Look at this handsome man, he's also on artfight: https://artfight.net/character/4027934.nymrod
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And with this, I've reworked Nymrod's backstory!
Nymrod thinks he's a tiefling that was once a half elf, but his story is a little more complicated than that.
Before Nymrod, he was Ardere, the draconic sorcerer. He is a dragon hybrid, the child of a red and silver dragon, with an egg-twin brother named Ishard. He and Ishard took the forms of Half elves while his father presented as a high elf and his mother as a mortal human. They lived far away from other dragons in order to live unbothered, appearing as a rich and noble family of wizards and sorcerers. Ardere's sorcerery was highly unstable and powerful, just like his nature, like two dragons clashing inside of him, unfortunately this lead to an accident that resulted in the death of his twin brother. Not being able to cope with the loss, his personality distorted and took on traits of Ishard, while completely becoming uncomfortable and fearful of his own magic prowess. Taking advantage of his mental state, his parents sealed his awareness of his own nature away in hopes of protecting Ardere from himself.
He lives as a half elf for about 40 years, completely clueless of his losses and takes on the desires of his dead brother to become a fashion designer rather than a powerful sorcerer.  He particularly grew to dislike his innate magic as he had gained the tendency to freeze things when he got nervous. As a result of his unstable powers and clumsiness, no one would take him as an apprentice so he had to teach himself how to sew. Struggling with what to do with his misfortunes, he briefly joined a band of friends on a few adventures. During a tour to Elturel, he got really drunk and passed out.. Only to awaken when Elturel was pulled into avernus. The sudden shift of planes made him subconsciously shapeshift into a Dainty, soft looking Tiefling, unrecognisable to himself and his friends. They swiftly abandoned him in order to flee. Left with little else to hold onto, Nymrod is who he became. Acting docile, foolish and helpless, his appearance and behaviour gave him his name, a combination of ''Nymph'' and ''Nimrod'' Passed around several devils as a pretty pet to look at. Hiding his intelligence and using his charm to remain unharmed. He sold his name ''Ardere'' to a fairy in exchange for a luck blessing, which further distanced his memories off his family and made all those who knew him before forget about him. When Nymrod was about to be sold to one particularly cruel Devil in exchange of dozens of soul coins, Raphael ended up coming to his rescue. The Cambion recognised what Nymrod is even if he doesn't, becoming the only safe space were Nym could form a new identity. Nym is very indifferent about the conflict surrounding Avernus as he had to prioritise his own survival. Due being abandoned by his only friends in his time of need, he stopped caring for those who do not value him. Since then he has gotten used to his body, still feeling somewhat strange about it. His sense of self is greatly warped due everything he has been through.
Just some clarifications just in caseeee- Because I am a nervous wreck.
-When I mention ''personality warping'' I'm more talking in the reigns of how untreated mental health problems sometimes changes someone's entire identity, people's personalities can shift over time, ''warp'' is when he becomes somewhat opposite to how he used to be. He used to be proud, flaunting, and very much in love with his magic, now he is insecure, uncertain about himself and averse to casting magic. He's not entirely stable. -When he takes on traits of his brother, this is a subconscious coping mechanism, feeling the need to keep his brother alive somehow. This doesn't mean he ''splits'' or creates an alter, Nymrod is Ardere, with Nymrod being his mask. He does not have Dissociative Identity Disorder. The amnesia is a result of sealing, cptsd / selling his name to a fairy. He is somewhat aware of his brother's absence but convinced himself there never was a brother by taking on his traits. He does not experience plurality, just dissociation. -When you have friends, or people you love, or heck, even despise, sometimes you unconsciously take on little traits from them. He'd likely take on traits from Raphael as well. -Not thoroughly mentioned or stated, but Nymrod is kind of an alcoholic (Even before he became Nymrod.) As a dragon (even if unaware that he is one) he can hold liquor pretty well so it takes a lot of effort to become drunk or to stay drunk for an extended time, as his blood burns it out pretty fast. -Struggling with your sense of self is a pretty common experience, trying to find your own identity when your brain is messed up is difficult.

2005 mcr newsletter [email] about the founding of skeleton crew
"SKELETON CREW ONLINE
To whom it may concern,
Hello friends, this is Frank from My Chemical Romance. First of all, I would like to thank you all for helping my dreams come true. I cannot express my undying
gratitude for your support of this little band. You have made it possible for four kids from New Jersey and one from Chicago to make a difference in this world. Thank you, thank you, thank you, from the depths of my polluted New Jersey heart, thank you.
Ok, so now that the mushy stuff is out of the way I wanted to tell you about something that's going on in my life. I am clogging up your inbox with junk mail to let you know that I have embarked on a new creative adventure. Over the past few years, I have met lots of extremely talented people… tons of them. The thing is, I have not only become friends with these people, but I have also become a huge fan of the art they create. When that happens, the next logical step is to figure out how to work with them in the best capacity. So I wanted to start a company or companies that would be able to showcase the talents of my friends, my heroes, and the people who inspire me to live each day of my life as if it were my last. What I came up with was Skeleton Crew (skeletoncrewonline.com). Skeleton Crew is a record label, book publisher, and clothing design company. I figured if I was going to do it, I might as well do it all. I have always had a passion for record collecting, especially rare releases. If I'm a fan of the band I have to have it all, it's a sickness really. So Skeleton Crew Records will put out limited edition releases, colored vinyl, picture discs, and things I would want as a record collector. Basically whatever the band wants to do, we will put out. Some of the bands you might have heard of, some of the bands you might not have. The one thing they will all have in common is that I like them, which means they are worth checking out. (I have wanted to start a record label of my own for years, I'm really excited.)
Skeleton Crew Publications will release books written or illustrated by musicians, artists, athletes, and just all around interesting people who have something to say. I want to create a different forum where art and ideas can be presented. With media some of these artists have not experimented with or explored yet. I think this division of Skeleton Crew is the most interesting, and the one to definitely keep your eye on. We will not censor any of the artists, they will have full reign over what they create. (Again the only thing the authors may have in common, is that I am a fan.)
Last, but not least, is Skeleton Crew Clothing. This is not a t-shirt company! I can type it again if you didn't read it the first time…this is not a t-shirt company. I have nothing against t-shirts, some of my best friends wear them, and I enjoy them as well. All I'm trying to say is that Skeleton Crew is a clothing design company; we are in the process of developing a fall/winter line that will involve more than just screen printed t-shirts. You will be able to wear nothing but Skeleton Crew products for weeks straight to any occasion or destination and never think twice about whether your uniform is comfortable, appropriate, or fashionable. The designs are rad, I must say so myself. There are teasers on the website for you right now, but we'll keep you in anticipation of the clothes for a little bit longer.
This is a business that has a greater good in mind, Skeleton Crew will donate a portion of all profits to different charitable organizations, decided upon by the artists we work with. I have a feeling you guys are gonna enjoy what we come up with; at least I hope you do. Skeleton Crew will have a booth on upcoming Warped Tour dates on the East coast. I will drop you guys a short email letting you know when exactly that will be.
Until then, go to the site, skeletoncrewonline.com, you can email us for additional information. So far it's been really fun and hard just developing this project, I can't wait to get things rolling and hear what you guys think. I created Skeleton Crew from my heart and with my friends so I hope you check it out. Thanks for reading, I'll see you at the show.
keep the faith - frank m.c.r. & s.c.."

a list of mumu (multi-muse) plots i want
Bands on tour, maybe in a warped tour type situation or the headliners & the openers, could also play the crew etc, could have lots of fun dynamics
a grey’s anatomy type verse- we play a group of interns in a hospital as they try to navigate the most difficult year of their careers, lots of 48 hour shifts, dealing with attendings, patients, and each other
a group of friends at uni/college, maybe all living in a big house together, dealing with friendships, relationships and academic stress
a couple of friends travelling the world together, exploring new places and all the weird and whacky characters they meet along the way
something below deck inspired- the crew on a mega yacht who all have to live in close quarters, working long hours and dealing with insane guests
an adventure land situation- people working together at an amusement park
basically anything that could be a sitcom lmao
a yellowjackets/the wilds situation where theyre stranded after a plane crash and having to fight for survival

Red Snapper - Live at The Moth Club
‘Live at The Moth Club’, the follow up to 2022’s acclaimed ‘Everybody Is Somebody’ long player, features nine tracks from a vast and impressive back catalogue on Warp Records and Lo Recordings and captures perfectly the energy of their celebrated sold out London show from May 2022 in Hackney. With an incredible and genre bursting career that spans nearly thirty years, the new album demonstrates the band’s ability to constantly rework classic and new tracks, keeping them impassioned, experimental and relevant. The collection includes a version of ‘Suckerpunch’ which originally appeared on their 1998 album ‘Making Bones’ and will now be released as a single on the 15th of September 2023. Notorious for casting convention aside, and remaining one of the UK’s most forward thinking and rule breaking live bands, Red Snapper embrace a unique blend of live, euphoric Afro-Jazz, Future Funk, Dub, Dark Hip-Hop and fragile soundscapes. To coincide with the new live album release Red Snapper have announced a short UK tour. The band line up of Ali Friend (Double Bass, Vocals and Gato drum), Rich Thair (Drums), Tom Challenger (Sax, Clarinet and Keyboards), Tara Cunningham (Guitar and Vocals), Natty Wylah (Vocals) will be returning to some of their favourite venues as well as adventuring to new territories. The seven dates commence at The Jam Jar in Bristol on the 2nd of November and wind up with a London show at Rich Mix in Bethnal Green on Saturday the 18th of November.

You ask and I shall receive. Also can I be an anon here?? I really enjoy your content and actually sent a couple Jojolion AU asks myself ;) Anyways, let's get into it.
So, Shiloh is a time traveler from the 2020's [this year, actually!] and holds the stand Space and Time. Technically it's two stands but I think of it like Mista's Sex Pistols. It's fine. So anyway, this grants them the ability to time travel and warp reality, a bit like sans undertale and doctor strange. They are from Germany going on a college tour to New York for their studies. One night when they're off on a walk their stand Time kinda fucks up and transports them back to 1930's New York where they accidentally run into Joseph and get pulled into his wacky shenanigans. The plot continues fairly normally, saving Caesar from being stuck in a rock and a hard place. Until they have to leave to go back to their time, choosing the worst time for this, when Kars gets knocked into space. Everyone thinks they're dad now, oh no :(
Now back at their own time, they meet Ayumu, another stand user of Pillar Man descent [what are the odds], and the two of the take down an evil CEO of a company from Global Domination, making allies along the way. I don't have it super planned out, but during this time Shiloh gets attacked by a stand ability and shoved into a pocket dimension. Obviously they teleport the hell outta there but they end up in the 1870's England before Dio had beef with Jonathon. They are incredibly tired so they go to a bar to wind down when they see this kid being abused by their dad. They stand up for the kid and take him out for an actual meal because that kid as def starving. They have a nice talk and Shiloh stays for a it, but eventually as to leave to fight in that bizarre adventure in their time. But as something to remember them by, they give the kid a little green heart pin. You'll never guess who the kid was.
A couple years pass from defeating the company and now Shiloh and Ayumu are married, congrats fellow gays. They take their honeymoon to Egypt in the 80's for funzies. But then Shiloh got nabbed by Dio while the two got separated. The kid Shiloh had met in the 1880's was actually me, Dio, who very clearly remembers what happened that day. Shiloh gets turned into a vampire. Meanwhile Ayumu can not find Shiloh ANYWHERE. She has searched and searched and searched for so long and yet no sin of them, but she knows that they wouldn't abandon her. Until she spots one of Dio's minions [unspecified, possibly Hol Horse] who told her that Dio had them. Now she's angry at Dio, so she asks where the hell he is and what stand ability he has, but the guy runs away once she becomes 'too aggressive' [it's her spouse after all]. She's seen Polnareff before as an agent of Dio, so she decides to go find as many minions as she can to possibly get any info out of them as possible. Then they find Polnareff, non-fleshbudded, and just attacks him. The gang gets involved and Ayumu gets beat up until everuone realizes that all of them are here to kill Dio and Ayumu joins the SDC. Also if you're wondering why Shiloh hasn't escaped Dio's thot manor, I brought in Pucci to steal their stand so they couldn't teleport out of there. Rest in piece Shiloh </3 so they go kick Dio's ass and Shiloh and Joseph have that awkward reunion with each other because Joseph thought Shiloh was dead and Shiloh thought that they'd never see him again because they're lives were literally 100 years apart. Bonus everybody also beats up Pucci and Shiloh has their stand back :)
This is all I can type rn as it is one in the am and I need healthy sleeping skills, I will continue with the lore later because I am far from over :)

Dear BOYS LIKE GIRLS 16th Anniversary Tour 2022,
I'd like to pretend I'm sorry for making this letter so long, but in all honesty I'm not. This is in fact a swoon letter.
If I could pick any day, I sure wouldn't go with Halloween, but beggars can't be choosers. (Note: in the real world, that's total bs cause you should be able to have choices in life.) Anyway skip the fact that you were on a holiday, the future that proceeded to take place after this show tells me that it should be Boys Like Girls and me in October for life!
I know I've told this story a million and one times, so why not a million and two because it makes the show even more special knowing the road it took to get there. As some of y'all know, I've loved this album for many years and when BLG did their 10 year Anniversary for it I couldn't go because I was scheduled to have spine surgery the next day. I mean I could have went but that just sounds like terrible pre-surgery practice, so I really COULD NOT go. Instead I was just bummed for 6 years, you know until I was re-gifted the gift I wasn't supposed to have in the first place cause they weren't even originally coming to my city. For 6 years I said if I ever got another chance to I'd go and buy VIP just to tell the band this story.
When you were announced I bought tickets the moment pre-sale would allow because I wasn't going to leave anything to chance. I wasn't going to wait around for potential friends or to see if my PTO that's never been denied before would be approved. Again no chances. That being said I passed on the VIP cause I can rarely justify paying to meet humans, outside of the concert ticket itself. That I left to chance even though it was the one time I said I wouldn't.
On the side, my friend invited me to see Lizzo that same night with a bunch of other folks from work and although I get mad FOMO, I passed for a solo adventure that spoiler, turned out to be one of the best concerts of my life. Sorry... not sorry.
Instead of a costume cause I don't do Halloween, I themed my fit to be "Elder Emo." Which was really just me pulling things out of my closet, you know my Warped Tour 2010 shirt, black overalls I've worn to several shows and a tie-die bandana to match Martin's bandana fits of the moment. So dressed for the occasion and Popeye's chicken sandwich in tow, I showed up early like I always do. Thinking I was late, I ended up being the first person in line. I promise you it is all pure coincidence and life feeding into the bit that I'm never on time for anything but a concert.
Eventually came the New York fan-guys who had seen BLG many times over the years and ended up being pretty nice line mates, so alone didn't last forever. I'm also fans of other adults who will continue to do "silly" things like this while their bodies allows. (Respectfully though.)
Next, and this is where dreams come true, you brought Martin (the lead singer for those who don't know) out and I got to tell him the surgery story and take pictures with him. That would have been enough for me, but he proceeded to ask if me and the other few people in line (like 5 of us or something) had VIP? We said no and that we were just there early. Martin then upgrades all of our tickets and I get VIP anyway. Like what are the odds? Super nice! The dreams just kept getting fulfilled and I was so grateful.
I got soundcheck with songs that weren't apart of the set list and more opportunities to tell my life stories. I ended up telling the rest of the band the surgery story during the official meet and greet. Johnny (the drummer) had also had I believe a major spine surgery before, so we got to talk shop a little bit which was cool. I felt immensely awkward, but still had my cup filled. The evidence for this next part is written somewhere on this blog, but trust me I'm telling the truth, I also told the boys that I Limewired my first copy of the self-titled album and Martin then proceeded to make that story a bit in the show. (Future says he continues to use my story to this day and I will maintain that it is based off my story. LET ME HAVE THIS!)
Bury Mia, a local band, opened the official part of the night and I'm just sorry I'm wring this so late cause I never got to tell them how good they were. The heavier cover of Wonderwall was a standout, one because I knew that one (outside of a little of their songs Satellite and Peanut Butter) and two because it wasn't done acoustically by some dude in the quad. I didn't know much of them at the time, however in the last few years I've added several of their songs to different playlists and I'm glad I can say I saw them there first. Hopefully I'll get to see them again one day.
I wanted to pass out in the middle of the show cause I'm old and the body doesn't always want to hang. But who cares about sleep when what it's replacing is so much better. Boys Like Girls was absolutely fantastic and put on one of the best shows I've ever been to. I'm just saying the joy I felt hearing those songs live and being in that crowd, was immense. I don't have a car but I need a bumper sticker that says I'd rather be at a Boys Like Girls show, because why would I not want to relive this night over and over again.
Videos may take up a large chunk of space on our phones, but my little clips where I can clearly hear myself, are everything to me. I don't have a clip of it but this is where I heard The Outside for the first time and I do remember it being great then too. They didn't play the entire album, which is whatever, I got my Hero/Heroin and Heels Over Head, the expected stuff and some new faves though, so I wasn't too pressed. And again the overall show was just so good that looking back now the salt that I might of had was nothing but flavor.
There was candy thrown, I think by Bury Mia and Johnny's drums were covered in webs and Chucky faces, but other than that I it didn't feel like a Halloween show. BLG's all started in masks and quickly ditched them cause they couldn't be bothered with them after like one, maybe 2 songs. I would have been chill with it either way, however I'm not gonna say that I didn't prefer the show with them off.
Bands are stepping up their encore games and Boys Like Girls did it RIGHT! They didn't fake us out. They didn't play 45 seconds of their biggest track and move on. They acknowledged what time it was, played the hit song and handed out the set lists themselves. Perfection! My only critique and it's not even a full critique, is the whole "put your phones away for the encore" bit. It's really only here because they talk about going back to 2004 or '06 or whenever phones weren't out at shows and wanting everyone to "live in the moment" and all the ish. I can get behind a phone free concert moment just wish it didn't also feel like a slight judging moment on top of it. To be clear though it was mainly a small phrasing thing and didn't sour the night whatsoever.
Before the night ended you gave me one more gift and that was to catch Johnny's drumstick, which is why I didn't get to say hi to Bury Mia before they packed up. Like a true cherry on top of an already wonderful night.
The night just gave and gave and will go down as a top 10, top 5 show of my lifetime. Maybe I'm just old and sentimental, regardless though anniversary tours and what comes with them get me every time. PS: This was the same venue I saw The Used preform In Love In Death back in 2015, so again GIVING!
I-Love-You-So-Much-Take-Me-Back,
Jai (Akwardly Uncool/FreshJai)

Hey there, cosmic adventurers and digital daydreamers! Gather around our digital campfire because we've got a tale that'll twist your neurons and sparkle your imagination more than a pair of ruby slippers. We're here to chat about something that's not your average bedtime story. It's about spacetime, narrated by none other than Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz! Yes, you heard us right – the Kansas girl who's seen more colors than a rainbow after a storm.
Let's get this straight: spacetime isn't just some dry, yawn-inducing topic that makes you think of dusty chalkboards and snooze-fest lectures. Oh no, it's as lively and unpredictable as a Kansas twister, and just when you think you've got it figured out, it throws you for a loop!
Picture this: You're chilling with Dorothy and Toto 2.0 (because every classic needs an upgrade), traipsing along the cosmic Yellow Brick Road. Only this time, it's not bricks you're stepping on; it's the very fabric of the universe. Mind-bending, right? But hold onto your hats because it gets better.
Enter the grandmaster of this cosmic circus, Albert Einstein. With hair wilder than the Cowardly Lion and a brain sharper than the Tin Man's axe, he brought the party to physics with his Theory of General Relativity. Imagine, if you will, planets and stars warping spacetime like Toto jumping on your bed. It's that wild!
Now, why should you care about this quirky blend of space and time? Simple: without it, you wouldn't have the foggiest idea about how gravity works or why time crawls when you're stuck doing chores. Spacetime is the stage where the universe struts its stuff, from the tiniest atom to the vastest galaxy. It's like trying to imagine Oz without its Yellow Brick Road or the Emerald City.
But here's the kicker – spacetime isn't just some static backdrop; it's as dynamic as the Wizard's hot air balloon. It bends, it stretches, and it plays a game of cosmic tug-of-war with everything in the universe. Planets orbiting stars? That's spacetime's doing. Black holes gobbling up light? Thank spacetime for that too.
And if your brain isn't doing somersaults yet, wait till we talk about wormholes and time dilation. Think of wormholes as the universe's secret passageways, shortcuts through the cosmic fabric that could, theoretically, zip you from Kansas to Oz in a heartbeat. And time dilation? It's why a minute on a fast-moving spaceship might be an hour back on Earth. It's not just science fiction; it's science fact!
In this whirlwind tour, narrated by Dorothy herself (with some digital flair from Toto 2.0), we're not just learning about spacetime; we're living it. It's a journey filled with black holes, quantum quirks, and the wackiest of time tricks. So, if you thought Dorothy's adventure in Oz was out there, brace yourself for a ride through the cosmos that'll make Oz look like child's play.
So, click those heels (or tap those keyboards), because we're not in Kansas anymore, folks. We're in the fantastical, mind-boggling, utterly mesmerizing world of spacetime, where every second counts and every moment is a step into the unknown. And the best part? You don't need a tornado to get there – just a curious mind and a dash of imagination.
Are you ready to twist through the cosmos with Dorothy? It's a story of science, wonder, and a little bit of magic – and trust us, it's a narrative that's as sparkling as the stars themselves.

07.09.2019 Tuesday
Ok so I know it's been a month and a half since I last wrote in this and I really have no excuse. I've been lazy. End of story. I want to write a lot so I don't forget it later.
For one, I've been playing a lot of awesome games. Life is Strange, Oxenfree & Danganronpa 2 (and other assorted random free indie games on steam). I started watching Jojo's Bizarre Adventure and it is a really great show. Really good. I legit can't pick a favorite part since they're all so good but probably 4?? It's much more lowkey than the others. Most of the villains become friends, plus Josuke & Okuyasu are cuties. Kristin and I have talked a lot because of JJBA, which is great!!
Started listening to Ricky Montgomery & Two Door Cinema Club's new album came out (it slaps :D). Satisfaction Guarenteed is my favorte track (and is also a great name for a stand).
And, most importantly, I'm in Australia! We stayed a week in Sydney at a three story air bnb at the Rocks. It was pretty close to the Sydney Opera House. Sydney is definitely pretty sweet, def a nice city, but you can't beat the outdoors.
Before I forget, here's a schedule of what we did:
Monday: arrived at the airport, walked around to the Opera house and ate at the underground opera restaurant. Went to the I.G.A for groceries.
Tuesday: took the ferry to the Taronga zoo. Had a delicious ham and tomato wrap. Had sandwiches for dinner. Bird show, giraffes, cassowarys, and more.
Wednesday: Bus tour and the Beautiful Bondi Beach. Souvenir.
Thursday: Seal life, pd started :( museum of austrlia (history and natural history). St Mary's tree across from Hyde park. We stopped by a four story high end mall. Very high end stuff, but there was a hobby store at the end of the fourth floor. I found a Trish and Narancia figure which is cool (ok i freaked out alot).
Friday: Museum of Contemporary Art (meh).
Saturday: Me n' youngest sister went to Macca's for another mud muffin. Then we looked around the shops. (near the visitors center) I got a nice bag for Cameron, I hope she likes it! It has a kangaroo on it. We also looked at some outdoor shops, I saw a cute purse with a cat on it. Then we went to see an opera at the opera house. It was Anne Bolyne, which was really really good. They had massive LCD screens with warped mirrors on the opposite sides, which gave nice atmosphere to all the different acts. When Anne was decapitated, she had an out of body experience. When the dancer's sword swung down, the other dancers ripped off her dress, revealing a red dress underneath. Plus all the LCD screens went white. I loved that moment. Unfortunately, I was too busy trying not to fall asleep to remember act 2.
Sunday: Went to church @ St. Patirck's. A beautiful church! I liked the passage printed on the bulletin about how hard it is to be a catholic sometimes. I saw some cool necklaces at the convenience store. I went with dad to the observatory and it was really interesting. We also went to some of the shops. Dad bought me a lovely necklace. It's got a spiral on one side and a bunch of colors on the other. Uncle V came today! Great to see him.
Monday: We left Sydney and took a train to Kotoomba (misspelled). I love travelling by train. I listened to music and started reading Warcross (great book!!!) We got to our new air bnb which is beautiful. I loved the sloped wooden ceilings. I want to live here and hang my posters on the slope, right above my bed.
And that lead to today, Tuesday. We had an amazing hike in the blue mountains. It is so beautiful, I was so happy. We also had a great lunch at the top. I absolutely loved the jewlery at the gift shop. I almost considered getting the two Ying and yang necklaces with dragons on them for Elizabeth and I. We then took the bus into town. It was funny because in a hotel courtyard up some steps, you can tell that's where teh rebel kids hung out, with their cigarettes and piercings. We stopped by a cool rock shop, and a neat purse shop.
During the hike, I was thinking of starting a jojo fic. I know I'm terrible at writing consistently. I still want to finish the JeanMarco fic, but I just don't care for sitting down and writing each day. Maybe I should set some time aside and do some short writing prompts.
I'm grateful I wrote down so much about this trip. To be honest, I had forgotten a lot. It's painful to read the parts about religion. I'm no longer Catholic, and it's just a cruel reminder. In some ways, when I was still religious, it was a simpler time.
I was so fucking naive though. The 'rebels'??? Girl
I don't remember much about Warcross but I do remember giving it 2 starts when I finished and being highly disappointed with the ending.

canonically, mario and luigi are from brooklyn
the adventures of super mario bros 3 and the super mario bros movie both have the mushroom kingdom as a distinct fantasy realm separate from the "real world", interconnected by warp pipes, and that the mario and luigi are from the "real world" and just happened to get mixed up in the mushroom kingdom's affairs
mario kart tour's promotional material clearly indicates that the 14 city courses are in the real world, featuring real-life footage
therefore it is not entirely unreasonable to assume that mario and friends have taken regional rail before (i.e amtrak, via rail)

Note
the way say anything was mentioned and i magically appear hello
i saw them at one of the warped tours way back when and passed out from heat exhaustion during their set but hey! it was worth it! i'm mainly a country, blues & folk enjoyer (tm) these days but there's not much i wouldn't do for a good pop punk show tbh! i walked two hours to a venue to see four year strong, i flew all the way to boston just to see the story so far and joyce manor last year (got a concussion [once again, very worth it]), and i'd probably sell a nonvital organ to see title fight if they ever decided to play again. i feel like if you were an emo kid once it's just stuck with you forever tbh!!
i need to give lavender song recs (emo ver) eventually
HI BESTIE!
OMG Please send emo Lavender song recs OMG OMG OMG I need them. It sounds like you have so many adventures!! I got a concussion at a music festival once where Say Anything played (though I missed them because I didn't know what stage they were on and I low key cried.) Once an emo kid, always an emo kid for reals. And I love that for us!
