Oooh, about the segment thing that's so true lmao. It's spoooooo interesting that current dottore just doesn't seem to care one bit about the segments... It's like... Isn't that a passion project of Real Dottore? Wasn't he mad or some shit?

It'd be fun to see them with different designs but hoyo really said copy and paste go brrrrr that one update. Like legit we only saw two clones that looked the same as each other and that's annoying. Not even a nod to webdottore or anything.

(hoping we can see them at least in a cutscene about Kaeya and Diluc when the lore of their fight actually drops (if it drops please please drop holy shit if ut isn't a cutscene I'll die))

I guess I didn't even grow to see them as people, like as people separate from dottore wuth their own lives. Similar to the shogun, who basically coincides with Ei.

About 10 year old dottore... I wanna know if he had, like assignments? Like was he treated as an authority by random fatui? Did he have a laboratory for himself and people who help him? Because I feel like that's something Dottore would do, especially if he had a very disturbed childhood.

I feel like that would be a nightmare! Like, imagine you fist mission is to take care of/help this toddler with the intelligence of an full grown adult, the maturity of a ipad kid, most likely a god complex, a lab and authority in a paramilitary organization. Some real fucked up shit would take place man... Like... A lot...

Terrifying, hilarious, full grown fatui, working under dottore, terrified of this random kid. Like one of them come to the other on break and goes "I'm dead! I am so dead! My assignment was changed!" And the other goes "which of the segments did you get?" And the other goes "the kid" and the first guy just gives him a pat on the back and shakes his head.

Also about the new design fair fair. Not being able to color pick flags sure is an L, but at least they balanced it by making wanderer both the gay and trans man flag so... I suppose it balances out.

Hi! Since you've been playing for a while and you really like dottore, what did think of the decision to destroy all of his segments? Did it bother you? Did you think it was fair? Because I know a lot of dottore fans were mad about it.

Also, his change of design, any thoughts about that?

I actually wasn’t a fan of the segments in the first place, tbh? I’ve warmed up to thr concept now and like messing around with the possibilities, but other than that I’m neutral on em. I DO think it’s very very interesting that, when he destroys the segments, he states that if it had been any other segment who was there to meet Nahida, they never would have done it, and that he’s the most selfish of them all,, it’s just something that snagged my interest

I DO think it was fair though. Nahida hands her and Scara’s gnosi over, Dottore loses his segments. Seems decent to me, tbh. Although with Dottore’s madman capabilities I wouldn’t be surprised if he just made more segments and then went about his day, he’s just silly like that

(I’d also love to see if all the segments have their own little designs and stuff I think that would be really really fun!! Also since (if I remember correctly?) the final segment we hear is like 10 years old, it would be intriguing to look into his thought process with all of the Segments. Which ones is he fond of? Which does he hate? Was that 10 year old segment… cared for by the other segments? Was he trying to give himself a more stable childhood??)

Also I ADORE his new design. He’s so very silly, I LOVE the very subtle plague doctor motif he has going on, I adore his new hair, I love his goofy little lab coat, and I think it’s really funny that they sluttified him even more. My only gripe is that they took away his pink accents. Now I can’t color pick the trans flag from him, extremely common hyv L
