Ain’t That the Truth When you love yourself you literally do not have time or patience for nonsense. Your time and energy is to important to entertain anything that is not on your wavelength. Anything that gets in the way of that gets cancelled real quick. People often say “Teach people how to treat you” which I totally disagree with. Everybody knows right from wrong including yourself. I believe at that point it’s too late. They have already made the decision to mistreat you why would you waste anymore energy trying to change their behaviour? If it doesn’t work you try again and again and again- it is a Waste of time and you just need to understand that these are not your people and keep it moving. If you love yourself you simply remove yourself from the situation as protecting your energy peace and self respect is more important than the actions of others. Ask yourself what have you been putting up with? From whom are you tolerating this from? And why? Is this a reflection of the love you have from yourself?
