otherwise, the file kind will show off below. Unclassified files will show up in a less helpful “other” Stack.
When new files are added to the desktop, they automatically appear in their associated pile, so long as you stay in Stacks mode. When the mode is enabled, files are essentially stuck to these spots like a grid. You can drag and drop them into apps, but can’t move them around the desktop.
Once everything is sorted, clicking on the top of the stack will spread it out so you can once again view everything all once. Click the top of the pile again, and poof, everything goes back into the pile. You also can hover over the top with the cursor and swipe the trackpad left or right with two fingers to scrub through the list. I find the method a bit less useful, but some will no doubt prefer it.
If you decide the whole cleanliness thing isn’t for you, two-finger tap the wallpaper again. Click “Use Stacks” and poof, everything gets sent back to its original entropic position on the desktop. Good on Apple for letting users revert back to the madness.
Apple’s added a LOT of different features — from Launchpad to Tags — designed to help users get better organized. For my part, I’ve largely tried and failed to incorporate them into my daily usage. Stacks, on the other hand, is a genuinely useful addition and a strong contender for the most useful feature Apple has brought to macOS in recent memory.
Desktop
Gallery View is an interesting addition for similar reasons as Dark Mode. The feature is a spiritual successor to the familiar Cover Flow. It’s less dynamic, relying on a bottom scroll bar, rather than large images up top. It puts meta data front and center much more than before. This is especially apparent when dealing with images, giving you an almost light-room level of detail on photos.
The information includes, but is not limited to: dimensions, resolution, color space, color profile, device make, device model, aperture value, exposure time, focal length, ISO speed, flash, F number, metering mode and white balance. It’s lot for most users. In fact, it’s probably overkill for a majority of us, but it’s clearly another indication that Apple’s working to maintain its hold on the creative professional category by building that intense level of detail directly into the Finder.
Tucked down in the bottom-right corner of Finder windows are Quick Actions. There are a handful of handy features for editing images and PDF docs, including Rotate Left (as found in the iOS Photos app), markup (as found in Adobe Acrobat), Add Password and Create PDF, which turns files into PDFs, as advertised.
It’s an interesting system-level embrace of Adobe’s file format, and also makes the need for Preview somewhat redundant, as it’s baked directly into Finder. The options are dependent on file type — so, if you have, say, an audio or video file, you can trim it directly in the Finder window. For most tasks, you’ll probably want to open an editing app, but I would love to see more personalized actions down here. For my own needs, something like file cropping and resizing would be great to have built directly into the Finder window, saving me a trip to Photoshop or some online editing tool. I realize my needs aren’t the same as everyone’s — but all the more reason to offer some manner of customization down there, akin to what Apple offers with the MacBook Touch Bar.
Screenshots
File previews are getting a lot of love here, throughout. I’m not sure how often normal people use screenshots, but I take them all the damn time, so any addition here is welcome. Beyond general usefulness, I suspect a lot of people simply don’t take screenshots because the key command is fairly convoluting. Shift-Command-5 isn’t exactly easier to remember than other, similar combinations, but it does bring up a hand control window overlay.
From there, you can choose to capture a full screen, a window, a selection you outline yourself, record a video of the entire screen (which I used for the above Stacks GIF) or record a video of a selection. It certainly saves from having to memorize all of the different commands. The new screenshots also make it possible to set a timer of five or 10 seconds before snapping a photo.
Apple’s taking a play from iOS, offering up a small window in the right-hand corner of the screen once the screenshot has been snapped. You can click directly into that, or just wait for it to disappear. From there, you can markup the file, drag and drop it it into a document or have it automatically sent to the desktop, documents, Mail, Messages, Preview or a Clipboard, so they don’t all wind up in the same spot.
Continuity Camera
Not sure how often this feature will actually prove handy for most users, but it’s a cool feature, nonetheless. Continuity Camera essentially uses an iPhone as a surrogate camera for the desktop. It’s a clever bit of cross device synergy.
Say you’re in Page. Go to Edit > Insert from Your iPhone and choose Photo. Take a shot, approve it on the device, and it will automatically insert itself in the doc. It works like a charm. The scan feature also works surprisingly well here. I took a shot of a crumpled receipt and it looked pretty pristine, regardless. As someone who recently went through a lengthy visa process, I wish I’d had access to this thing a few weeks back.
FaceTime
This one definitely wowed the crowd. FaceTime’s macOS/iOS-only is the main thing that’s hampered my own use of the service, but there are some really nice additions here that are making me rethink the decision. The ability to add up to 32 users is far and away the most fascinating, and Apple’s done a good job managing that kind of unruly number.
Similar to services like Google Meet, the system automatically detects who’s speaking and places them front and center in the app. Also like Meet, you can manually prioritize the users on whom you’d like to focus.
Other users will shrink down and eventually populate the carousel at the bottom. You can get the list of participants by clicking the Info button. And invitations for more users can be extended while the chat is in progress.
iOS apps
Apple made a point of addressing longtime rumors of a convergence between the company’s desktop and mobile operating systems, flashing a giant “No” onstage. That said, the two OSes are getting even more shared DNA. The biggest news on this front is the porting of three iOS apps to the Mac. This is clearly the first step toward a larger convergence of some kind, but more to the point, it’s a way to start getting app developers to port their iOS apps to the desktop.
Sure, macOS had a huge head start, but iOS has been getting all of the developer love in recent years. Making it easier to create apps cross-system means devs don’t have to decide. It also means that the app that come to macOS through this method will be more likely to do so through the Mac App Store — a distribution method Apple clearly prefers over more traditional downloads, for myriad reasons.
To start, Apple has brought over News, Stocks, Voice Memos and Home. In my time with Mojave thus far, News is the one I now use pretty regularly. I was a bit hesitant to move to a more walled approach to news delivery, but I do appreciate having a centralize hub of the trusted news sources I visit regularly, coupled with alerts that populate the Notification Center at right.
It’s probably not going to replace my use of TweetDeck for work-related news, as, among other things, it just seems to update more slowly. But it’s a nice tool to have churning in the background, along with a check-in once or twice a day, to make sure I haven’t missed a moment of the horror show that is news in 2018. Fun!
Voice Memos probably has the most limited scope of the bunch. I’ve switched over from various third-party tools I use to record meetings from time to time, and it’s nice having that sharing across devices. Students will likely find it handy for lectures as well, but beyond that, it’s probably not going to get a ton of play for most users.
Home is the most interesting addition of the bunch. Certainly it makes sense, as Apple makes a bigger push to remain competitive against the likes of Amazon and Google in the smart home. The Mac isn’t designed to be a hub in this case — that’s still the job of Apple TV and HomePod, so far as the company is concerned. But the desktop OS does make for a nice control panel, and it’s handy to be able to check in on your place remotely from the comfort of your MacBook.
Given that they are, in fact, ports, not much has changed from a design standpoint. That means it’s essentially the same layout as the one you’ll get on your iPad, with a grid of tidy little boxes representing your various connected home devices. It’s pretty hard to shake the compulsion to reach out and touch the things. Apple, of course, has taken a hard-line against incorporating touch into its laptops and desktops, so reaching out won’t get you very far in this particular case.
Odds and ends
The Mac App Store gets an overhaul here, including search filtering and new content categories. Apple’s also added the kind of editorial curation it’s had on iOS and other apps.
More privacy permissions is always a good thing. In addition to the standard access to Contacts, Calendar Photos and Reminders, Apple’s added notifications for apps accessing the camera, mic and sensitive data. That means more pop-ups to click through, but more importantly, some extra peace of mind.
The system now does “password auditing,” to make sure you don’t reuse the same passwords over and over again.
Siri gets a couple of additions on the desktop here, including the ability to add passwords with voice.

The time is NOW
This is the BEST time to pledge to my Patreon page. Why? Because you’ll get a bunch of rewards without waiting all month for them! You’ll get yours at the beginning of next week!
So, here’s the deal. I post new content in my Patreon feed all through the month. And you have access to that as soon as you pledge.
BUT…
I send my backers links to entire folders full of the NSFW content — broken down by category — as soon as the payments are processed in the first couple days of each month. One folder has all of the Evil Inc After Dark pages, in order. Another folder has all of the NSFW commissions. Another has all of the Courting Disaster comics, and so forth.
It’s a snazzy reading experience, and it’s a great way to view only the material you’re in the mood for.
If you pledge before the end of the month, however, you’re not going to have to wait long at all to get access to these categorized folders of NSFW goodness! I’ll be distributing those as soon as the payments are processed.
And in those few days in between, you can still access all of the exclusive content by using the content tags to filter only the stuff you want to read right now!
There’s a lot to see —more than 370 NSFW comics, cartoons, illustrations and illustrated stories! And I’m adding new content almost every day!
For example…
July has been scorching hot over at the ol’ Patreon page. With one new exclusive post for every day in the month, here’s a smidgen of what my backers have received over the last couple months!
This slideshow requires JavaScript.
  Be a $1 patron!
OK… so the NSFW comics don’t interest you. I get it. But that doesn’t mean you can’t support the comic and get cool stuff, too! Best of all, you’re never gonna notice one buck when it gets deducted from your card or Paypal account. But I’ll notice it. And it will help me continue to make the comics you read. Best of all, you get some cool rewards…
Cape Carnival
For the last five weeks, I’ve been doing special bonus comics for all of my Patreon backers ($1+). These are based on ideas that I would have typically sent over to Tales From the Con. But with that series at an end, I figured I’d do them exclusively for my Patreon backers — especially those who aren’t interested in NSFW comics! If you want to see a couple examples check out the Intermission comics from today and Tuesday!
Desktop Wallpapers and Mobile Backgrounds
Every month, my patrons at the $1 level (and higher) start their months off right with a new desktop wallpaper featuring swanky Evil Inc art and some background images for their mobile devices. Here’s one of the recent wallpaper/background combos…
The Big Picture — Full-page Evil Incs!
Patrons at the $1 level (and higher) see the Evil Inc comics before anyone else. AND they get access to full-page versions of the comics! As you may have noticed, I’ve changed how I produce Evil Inc. These days, I’m creating a graphic novel that I release on the Web in partial-page installments. Usually, that means a half-page on Tuesday and a half-page on Thursday.
My patrons get to see the full-page versions before they get collected into the graphic novel. Click on the image below to see it even bigger!

8 things I learned watching all 5 'Air Bud' movies
Happy 20th anniversary, Buddy.
Twenty years ago, in the summer of 1997, Disney released Air Bud, a movie about a golden retriever named Buddy who can play basketball. It did well in the box office, because there were enough people who wanted to see how the hell Disney was going to execute this idea. Then four more Air Bud movies were made over the next six years.
I have no nostalgia for Air Bud. The idea to watch it never crossed my mind when I was seven years old. It was a cultural blind spot that I shared with my colleague Charlotte Wilder, who also watched it for the first time this year. But with the 20th anniversary coming up, I decided to rectify my Air Bud-less life and watch all five movies, stopping short of watching the Buddies spinoff series.
With that out of the way, I would like to share the following things I learned while watching the Air Bud series:
1. This is the loophole Air Bud uses in order to let Buddy play basketball.
Disney
Sure, that works. Never mind the fact that you’d normally have to be a student with good academic standing in order to participate in your school’s athletics. But who has time for nuance? Let’s see Air Bud do his thing.
2. This is what it looks like when a dog’s on your basketball team.
Disney
It turns out it’s not that far-fetched to play with or against a dog. Buddy is capable of making baskets, steals, assists, and sometimes he can get rough — shout out to the first movie’s bully Larry Willingham for getting wiped out by a dog.
Disney
3. Each movie has villains who want to steal dogs for their own personal gain.
The villain in the first movie, Norm Snively, actually had a direct relationship to Buddy. He was Buddy’s abusive owner — Buddy’s origin story exists because of him. Snively worked as a terrible party clown and Buddy was his sidekick. During a children’s birthday party, Buddy gets rough during a ball trick (I’m assuming he was fed up with Snively’s bulls*** at this point), and the both of them cause a mess at their client’s house. Snively gets angry and threatens to send Buddy to the pound, but Buddy escapes after falling out of an open truck bed.
Disney
After that, Buddy makes a connection with Josh Framm and his family, and becomes famous in town for his dog tricks. Snively learns about this, and tries to steal him back for his traveling act. Snively is the only villain in the franchise that gives the story any stakes.
In the sequels, we get introduced to the following:
A brother-sister duo from Russia who wants to steal Buddy for their circus
Two criminals who are trying to steal Buddy’s girlfriend from a rich British family
Two scientists who want to steal Buddy and his puppies in order to make more dogs who play sports
Two criminals who want to steal Buddy so they can use him to steal a precious diamond in a room filled with lasers
The climaxes of these story arcs always occur conveniently when Buddy’s team is about to play the championship game. Every time he goes missing, everyone is worried that their team is going to lose. But it never feel like things will truly go wrong, because everything always works out in the end and Buddy’s team wins.
Aside from Snively, the villains are the weakest parts of the series. Their only purpose is slapstick comedy. I wish they created suspense out of the sports scenes instead, but maybe I’m asking for too much. These are kids’ movies, and you can’t deny kids the chance to see two guys drive off a ramp and into a mud pool.
4. The Air Bud movies are forward-thinking in terms of portraying mixed-gender sports.
In World Pup, the best player on Josh’s high school soccer team happens to be a girl. In Seventh Inning Fetch, Josh’s baby sister, Andrea, and her best friend, Tammy, join the middle school baseball team with male teammates and a female coach. In Spikes Back, Andrea joins a summer league volleyball team that’s filled with girls and boys. All of this is treated as normal, and the fans who watch these teams don’t question (and why would they?) why girls and boys are on the same sports team. They just love watching these athletes play, and it’s a really cool thing to see.
5. We have to discuss the ending of World Pup.
This movie came out in December 2000, a year and a half after the U.S. won the Women’s World Cup. The date is important*, because four months after Buddy’s team wins the state championship, there’s another Women’s World Cup. In the Air Bud Cinematic Universe, the “every four years” World Cup time frame doesn’t exist. You could argue that the filmmakers took artistic license, but this seems a bit much.
*The movie is indeed set in 2000, because I double-checked the small print on a spinning newspaper transition.
Anyway, at the 2001 Women’s World Cup final, the United States and Norway have gone on to a penalty shootout to decide the champion. Briana Scurry — who, in real life, made a crucial save for the U.S. in the 1999 final’s shootout — gets injured, leaving everyone worried until the camera pans over to Air Bud, who substitutes for Scurry, and clinches the match for the U.S. with his own save.
Disney
So, to recap, the U.S. becomes champion in a way-too-early Women’s World Cup by having Air Bud save the day, which feels a bit like cheating. But I came to see a dog play soccer, and I think I got what I paid for, which is whatever Netflix pays Disney each time I stream Air Bud: World Pup.
I’m surprised it took the movies this long to get Air Bud integrated into a major sports event, but here we are. Also, it turns out this wouldn’t be the first time Air Bud participated in a championship game. Let’s talk about Seventh Inning Fetch.
6. Y’all wanna see Air Bud in batting practice? Yeah, you do.
Disney
I’m pretty sure dogs aren’t supposed to hit balls that well with their mouths, but just like it says on the town sign that pops up at the start of every Air Bud movie, everything is possible.
7. They took Air Bud to the World Series.
It would have been enough for Seventh Inning Fetch to end with Air Bud and Andrea winning the state championship game. But no, they had to go further and take him to the World Series.
Please enjoy the following scene:
youtube
I have a few questions:
How the hell did Air Bud end up in the majors?
Why is there still sunlight during a World Series game?
If Air Bud is set in Washington, why isn’t Buddy helping out the Mariners win their first World Series?
Did the filmmakers have Air Bud play for the Angels because it was the closest MLB team they could get access to from the studio in Hollywood?
Our old pal Rodger Sherman wrote about the ending a few years ago, and brought up some more good points, which I’ll resurface:
If you look closely at the scoreboard, the Padres are up 5-1 against the Angels, with no outs in the inning, and yet the Angels win the World Series with a double play.
The home plate umpire signals a home run after Buddy gets a runner out at first.
The stadium was too bright for actual fireworks, so they had to make do with LED sign fireworks.
And at the end of all this, Air Bud wins World Series MVP! This is an actual frame from the movie, in case you want to swap out your desktop wallpaper:
Disney
All we saw was Air Bud catch a ball in his mouth and get the final out, and apparently that was enough to earn MVP. We didn’t see him at bat, although thanks to the scoreboard, we can assume he didn’t help much there. All we’re left with is imagining what else he did at first base to earn that honor, and maybe that’s for the best. Part of me believes this ending was all a dream sequence in Air Bud’s head.
8. I ultimately came away liking the Air Bud movies more than I had expected.
The franchise has a lot of corny, ridiculous things that deserve to be made fun of: villains who contribute to excruciatingly formulaic plots; the soundtrack, which can range from romantically cheesy to “wait, this is totally a knockoff of John Fogerty’s ‘Centerfield’”; the ridiculous sports scenes involving Air Bud, like his aforementioned batting practice, and this block from Spikes Back.
Disney
But there’s something about the Air Bud series that’s worth admiring: these movies have heart.
You see a gifted dog get abused and abandoned, then end up in a loving home. You see the Framm family move to a new town and try to cope with the death of their pilot father. You see Josh Framm struggle to make friends at school, and stumble through a couple extracurricular activities before trying out for the basketball team. You see Josh eventually make friends thanks to his basketball-playing dog, and go through the awkwardness of being a teenager. You see a widowed mother fall in love and get married to someone new, and then try to make things work for her family (which she does). You see the Framm siblings embrace each other when Josh has to leave for college, and Andrea isn’t ready to say goodbye. You see Andrea try to her hardest to earn travel money so she can see her best friend who moved to a different state.
You see Noah, the youngest Framm sibling, grow up into a toddler and steal the spotlight, because he’s genuinely the funniest human character Air Bud had to offer.
Disney
Most of these scenarios are minor, and they step to the side to make way for Air Bud, but they’re some of my favorite parts of the franchise because they’re sincere. They make you feel for the characters and root for them, even when you know that everything will turn out OK.
These movies are not great, but I believe, after every silly thing I learned, that they’re worth checking out, even just to see how ludicrous they can be, and imagine what it took to make them. If you ever find yourself on Netflix or Amazon, a mere click away from watching one Air Bud movie, now you know what to expect. Maybe you’ll end up liking it too.

With one new exclusive post for every day in the month, here’s a smidgen of what my backers have received so far (and a few previews of posts-to-come)…

This may be one of my favorite Cape Carnival cartoons, but it's a joke only true comics fans will get. The time is NOW This is the BEST time to pledge to my Patreon page. Why?
