tbh when i was doing self insert stuff i had a pseudo (aroace) romance thing with wataru but i was kinda like i dont rlly wanna be interrupting his thing with eichi and i probably couldnt anyway so like it only happens a year past !! time and its kinda awkward because hes still with eichi and i see eichi sometimes and its kind of like...hi... like what am i even meant to say. i think eichi would get involved with me purely because he wants to see what watarus up to and what the fuss is. so its just kind of weird and ambiguous all around. i dont think im very good at yume-ing. at least i can always ship my self insert with my partners'. thats not really yumeing though thats just real life

dddne hc that i tried to put in a fanfic but it is stuck, as the time passed and i reread the draft i felt embarassed bc idk, i find that cringe or something, so here is so anyone can used if they want to:

rhysand's body is slowly rotting after acowar, it will be noticed only after some decades bc of his magic and faerie's healing, but when the symptons actually start, it is downhill.

It starts with itchy skin, then tearings as he would uncontrolably stratch it, then his skin starts to get grimy in some spots in the back and chest and they spread as time passes, and people can smell it that at some point even his own family and friends cant stand too long in the same room as him, at some point pieces of rotten flesh starts to fall as he would not stop to scratch it.

Then one day he tries to eat but sudenly vomits a disgusting liquid, from there he can't eat anything anyome, then even if he gets attacked like with a wood ash in the heart he still doesnt die as his organs doesnt work anymore. the cause (idk if it is my insecurity of if it is bad, i think people wont like it 😭😭 ....): the high lords revived him, that was his hour, he died when the cauldron was repaired, the hl power had already passed to someone else, yet life was forcibily placed back on his body, he is undead, his own magic and power keep holding his skin in place even as the healing is all gone from wearing off, and he is all rotting , he can not die bc he is already dead, he is faded to keep living in a dead body.

The only way to actually kill him is by taking all the flesh and organs away from his bones, the brain and eyes especially, as those are parts the magic wont let rot (and that also makes him weaker in power bc the magic is focusing in keep him walking and making too much enfort to not let the brain and eyes get damaged, so yeah, the only way to kill him for good is by doing taking out the brain, eyes and waterever skin and flesh manually of burning him to ashes)

Personally love this! Sjm's writing left so many dark paths unexplored and her magic system is so soft (and underdeveloped) that anything could happen really
