Wake.Match.Sleep.Repeat * * * The reality is, we create our own realities. We make decisions daily about what happiness looks like, what success looks like, and what living our best lives looks like. * * * It is in my humblest opinion that we shouldn’t spend another moment chasing someone else’s reality/idea of happiness because we could very well miss out on our own. * * * If someone were to ask me what makes me happy, what success looks like, and what I need to live my best life. * * * I’m ready to rattle off a list which includes but not limited too, at least 10 days of matching outfits with family/friends, writing & making up the most ridiculous songs/raps with my husband (just down right immature 🤷🏿‍♀️), moments of quiet doing nothing at all more than likely with a robe on, reading with my kids and watching them/helping them do what they love, catching up with family & friends and having a good cackle, writing, spending time on my mindset, helping people thrive, a little improv “going for it” , some choreography, micro hiking, a daily cup of green tea🍵 * * * Annnd a glass of champagne, which could become a mimosa, a regular margarita or a glass of red wine 😉🤣 🍾 🍹 🍷 * * * Over the years I’ve spent time defining these things and acknowledging how much they mean to me and making them my reality. * * And a big part of all of this is having people in my squad that say “okay, yes, absolutely to most of my foolish & unfoolish hopes. * * * As we consider all the goals we have in life, and the way we want to feel -we have to allow ourselves the space and authority to realize we create our own realities. * * * Fill in the blank in your Wake______ Sleep.
