Dari Lari Gue Menyadari Bahwa

Ternyata lari bisa dibilang one of my hobby. Yang kalau dilakuin berulang kali bikin hepi dan kita nggak ngerasa terbebani samsek. Terbebani sih sama bangun pagi dan kemalasannya itu wkwk. Tapi deep down in my heart aftertaste setelah lari tuh, warbyasa.

Dibanding olahraga rekreasional, ternyata gue jauuuh lebih suka olahraga yang berkompetisi sama diri sendiri. Maksudnya bukan kayak badminton, tennis, basket, or olahraga yang butuh orang laen, kebayang ga? wkwk. Yes gue lebih suka lari dan berenang, jenis olahraga yang yauda bisa dilakuin dengan diri sendiri.

Lari adalah olahraga terrrmurah. Gausa nunggu sepatu-nya hoka, atau punya wearactive branded. Lu pake training dan kaos, gas tetep bisa lari. Yang mahal adalah flexing-nya sih hehe. Tapiii, baru gue sadari akhir-akhir ini juga adalah, semakin lu upgrade perlengkapan lari lu, semakin nyaman juga lu bakal lari. Contoh, dibanding training yang gombrang-gambreng berat dan panas, sekarang gue prefer pake legging tipis dan celana tambahan, atau pake celana-rok gue, karena terbukti badan gue terasa lebih ringan pas lari. Dibanding gue megang hape nih di tangan pas lari, gue mencoba menginvestasikan duit gue di waistbag miniso supaya lari gue lebih baik aja. Yes, in the end buat bisa upgrade semua barang-barang itu, baby step. Yang penting lu lari dulu, jangan flexing dulu hehe.

Nyambung ke poin 2. Lari adalah olahraga yang bikin lu dengan mudah ngebandingin sama diri lu sebelumnya. Lu berkompetisi, tapi sama diri lu di masa lampau. Which is itu kan yang disaranin sama sebuah hadits (kalo gue gasalah). Gue lebih gampang ngukur kemampuan lari gue sebelumnya karena sekarang udah banyak aplikasi gratisan, seperti strava yang udah menemani gue sejak kurleb 2018. Kalo kemaren masih 1 km, besok bisa kok 2 km. Kalo taun 2017 gue cupu banget, alhamdulillah kemaren gue bisa ko 5 km tanpa jalan samsek, tanpa nyeri lutut, tanpa nyeri perut yang tiap latihan gatau kenapa suka bat muncul. Alhamdulillah ngerasa keren!

Semakin lu lari, semakin lu haus akan belajar. Dalam kasus gue, itu terbukti. Awal gue lari 2017 tuh yaudah gue lari aja kan. Pola napas gue masih kacau, lutut gue masih sering sakit, apalagi perut gue. Lama kelamaan gue gedek juga, kenapa orang lain bisa enjoy sama lari tapi kok gue belum. Yauda gue akhirnya nge-youtube tuh, nyari gimana si pola napas yang baik, gimana postur tubuh yang oke, dan lama kelamaan gue upgrade curiosity gue buat nyari gimana caranya bisa 5k, gimana practical training yang oke buat 5k. Dan yes sekarang gue penasaran gimana caranya bisa 10k, so pasti gue bakal mencari semua ilmu-ilmu itu kan supaya tembus.

Yes, itu adalah 5 poin yang gue sadari setelah gue mulai berlari di 2017 hingga saat ini. Gue belum bisa dibilang atlet sih, masih annub juga baru 5k. Tapi gue selalu yakin, semua dimulai dari hal kecil, dari baby steps, dan gada pelari yang ninggalin pelari lainnya, kita sama-sama berjuang di race kita masing-masing. Gausah liat kanan-kiri, tapi gapapa bikin challenge buat diri sendiri, dan lakuin itu bareng orang lain biar kita inget kalo kita ga sendiri. Terakhir, big thanks buat fay yang ngenalin aku lari pertama kali.

The Wearable UI Library helps you show confirmation animations and timers in your Android Wear apps:

Confirmation timers          Automatic confirmation timers show users an animated timer that lets them cancel an action they just performed.

Confirmation           animationsConfirmation animations give users visual feedback when they complete an action. 

아래 confirmation timer는 deprecated 되었다. https://developer.android.com/training/wearables/ui/confirm.html 를 대신 이용할것

Use Automatic Confirmation Timers

Automatic confirmation timers let users cancel an action they just performed. When the user performs the action, your app shows a button to cancel the action with a timer animation and starts the timer. The user has the option to cancel the action until the timer finishes. Your app gets notified if the user cancels the action and when the timer expires.

To show a confirmation timer when users complete an action in your app:

Add a DelayedConfirmationView element to your layout.

Implement the DelayedConfirmationListener interface in your activity.

Set the duration of the timer and start it when the user completes an action.

Show Confirmation Animations

To show a confirmation animation when users complete an action in your app, create an intent that starts ConfirmationActivity from one of your activities. You can specify one of the these animations with the EXTRA_ANIMATION_TYPE intent extra:

OPEN_ON_PHONE_ANIMATION

You can also add a message that appears under the confirmation icon.

Exiting Full-Screen Activities

By default, users exit Android Wear activities by swiping from left to right. If the app contains horizontally scrollable content, users first have to navigate to the edge of the content and then swipe again from left to right to exit the app.

왼쪽에서 오른쪽으로 swipe으로 exit하기 적당하지 않는 경우(예를 들어 맵을 보고 있는 경우)  long-press-to-dismiss UI pattern 을 사용할수 있다. DismissOverlayView class from the Wearable UI Library 을 사용하여 구현할수 있다. 

Disable the Swipe-To-Dismiss Gesture

long-press-to-dismiss UI 를 이용하는 경우
